I have been a cash pay patient with this practice for a long time. That shows that I would rather go here than anywhere else. TheyStaff is great and is accommodating to my needs and schedule.

1. On my first visit to this location, the receptionist was rude, abrupt and unprofessional when I asked her to give me a New Patient Form to take home to complete.2 Office visit was always with a nurse NEVER Dr Le. Ive never gone to a doctors office before where the doctor NEVER spoke privately with a patient. This was unheard of to me.3. They told me they only had Versed to sedate me, but this medicine gives me a terrible headache. When I asked if there was something else they could give me I was told Its Versed or nothing. That was also the first time Ive ever experienced anything that.4. The nurse, Julianna, scheduled an injection for what I thought was my sacroiliac joints but when I was on the table, Dr. Le gave me a caudal injection in my tailbone which was extremely painful! This was NOT what I signed up for and had no idea this was going to be done ahead of time.5. On my follow-up visit, two weeks later, I told Julianna I was under the impression it was going to get my sacro joint area injection but instead got a painful tail bone injection instead!Julianna became upset with me when I told her this and asked me over and over again Did you get any relief? After she asked me this question for the fifth time,I asked her what her name was but she only gave me her first name .So, I asked her again Whats your name and she stormed out of the room and said IM DONE WITH HIM. GET HIM OUT OF HERE!6. I asked the receptionist if I could please speak with someone in charge. She told me someone will be with you. However, after waiting a while, since no one came out I then asked the receptionist if she could please have the manger give me a call when I get home. It’s now been 3 days and no one has called me .In conclusion, It’s sad that Dr Le has an employee who doesn’t know how to explain clearly to me the procedure in terms that I can understand.That’s why it’s important to have a doctor explain to me in detail exactly what he’s going to do, but the only person who ever talks to me is a nurse.Therefore I feel they put more value on money than the patients, so I will be losing a good doctor. Went to an appointment in July after specifically asking to see Dr. Le since I had not been to the office in over 2 years. I was assured I would see him, and I did not. I should have noted the red flag then. I then saw Juliana Potechin who suggested physical therapy and an MRI. Went back and saw Stephanie (who does not work there anymore) and she suggested either Trigger Point Injections or an Epidural Steroid injection. Could not do either since the only availability was during work hours. Saw Juliana Potechin again and she suggested something completely different and asked if my MRI was reviewed, which it had been by Stephanie. At this point, I do not trust this office and no sign of Dr. Le. The procedure suggested by Juliana was not available until October. This is a pain management office so clearly, patients are in pain.

Dr. Le was excellent! He was so informative and answered all my questions and concerns. He was really patient, attentive, and compassionate. So far, my experience was great. Ive never had to stress over pain management, especially knowing that I have such a doctor to depend on and guide me through the process. I thought it was going to be really painful and scary, but Dr. Le is truly the best and helped me throughout the whole process! Their staff was incredible and kind to me, and the nurses were so sweet. I highly recommend this center.

