From San Diego Ca to Vegas, i’ve finally found quality care guys. The facility is clean, organized, and staff is friendly. A current patient greeted me eagerly with excitement letting me know she’s been coming here for years and that I’ll love here just like her. After just one visit, I’m sure she’s right! Harasses patients for amounts owed of less than 5$ On visits where over 100$ was collected between patient and insurance. Repeated calls to “resolve a balance” where they lied about what the balance was, and wouldn’t respond to messages sent in their system or emails questioning why they needed to harass someone over such a small amount when all copays were paid.If you enjoy being harassed for amounts of money totaling less than 5$, repeatedly, by people who will lie and change wording to try and make a charge seem more legitimate, this is the doctor’s office for you.If you don’t enjoy petty harassment, then you probably should look at other doctor’s offices.Oh, and at least one employee of the business left a review giving Durango health group 5 stars on google. I know, because he was an employee harassing me. So don’t believe all the good reviews that are up here, either.

I moved from Hawaii to Las Vegas and Am so Happy that I found a PCP up here that exceeds My Expectations. Dr. Garcia is very Passionate about her work and shows it in tye Care and Personal treatment that she provides me. I highly recommend her!! She also has an Office in Henderson.

We seem to always have time to complain when things are not right but often pass up the opportunity to share a positive experience. Durango Health Group- has an awesome team that made sure from the welcome to the exit my experience was on time, professional and truly cared about my concerns! Greatly appreciated (good place to make your home for all your medical needs).

Are you looking for a new healthcare provider? Or are you having trouble getting in at your current office? Durango Health Group is a hidden gem I recently discovered. Its tucked away in the Durango Professional Plaza (on Durango between Desert Inn and Edna) so you cant see it if youre driving by.Its a fairly small office but I think thats what adds to the appeal. You dont feel like youre being pushed through the system. The office manager, medical assistant, and providers are ALL warm and welcoming. Whats surprising is they offer a full menu of services you wouldnt expect: Primary Care and Internal Medicine, Preventative Medicine and Arterial Health, Cosmetic Procedures (Botox, Juvederm, Microchanneling, Sclerotherapy), Womens Health, Mens Health, Gastroenterology, etc, etc. - you get the idea (see pic of services).More to come!

Seems to me that they block your phone number after a few visits. I can’t get a hold of them and they have yet to return my voicemails. After my husbands and my initial appointments and some blood work, they canceled our upcoming appointments hours prior to them and never sent us our results. I was so optimistic during our first appointments, but don’t waste your time it’s just another joke.

Ive been searching for a new primary doctor closer to home, and I have found the one. I had my initial appointment last week and had an overall great experience. Time is very important to me and the big plus about this practice is that its not like other practices out there where the waiting room is filled with patients and an appointment doesnt mean anything.When I first walked in I was greeted by very friendly staff, Rey Ann and Eddie. I filled out the paperwork online prior to my appointment so the check-in process was quick. Within minutes after checking in Faby the medial assistant took my vitals and went over my health history. I was impressed that I didnt have to wait long to actually be seen. I met with Mia their NP and she took the time to listen to my concerns. I am happy with the plans we have set so far with getting my health on the right track.

The staff & doctor have all been awesome! I hadn’t seen a doctor in quiete a while but Dr. Garcia made the experience easy & enjoyable

An amazing experience right from “hello!” I have never had a primary provider as an adult as I never really found myself frequenting a physician. Welcomed with a kind and comforting greeting, had an effortless check-in, and a thorough annual exam. The one thing that separated them from the multiple doctors that I have seen...they LISTENED. I dont usually like taking prescriptions and steroids-I’ve always been repeatedly given more and more prescriptions to take on a daily basis which I hated. They gave me options, holistically and medically for treatment. For the first time in my medical history, it wasn’t “cus the doctor said so.” May I add that the wait time was not long aaaand they are a one stop medical shop. I booked my dental appt while I was there-they have a dental office attached. They do Botox, Pap smears, weight loss treatments/programs and for a medical office that does all this and more...the staff is knowledgeable.

Friendly staff, clean office, efficient, caring. I cannot express my delight in finding the most amazing practice in the valley. My husband and I have both had nothing but fantastic experiences. Finding a doctors office where the doctor AND staff all make you feel comfortable and important is priceless. Thank you Dr. Abdelkarim and team!

Mia Crawford, at each visit, has made me feel relaxed, not rushed, and I feel like we are actually getting things done and addressed. Great little office with personable front desk staff as well. Going to the doctor has always made me extremely nervous and I have avoided it as much as possible! I am pleased to say that the nurse practitioner, Mia, has made this experience so much more comfortable for me. She is so amicable and genuine. I feel like she listens to my intuitions about my own health and takes them very seriously. She is there to help. I would highly recommend her!

I love my provider, she is so attentive, caring and has personally fought with my insurance company to make sure that the medication I need is approved since it had been denied multiple times by them. She and her staff are outstanding no office is perfect but these guys are really good at doing their job. Kudos!!!!

Staff is polite and responsive. Dr Mia is attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. I have honestly never felt healthier and happier thanks to the care they provide here.

I would like to recommend the great experience and care at Durango Health Group. Everyone is so nice andprofessional. NP Mia Crawford is very nice, lovely and dedicated with me her patient.

The nurse practitioner Mia is not good at all. The previous doctor retired who had great reviews. Mia is very unresponsive visits are a joke and have to ask her to follow up on prescriptions over and over. Don’t waste your time here I left after 2 visits really bad now.

No real doctor at this place. Just a nurse practitioner Mia and she is not good. She doesn’t respond to medicine refill request on a timely manner and very unhelpful. I went one time and now looking for a new doctor. I had heard this place was good when the old doctor was there but Mia is horrid.
