I went to Dr. Kermani 7 or 8 times. I’ve had pain on my left rib and back left side. He basically did nothing to help me each visit and then dismissed me all because I left an honest review saying he never remember who I am and he always forgets what my health concerns were at each appointment. I received a letter and an email saying I was dismissed. All I wanted was the proper medical care that other races get. I don’t know if it’s because I’m black that he failed to help me but it don’t make sense. You dismiss a patient because of an honest review? I have his receptionist recorded saying the reason is because of my review. And for new patients who are looking for a doctor by reviews DON’T BE FOOLED I’ve over heard his staff say they buy fake 5 star reviews to make his ratings better.

I came to Las Vegas in 2006. I have been a Respiratory Therapist 40+ years. I looked for a physician, family practice and internal medicine as my primary care physician. Dr. Kermani has seen me through ear aches, the flu, two hernia operations, five heart caths, two eye lens replacements and more prescription refills than I can count. Dr. Kermani has assisted me in controlling my coronary artery disease and is very responsive in directing my medical care... 5+ for Dr. Kermani! I can also say his office has improved greatly over the years...but I have yet to visit any Drs. Office or hospital I can rate better than a 3+...and it is usually me stressed at needing care.

My boyfriend has been going to Dr. Kermani for a while now due to a severe pain he has been having. Dr. Kermani gave up on helping my boyfriend by dropping him as a patient. Dr. Kermani showed 0 concern and never discovered what is causing my boyfriend’s pain!!! He is a heartless doctor. I would NOT recommend. The receptionist can’t even answer the phone during regular business hours.

Dr kermani is Very knowledgeable and caring doctor. I recommended him to few friends. And they are very happy with him too.I go to the office on Glen ave. I love the staff. They are all eager to help you and answer your questions. I am so happy with their service.

I will give Dr. Kermani 5 stars and the phones not being answered or returned phone calls a 1. Dr. Kermani is very compassionate, very knowledgeable, and has a huge amount of patience. My mom can be ha hard pill to swallow at times but he manages to get through it. I havent witnessed any of the negative experiences as others has stated. I do agree with the issue about the male receptionist , he was horrible, and glad he is no longer there. The person at the front desk is wonderful. Just a suggestion. Would it be possible to get a step stool with a handle on bar on it making it easier for the elderly to step up to get on the exam table and scales?

I like doctor kermani ,I have seen him over 3 years,thorough, considerate ,knowledgeable.I had three back surgeries and he referred me to therapy ,back specialist, always do test, I had cough and instead of just writing a prescription he said lets make sure you dont have pneumonia or anything else took chest x-rays.If he doesnt know, he says I dont know will send you to a specialist. This office isnt properly staffed. Instead of having 2 locations, Dr Kermani should focus on 1, to give his paying patients the care and attention they deserve.

Staff and everyone there are completely unprofessional. He couldnt prescribe me my blood clot medication. He wanted to make sure that I have it. lol Avoid this place at all costs.

This office never answers calls. I have experienced scheduling errors, prescription errors, and billing errors. His assistant Carlos is especially rude. Avoid this place. There are far more competent doctors in the area.

Very poor doctors experience for me, I was discharged as a patient for no reason or for Not Complying as there office states. They cant tell me specifics. I did everything they asked me, blood tests, ultra sounds, and they even gave me a follow up appointment and when I went to that appointment they told me I didnt have an appointment and gave no reason and I left confused. Then I get a call from there office telling me that ive been Discharged. So all the tests I did were a waste of time, and with no explaination. Very unprofessional. The worst experience ive ever experienced.I woulnt waste my time or jeopardize my health by going to this Doctor for healthcare. God bless his office and any who use its services. I called to schedule an appointment. I was supposed to leave a message but the prompt to leave a message stated that they would return the call in 24 business hours... if it could be difficult for them to return a call before even going in I wouldnt trust their ability to care for me as a patient. 😣

Dr. Kermani can speak 6 languages, he is very diversified. Dr. Kermanis new staff has made a big difference with patient care in the last 6 months the office has had a big turn around and we have very happy patients who are receiving excellent and attentive care. Inez in processes the referrals and patients receive them within 2 weeks of request. Ellie is at the front desk and is very pleasant and helpful to all patients needs and is always empathetic. The new office manager Parissa has had a big effect on this change she has gotten the office very organized and ensures patients leave the office pleased with the care that they have received. Jen the MA for Dr. Kermani greets patients pleasantly and ensures the patients are prepared for the doctor in a timely manner. They all have had a hand in turning this office around to reflect what a wonderful provider Dr. Kermani is.

Cant get Dr or office to return calls back. My husband cant get his meds filled! About teady to report him to medical board!

Worst office and worst doctor they never answer the phone call! Careless people

It is not ALL the quality of staff Dr. Kermani has hired trust me. As a former employee of this office I can tell you that this office is extremely unorganized and coming into this mess trying to help every patient I could was extremely difficult. I worked from 730 am to 700 pm every day and it still was not enough.