Frustration! Our 1st visit, a month ago, was not a good start. Its in the way the office staff presents themselves. Instead of being informative, they are direct. I was immediately told that I was not able to accompany my mom to the back due to Covid restrictions. I needed to take the forms to the car, wait in the car and I would need to be on a conference call, from the car. The lobby was large enough, the social distancing guideline could be followed and I should have been able to wait with her. Then they needed a urine specimen. Since I was not allowed in the building, I thought they would help my mom. But was told No, we do not do that. So, I took my mom to the bathroom and helped her.Once the appointment was over, we were scheduling for the next appointment, mind you, my mom could care less about coming back and was not happy at all, but they gave the option of a video conference. Wonderful! This is awesome. My mom is in a wheelchair and how much easier this would make everything.All was great until the day before the video conference. I received a call to confirm the appt at the Buffalo office. I reminded them it is via video, she says Oh no, we are no longer doing video calls, you need to come in. after a bit of discussion, I asked Is there really no way the video call can happen? She placed me on hold and since mom had been there in the last 30 days, they would make an exception. AN EXCEPTION??!!?? I didnt ask for anything special, I was asking to honor what was already expected. I did not called and request a changed from an in office visit to a video vist...an exception? I let it go and moved on. Understand my mom is 92, in a wheel chair and utilizes the shuttle service provide by the assisted living. They have a limit schedule and rescheduling is not an easy task on short notice. ALSO I can not reschedule to far in advance, due to the scripts are renewed every 30 days and we were at the renewal deadline.Day of appointment; received the link, 2- 3 minutes later received a call to please join. I advised I will when I arrive at my mom for the 4:00 appointment, Im told no, the appointment is at 3:15. WHAT! I have had the appointment on my calendar for 30 days at 4:00?!?! I tossed all my stuff in a desk drawer, logged out and zoomed to my moms appx. 10 mins away, depending on traffic. Pulling into the parking lot, I receive a 2nd call informing me they hold appts for 15 mins and now Im late. My appointment is at 4:00 ! I lost it at this point, done being nice. I informed the girl that i just beat a** to get to my moms and I will be walking in, have to pass Covid screening and I can sign on. I was not happy and let her know this is a most unpleasant experience. I signed on by 3:37 and we waited and we waited and we waited. Using my moms phone to call the office, I stated Im waiting and she says they will be joining shortly. I asked why I rushed down to my moms to make an appointment that I was NOT late for and now it is almost 4:00 THE ORIGANAL TIME OF THE APPT!!!!!!!!! I know they let me sit there an wait because I vented and told them how I felt this entire appointment was a cluster. But, it all started with the 1st appointment. Lasting impressions of the sharp, rude tones being used telling me how it was vs. nicely explaining the current procedure. They left the call and never offered to set up the next appointment. I guess that is a hint to look for a new doctor.

Stay away!!I had a terrible experience here. I called to let them know I have 3 tears in my rotator cuff BUT Im pregnant, not sure what I can do. The new patient coordinator called and let me know options will be limited (totally understand) but still scheduled me to come in.I met with a nurse practitioner (which I feel they should have told me I wasnt meeting with the dr before they scheduled me, but whatever).Then literally said they can DO NOTHING because of my condition. Dont get me wrong, I understand my options are limited and I need to be safe-- but they knew my condition BEFORE I scheduled, then had me come in, take time out of my day to tell me they can do nothing. Why let me come in at all?Im a full time working Mom, and wasted a whole afternoon. Absolutely awful.Look elsewhere!!

Stay away from this place. There are plenty of other pain clinics in Las Vegas. Prior authorization usually takes my insurance 14 days. When I called this clinic after my new patient appt, they said it takes 6-8 weeks. I said thats weird, usually it doesnt take that long. The lady said, well with us it does. 6-8 weeks to be in pain?! Go somewhere else for your own sanity.

This is my first time at a spine clinic. As a guy whos in their mid-20s, I was always active but in the recent months, I started experiencing bad back pain. This made me very worried but I was lucky enough to have found Dr. Le and visited his clinic. During the visit, he patiently explained to me the causes of my back pain and provided me with medical solutions that would prevent me from suffering any longer. Dr. Le is definitely one of the best in LV and I highly recommend it.

12/31/2020: Not currently happy. The billing company for this office put Dr. Lees tax/NPI number under the referral physician instead of my PCP. My PCP was the one that referred me to this office. The claim was submitted/processed as a Point of Service visit. I spoke with Tricare and they told me since it has already been processed that I likely will have to pay $195 to the office and then be reimbursed. I left a voice mail for the billing office. I will be appealing this. I understand that the billing office may not have a lot of experience with Tricare but because of this mistake, I will likely have to pay 1st for someone elses mistake.This is an update on 1/4/2021: Vivian from the office called me the same day that I posted the review on 12/31. She listened to me and told me she would find out what was going on. She called me back today after speaking with my insurance. She helped me understand what happened and what possible solutions I had. This really means a lot and shows that the office does care.

