Never answer the phone. 15 mins on hold. 2 women behind desk chatting having a laugh, TV so loud in wait room no one can here the other speak. Dr seems to be different every visit and prescription mistakes. Not putting correct order through.

I have had numerous experiences with a variety of practitioners some good and others terrible. With Edward Victoria I have found the last primary care doctor I will ever need again. He is attentive, compassionate, and always makes himself or his team available with my urgent issues. I found his office staff to be very friendly and spent extra time enjoying chatting with them.

Well I came from Illinois and have a problem trusting anyone new especially doctors, so after being here 2 years without medical treatment I decided to give this Doctors Office a try. The girls at the front desk were so helpful and made me feel so comfortable so I decided to bring my son and daughter to them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I was assaulted by a staff person, literally had to call the police and file a report! They were unprofessional from the beginning. Cursing, playing loud music in the office, and not paying attention to the drs orders. When confronted about mistakes they get hostile, loud. And even more ghetto. I’m not sure about the Dr. but his staff are horrible unprofessional that will eventually run his patients away

Not good to recommend this clinic. The doctors are good, but I can’t say the same with the staff members. The way they operate is not good.

I lived in Vegas eight years they are the worst sending prescriptions to the pharmacy is illegal charging for jobs purposes also helping you lose your job is also wrong an im currently waiting on a legal team to help me with these matters

This the most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to in my life. I had an appt today and when I came into the office there was no receptionist at the front, The sign in board didnt even have a pen for me to sign in, thank God I brought my own. Then some nurse walks in singing doesnt even look at the clipboard or acknowledges me. I had to go back up to the desk and let her know I had signed in. My appt was at 9:15a several people came in after me and were called back before me. I then had to go back up to the desk to ask what was taking so long and was told they were waiting on my insurance to answer the phone. I had no idea what that meant. The only reason why I am here today is because I had bloodwirk ordered and was never called about the results. Literally a month had passed and then I had to call them to ask why I wasnt called. All I was given was a sorry and the crazy thing is they needed me to come in because the doctor had concerns about the results. So when was I going to be informed? The staff are very impersonal, you can tell that this is just a job for them and the man that took my vitals wasnt even in uniform, he was wearing streets clothes, pants and a hoodie. I will never come here again for anything. I do not recommended this place if you have higher standards in your health care.

Dr Vctoria, and his staff are incredibly caring, and take a meaningful interest in myself, and my grandson. They always are professional but mostly do a fantastic job giving the best of care to all of us.To Dr Victoria we are not just one of many, but he genuinely cares for each, and every patient in a very sincere way. He always takes the best of care of myself, and my family. As far as Im concerned Dr Victoria is at the top of his profession.

I went to Dr. Victoria’s office yesterday for a physical exam. I had schedule it as a physical. I was asked several times what brought me in. Very impersonal.I was placed on an exam room where a woman in a clinical jacket came in and started asking me questions. I asked her if she wouldn’t mind introducing herself before we got started.She was nice and did so. She is a PA, which is fine. My main frustration is that I came in for a physical to do cancer screenings etc. the physical took five minutes and I wasn’t offered any screenings.I asked where Dr. Victoria was. I was told that his is an administrator and doesn’t actually come to the office. This was frustrating because most cancer and other disease can be treated with preventive medicine and screening. None was offered. Additionally, they only accept cash. This is highly irregular.I looked up Dr. Victoria on healthgrades and Yelp. The issue is that you aren’t getting Dr. Victoria, and you are not going to get a proper exam either.It was a waste of time. Maybe it would be worth while if you wanted “cool sculpting” and other esthetic treatments as these advertisements took up most of the waiting room. Also highly irregular.

Amazing office the staff is very caring. The doctor is very thorough and makes sure you are well taken care of. I recommend this office to everyone.

Very dissatisfied, this office should have the RN name since is the only one seeing patients, she doesnt explain anything just prescribed medications or therapy . She doesnt take the time to listen to any questions or concerns you may have. Overall feels like youre just another number on the list & quick to prescribe. They also only accept cash.

