The nurses are sweet n my doctor Dr A Duggal takes his time n is very thorough. I travel far just to go to this clinic because the service is good even though I have Intermountain clinics closer. I would recommend it highly.

My husband and I had our doctors appointment at the same time, Johanna Lim is our nurse practitioner, and we just love her to death, she takes her time with us and we really appreciate that.We just love the pre check-in so when we get there there is no paperwork to do.

Doctor was polite, thorough and informative.He recommended vitamin supplements and wrote them down on my report.

The staff was great but the pricing is wrong. They make you pay in full if you have no insurance. I didIt was $166 (120 for visit and 46 for X-rays). Less than a month later, I received a bill for $11 for the same X-rays. This makes no sense since I paid in full at the time. It makes me wonder why they need to rip people off.

Everyone here is top notch and made me feel so welcomed! Dr Lim answered all of my questions and was very thorough in her answers as well as also very thorough in my exam.

My appointment was for 3:30pm, doctor walks in the room and apologizes for the wait, it was 3:32pm. I laughed and asked him if he knew what time it was? I had extra patients and thought he was running late. I always seem to get great treatment and the attention I need for my problems. Everyone is nice and doctors MA is always cheerful and positive.

Dr. Amit Duggal is a wonderful caring and knowledgeable physician. He treats my dad very well and answers all my questions and my dad’s. I highly recommend him and so grateful my dad is his patient.

Dr. Milan was horrible. He never yelled but I knew he didn’t want to treat me. He came in so fast he hadn’t read my form stating why I was there. Then Dr. Milan began saying you need to go to the surgeon that did your knee. Yes you have an infection but we don’t have MRI’s I said can you draw my blood he refused that. I waited 2 1/2 hours for a three minute brush off. Then he wrote that I was there for constipation and dark green stools ( an internal infection) and he refuses blood tests. I am tired of these doctors that don’t want to treat your symptoms they are going so fast they just want to say they saw you and move on to the next money person I mean patient.I am truly sick of it. Racial disparities in health care. Truly sick of it.

We were extremely impressed with Dr. Amit Duggal of Intermountain healthcare. He was thorough in every aspect of our concerns and gave detailed information about the care he will be providing to my husband and made recommendation about the medication to improve the blood circulation and suggested we invest in compression stockings that are already helping him. The Doctor was very good as well as the staff. The sign in procedure was also very good. I was able to see the Doctor right away and was very comfortable that he made a good diagnosis.

I arrived with severe chest pains, asked to get an X-ray from urgent care to see what’s going on, after an hour wait, the urgent care doctor finally saw me, then proceeded refused to give me an X-ray and told me I need to go to a bigger hospital instead because he thinks I need an MRI, for chest pains..when I tried to contest he said “who’s the doctor here with the experience? Me not you, and this is what I’m telling you” pretty appalling that as an adult asking for an X-ray, I can be refused.

I was seen on a timely fashion, but when the Doctor sent a script to my pharmacy, the antibiotic that he has me on does not work AT ALL - I now cannot urinate...........I so fortunate that I cath or I would have to go to the emergency room to be fitted with a urinary bag.........I need them to look at my urine sample to determine what the correct antibiotic I should be on. I have a really bad UTI..............

I was surprised at the service I got. I had a 2:45 appointment and was out by 3. I wasn’t even done with my paperwork and they called me in. Dr Hong was really through. I’m from California and I would wait an hour before being called. I’m very impressed with my new Dr.

Bill was super informative and took his time working with us and joking with my son to get him to feel more comfortable while casting him. A lovely and quick visit!!

Very hard place to find, not the address but the office.Not one sign saying urgent care, walked inside and told the girl that I had an appointment at 4:30 she looked and said maybe outside down a couple of doors.Could not find the office so came back in and said can you call someone, the she said do you have a appointment with urgent care, I said yes then she says it’s in the corner, it looked like a closet, not one sign saying urgent care.

I personally feel Intermountain Healthcare is amoung the best. They care and treat you compassionately, and still do their best to make you feel better under difficult circumstances. The people I encountered were very professional. Thank you Intermountain healthcare for hireing great human beings.

When I arrived the nurse had me go to the kiosk and give them all the necessary information required. Very soon afterwards I was directed to the exam room and the Dr walked in about two minutes later. He then examined my problem and sent the needed information for me to get an ultrasound in 36 hours. I highly recommend Intermountain Healthcare as I truly believe they are the very best of the best.

Such unfriendly people - beginning to end except for the Dr. who was very kind..From the time we arrived everyone was very curt and unfriendly..People come to an urgent care because they are hurt or sick and are scared. To be met with such uncaring and treated like a bother is really unacceptable..It was not just us either, everyone who came in was treated with the same coldness.HR really needs to hold a “how to be kind” class over there!!!

The virtual visit was great and helpful. And I’m really thankful for Debbie at the Urgent Care who really helped after the Tropicana and Wynn location left me waiting for 5 hours in my car waiting to be COVID tested (walk-in). To be sick and having to wait like that was ridiculous to say the least. But Debbie really helped and I really appreciate her.

Total time spent was less than an hour. Half of that time was filling out new patient information. Dr. seemed very knowledgeable.