To be honest. I just sat out in my car for almost 3 hours with the temp being 110 today with my mom for a 2pm appt. who has a broken neck. She is not receiving pain pills... she gets injections in her neck due to her neck being infushed. She broke the c1-c7 on both sides after falling in tub. Its been 5 years since the accident. They recommended 5 treatment. This is our 3rd visit and each visit gets longer. She has trouble holding up her neck. Its hard for her to sit. Every review i read is blaming junkies for the bad reviews. Its not true . There are a lot of truth behind their statements. The receptionist got nasty with her. Practically yelled. All she was asking. Is how much longer after the 2nd hour of waiting.

I highly recommend Dr Le and his PA Linda Tran, the whole office staff upfront and in back is excellent. I have had multiple procedures done by Dr. Le and he is absolutely one of the best in Vegas. I would love to mention everyone in their staff but I fear leaving a name or two out on accident, but they are EXCELLENT to work with!Now if you are trying to find a pill doctor, this is the WRONG place, so please move on so that those of us that truly need help can get it from a wonderful doctor and his staff!

Very unprofessional and if your in pain do go there!!!! Never once seen a true licensed Dr only nurse practitioner the 1st one was good at what he does but they switched me to a different one and shes a joke!! After trying to push medications they have already been tried for my pain that didnt work ! she tried pushing to double up dose after refusing her advice she told me to go-to ER for pain medicine and to get MRIS the ER laughed at her professional advise!

I am not sure why the other people who posted wouldnt give a good rating but I have to jump in. Dr. Le has always explained what he is was doing, why he was doing and what the anticipated result would be. The staff in both of his offices are professional, friendly and on top of things. I have never waited more then 10 minutes to be called back even when I arrived early. There is follow up that day by someone in his office to make sure everything is fine. I am sorry the other people had a bad experience but I think he is great.

Dr Li told me clearly on first visit that I had permanent nerve damage as I was mauled by a dog. Had a big lawsuit against dog owner who ruined my life,but Dr Li decided to not support me and lied to me and my lawyer and said he never diagnosed me with permanent nerve damage (other doctors did later) had to beg for much needed prescriptions he knew I needed without which one can have a stroke if not reducing dosage. Worst experience of my life!

Was a patient for over 2 years,I made a suggestion about pain medication from workers compensation, he blew up, he said he was done, saying I insulted him, as I was leaving he told me go get your drugs from the streets, I was shocked. I guess I wasnt making him money. Than I thought maybe he was having a bad day. Im a good Christian women, Ill pray for this man.

I have been a patient here 3 years and i love the staff and Dr. Le. They are very friendly and have a genuine interest in making me feel better. The doctor is very skilled and efficient. He explains all procedures. His assistants are all kind and friendly. It is nice when the doctors and nurses all know your name. They call after procedures to make sure you are ok. I have gone in with some very serious pain on some appointments and they always are very concerned. As for some of these reviews, they should check their facts. Like the one who says we dont know how to spell the doctors name.... Your a fool. Their are two doctors here. Dr. BRIAN LE and Dr. LI. Two very different people you fool. Linda, Julianna, and all the other nursing and assist staff are all excellent. I highly recommend them if you are in legitimate pain.

First, I was told treatment options offered could not be discussed over the phone. I MUST come in for a visit (free consult.) I spoke with Dr. Lee and he offered me no answers without an MRI (insurance refused and I could not afford.) The staff had me provide urine and they drug tested me without my knowledge or consent, billed my insurance for $764.29 and have billed me for $39.38 for my portion of charges. The office manager would not let me speak without talking over me, said I WILL pay and was NOT told my consultation was free even though she was not part of that conversation. Dr. Lee provided no service and was not able to access me (even though I was referred by a specialist who sent my condition info with the referral.) Do not go to this facility unless you want to be taken advantage of and treated disrespectfully! I would not recommend this doctor or office staff.

Regarding Common Sense s review. You should check your facts before you start calling people stupid. His name is Brian Le, DO. I have been a patient of Dr. Les for 8 years. My spine has been fused from L- 4 to S -1 and my neck from C - 3 to C - 7. I also had the facet joints along the fusion in my neck removed. I have seen many pain doctors in this town and the only one I stayed with is Dr. Le. He is not perfect, but he is much better than most and he truly cares. Many of us with chronic pain are having a difficult time dealing with the changes in law. It is not legal for him or any pain doctor to prescribe high doses of opioids. The strength of both pain meds I take is slowly being lowered to a dose that is legal. My pain levels have gone up, but Im hoping, over time, it will get better. Im also being scheduled for radiofrequency procedures. It is now the law, pain doctors must combine medication with procedures and/or therapy. Dr. Le is one of the good ones, give him a chance. BTW Common Sense, Im white.

Been asking for medical records since 2/6/2018, they always claim they have no record of the request. After three follows up with my attorney and him expressing frustration I called them today and was very stern about the circumstance. I was told they were infected with a virus 2 weeks ago and are doing the best they can to function. When I asked does this mean you dont have my records, Maria said yes. How does this even happen in todays world. I was then told by my attorneys office a totally different story, I would be inclined to believe this place is very poorly run and none of the staff has any idea what they are doing. I went thourgh the exact same thing when trying to schedule my MRI, they claimed again no information was sent and it took almost 5 calls on my end to get it resolved. Very unproffesional. Looks like I will be filing a complaint with the medical board against them.

A Dr at the Fire Mesa location cut my wife off completely of her oxycodone with out notice after an MRI showed proof of DDD among other things and hes been telling her for months that he will get her back on 10s that shes been on the past 5 years and he gave her something with a side affect of back pain and when she took it she felt sick i dont wish anything bad on the Dr but i hope someday when hes old and hurting bad they give him a funky muscle relaxer with 15 side affects see how he feels. I am absolutely disgusted with this doctors office. This is by far the worst doctor as well as the most disrespectful. My grandmother had a procedure here on Thursday January 4 @ 4PM. I brought her to the procedure and asked the front desk how long it would take. They stated 1-2 hours. I then followed up with I am going to leave and come back to get her, she said just write your phone number down on the papers she had to sign. I made sure all my info was down and I left. My grandmother didnt end up being seen till around 4:15-4:20. I left and ended up getting a call right when I arrived home at about 4:45pm saying she was done. I told them that I would be on my way and be about 30 minutes considering I lived in Southern Highlands. At this point I am on my way and my grandmother called me saying she is going to wait outside. I was not going to allow that because it is cold and dark.. She is 74 years old. I told her to give the phone to the nurse. The nurse (Vanessa) gets on the phone and I asked her why this is an issue and I am confused why she is saying she is going to wait outside. The nurse then says she wont be waiting outside, she will be in our recovery room. I said perfect thanks. About 5 minutes later I received another call from my grandma saying she is going to get a LYFT. I told her do not get a LYFT I am almost there. She then told me they dont want her there and she needs to leave. I repeated myself and then told her to give someone the phone. Finally a nurse gets on the phone (not sure name I think wendy) and continued to tell me they close at 5:30PM I told her that I asked for that reason and told the front desk I was leaving because they said 1-2 hours. 2 hours would make it 6:20PM. She continued to argue with me telling me arguing with me wont be productive as I am trying to find a ride for your grandma I told her specifically DO NOT get a LYFT for my grandmother I am almost there. She said they close at 5:30PM and the cleaning people are coming so they cant stay. I kept trying to explain that the front desk told me 1-2 hours and I would not of left if I knew this. She stated that at this point there is nothing she can do, and basically told me I was lying saying they wouldnt have said that. As I go to reply she hung up on me. At this point I am beyond upset because this office is extremely far from my house and I am more than half way there and they keep calling me. At this time it was probably 5:45PM so it was not even 15 minutes till after close. I finally reach the exit when my grandma called me and told me she was in a LYFT. She said that she did not have a choice and they forced her to get into the LYFT. At this point I am disgusted how they treated me as well as my grandmother who is the patient. My grandma was/is scared to even say anything because she needs to get better. When my grandma got in the car she told me they said you need to either get a cab or get in this LYFT because you cant stay here... This is disgusting how they told a 74 year old lady who doesnt really know what to do.. The way that these people treated her and I makes me sick to my stomach. Im not even mad I am upset that these people spoke to me like this and forced her to get into this car. I do not recommend this office to anyone.