I left feeling like I had duped. Although the staff was very friendly and I was seen by a physician quickly, I left feeling like I would have been better off saving my $175 and stick to typing my symptoms into Web MD and reading the results. I was working on completing my paperwork while being seen by the nurse and into my visit with the physician and was told not to worry about it by both the nurse and the physician. I had paid cash and it very much seemed like the physician simply pocketed my money. After my visit was over, I attempted to complete my paperwork through the Patient Portal app and the link had expired.In addition, it seemed that the doctor had made her diagnosis before entering the room and even after completing two simple tests that were not in agreement with her diagnosis, no other tests were performed or treatments recommended.2 weeks later (with the same pain) I was able to see my primary care doctor, the correct diagnosis and treatment was performed and it was over in 2 days.

I was in and out very quickly for stitches on memorial Day of all days. Friendly staff as well.

The person at the front desk at urgent care was busy on her cell phone and not very friendly. I would have went somewhere else but I already drove there. Everyone else did a nice job.

I had a bad experience at UMC urgent care and so I chose my urgent care as my urgent care is closed Sundays. I had a good experience with the West Charleston Urgent Care as usual. I would always recommend it as it is a pleasant experience.

Well everyone was nice an I was seen in an orderly manner however I was never given any paper work for a attending orthopedic Dr or a name or phone number of a Dr or office I was not given any discharge papers as to what to do until I see the other Dr no pain medicine no we need to see you for a follow up or anything just concerns me by they did charge me straight up before I left

I was in and out in no time. I know we are all wearing masks and smiles are hard to see. However a smiley voice and and eye contact aid in customer service for the receptionist and nurses. They may not want to be there but nor do the patients. Friendly welcoming attitude goes a long way

I experience in urgent care, that was great service, and fast. Doctor gave the right and clear treatment as well, he take time take care of patient not in a rush like others.

As soon as I described my symptoms PA-C Mary Kidwell examined me and knew exactly what was needed. She is professional, kind and understanding. If we need out-of-hours medical services at another time we will definitely go back to West Charleston Urgent Care.

The doctor that came in was terrible. Bed side manner and overall interaction was unexpected. It was as if I was waisting their time. They were supposed to call in an antibiotic and they never did. No professionalism with this doctor.

The staff here was very nice, And organized. I was taken to a room very fast and received the medicine I needed for my recovery. It was a great experience in an urgent care office, better than other offices in Las Vegas. I will.definitely return if I need care in the future.

When things go well at the appointment, no one leaves a great response half the time. The chech in was easy. I had no appointment, so of course I waited for hours. Once I was seen , everything went fast and smooth. The prescription was sent for me and I was on my way to recouperating. Thank you for having somewhere for me to go other than a hospital. It is really hard to make an appointment for my primary doctor. Thank you again for having a place open like this instead of the er. By the way, my doctor was great!

Even though they were closing the staff welcome to me in as if I was the first customer of the day. And not once did I feel rushed or like there was a hurry to get me out the door so they could close up and go home. It was a nice experience for a change as most places dont treat you that way. Extremely professional , felt very safe and very clean facility! I went in for chest pains and hard to breathe. They immediately took an x-ray and said that I really needed to get to the hospital ASAP! Everyone was very kind! Got to the hospital and with the information that Urgent Care sent them or gave me they were able to diagnose pneumonia. I would go there again in a minute for Urgent Care

After slicing my thumb with a bread lame, I put the bread in the oven to bake and wrapped my thumb tightly in paper towel compress. A little later I went to instacare and got my wound treated. I got good and timely treatment to include gluing the wound and a tetanus shot to finish it off. My only complaint was time wasted because I didn’t know I was supposed to check in at a kiosk in the lobby. I assumed checking in with the instacsre receptionist was adequate.

Dr and staff very good and nice very friendly. Dt. Came right to point.

Grateful experience, especially since my own primary and neurologist was unable to help me. I had a 6:30 pm appt, seen an hour later. Well worth the wait. The Doctor listen and exammed me. I was given the right treatment, because I felt better the next day.

My visit was very pleasant, this stay was very short, and the nurse practitioner was very professional.

The only complaint I have is that I believe they forgot about me. Everyone had left the waiting room but I was still there finally I went up and asked and the gal came back and apologized and said they be right with me and they work. The doctor came in right away. They then took good care of me.

Timely, professional and personalized care. This was my first visit ever to an urgent care facility and I was surprised and impressed. They were very good at following all the pandemic check procedures and maintained a good attitude (even with grumpy and frustrated patients). Too bad they dont have a primary care (PCP) practice.

Pleasant staff, long wait to be seen.I only came in for a tetanus shot because my regular doctors office didnt have it and sent me to this clinic to get it. The receptionist said there was only one person ahead of me but the wait was still well over an hour and a half before seeing the doctor and finally getting the shot.

I was feeling very bad. I went in Sat 8/29/20 and was seen immediately. Dr Veronica Lindo took care of me right away. I think I want to change locations from my regular doctor from another office for past 10 years plus. Service was excellent from all staff members.

Dr. Wingard and his staff has and always will be the greatest Doctor I’ve ever had since We moved to Vegas. and we’ve had a lot of doctors It took us two years to find dr. Wingard but I’ve had him since then.Wish there were more doctors like him or a specialist that takes pride in their profession.