Just because you dont get what you want dont blame the doctor... go see someone else they are risking their licenses if they dont follow New and Old federal guidelines ...for me i received Top of line care since day one. Doctor Brian Le Is a very compassionate friendly doctor i was referred to this center about 6 months ago and i was diagnosed by my 2nd visit. Compared to 6 years being told i just have Fibromyalgia. Since those first few visit i have been 100% honest with him and he has been able to help me with my back pain with a series of procedures.reducing my pain and making my quaity of life improve. His staff is awesome to..Alberto,Katie, Lorenzo, Yari....just to name a few... i was scared to be referred out to pain management at first, but am glad they did otherwise we wouldnt of found many of my underlined causes of my pain.. Thank you for helping me by being a Doctor i can Trust and for taking the time each visit to make me feel like a person not just another file..

Those whom seek excellent professional help from a great team of staff, this is the right place for you. Its incredible the effort and time these people show to each and every patient. Dr. Le, sits down and explains everything prior to proceeding with any treatment plan. His nurses are by far the best, his right hand albert and brian are fabulous, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They remember every single patients name by heart and to be honest, that is a very warm feeling Im not just one more case on the schedule, makes me feel welcome and comfortable, trusting my health/pain conditions to these great people. Every time i go for my appointment i see that no one waits for more then 5-10 minutes, and sometimes i cant even sit down to wait due to their efficiency and punctuality. They are caring people that sit down one on one and listen to what you have to say, not just throw meds at you, or a 5 minute visit. By far the best pain management in this town. Dr Le is not a doctor for chronic pain. Was given this name when current pain Dr closed. Not only doesnt understand chronic pain, CFS/ME cases or FMS, doesnt understand neuropathy pain. After over 15 years of treatment was told shouldnt have pain anymore, quoting new CDC laws for opiates, which doesnt apply to this case. Looking for a new doctor.

I have fibromyalgia and he wants to do spinal injections on my back. They said i have a bulge on my spine and thats what is causing the problem. But my spine is prefect, i dont have bulges i have fibro. If I dont do the spinal injections then my medicine is going to be cut back. Either get injections you dont need or lose your medicine that you do need. Typical Dr trying to make money off of people instead of helping them manage the pain so they can go about their lives. Do not see this dr. I have a better one that actually takes care of their patients and is wonderful.

This office has to be the worst place ever. The office staff are very unprofessional, they lie all the way from the scheduler to theOffice manager. They screwed up 2 of my appts. I was sent there thru the Choice Program (TriWest), who have been Awesome!. Dr Li office kept telling me my authorizations were not there, the day of my scheduled appts. They had the nerve to get mad at me the patient because they got caught in their lies, by Triwest. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Plus they push patients thru like cattle.

This doctor is very ignorant, talks to you like you have a tail between your legs, and DOES NOT LISTEN!!!! He should not be a physician at all. He consists of everything a doctor shouldnt be honestly!

I was in the doctor for my back pain and he cut my pain medicine because supposedly I wouldnt get addicted to it and I know that I tested with no drugs in my system I was there to get help for my back and they basically turned me away because I was younger and looked at me like I wasnt nothing and was very disrespectful

I find the management of this office to be horrible. To cite some examples: prior authorization paperwork completed incorrectly, prescriptions faxed to pharmacy without signature two months in a row, staff that doesnt follow up when you request a call back. Only saw Dr. Le a few times. Its all about the money.