STAY AWAY!! The people here are a joke. Full stop. The ladies have the front desk have the worst attitude and don’t seem to care for their jobs or the people who come in. I called ahead to iron out insurance before I came in as I’m in a lot of pain. Upon arrival I’m told by the same lady that she needed a number from the insurance which she neglected to tell me when I called ahead. So I get the number Then I’m taking back for vitals. From there rushed to a back room with nurse practitioner who spends all of 5 minutes with me. In said time I tell her my issue and she prescribed a pain reliever, mind you I made no mention of any type of pain reliever. Before I can leave I have to get info from the I could care less sisters at the front desk. I ask them to put in my scripts to the pharmacy and give me the mri info. I immediately call mri center and soonest they can get me in is in a month. No problem I’m not dying I’m just in pain and something doesn’t feel right in my foot. I wait 2 hours and I don’t here from my pharmacy so I call front desk and say can you please put in those scripts so I can get some relief that I’m not getting from aleve. I’m told they want to wait until after my mri because it’s a controlled substance. First I didn’t ask for a controlled substance I haven’t had any pain meds in my medical history since a surgery in 2015. So I make them aware I need something other than aleve as I can’t have mri for a month. They agree to release the scripts. I wait an hour and call pharmacy which proceed to tell me they didn’t call in the pain reliever. I call the office again, and again I’m told it’s a controlled substance look I didn’t ask for a controlled substance I’m asking for anything to help. After I go back and forth they agree to give me Tylenol or naproxen that’s fine all I wanted was damn compassion and relief. I pray that they don’t ever have someone in their family have to go they what they just put me thru.Update: they sent in script with a drug I can’t have and told them I couldn’t have will be calling the medical board on them ASAP beware of this chop shop

Most amazing doctors office I’ve ever been to. I have several medical conditions which I have not gotten any answers to for years. Dr. Victoria tookHis time and ordered up a complete screening of everything. Highly recommend

Called yesterday spoke with a receptionist that was a little brisk, I let her know I was in for a car accident. She didn’t tell me I would need to use my regular health insurance even though I was not responsible for payment. When I went in this morning and spoke with them their demeanor was rude and unprofessional. At this point it wasn’t about not given the proper information that I was leaving, I left because they seemed careless with an “it is what it is attitude”. I am physically in so much pain from my accident and the last thing I want to deal with are rude receptionist.

Great office everyone was so friendly. I’ve seen both doctors and the Nurse Practitioner and they are all on the same page. They really take their time explaining in detail. If you’re looking for an office that will take care of you Dr. Victoria’s is where to go .

Dr Victoria , and his wonderful, caring staff have threated myself, and family with respect, and understanding.Dr Victoria never rushed, any of us even when he was very busy. He always cared about how we were feeling, and solved our medical issues, that our previous Doctors couldnt find.Dr Victoria is a great doctor, and we are so blessed to have a doctor, and his staff that actually cares very much about the patients.

I have been to many Dr.s in the last few years but Dr. Edward Victoria is the best ever he really cares about his patients health and wellness, he is very compassionate and prompt. I would never go to any other person when it concerns the most important thing to me and thats my health. Dr. Victoria I salute you.

The office staff is extremely unprofessional. On multiple occasions the people at the front office desk had changed my prescriptions without getting a doctor’s opinion. How is that legal, I don’t know. They had given me prescriptions themselves and they are not neither nurses or have any type of medical training therefore should not be able to prescribe medications. They had given me double the mg I was suppose to have and I had to tell them to change it. Just having them send prescriptions to a pharmacy takes days on end and multiple phone calls to the doctor’s office to remind them to send it. On top of that they will put you on hold for over 30 minutes and just keep passing the phone around and putting you back on hold. Dr. Victoria is a great doctor, but Dr. Achin does not really pay attention to what is going on with you. I would not recommend this place due to how bad the front office is and how I have problems with them every appointment.

This place is AMAZING. And coming from someone who hates doctors visits. I went in just for a check up and I must say this is the BEST office I have been to caring attentive and knowledgeable doctors and very helpful staff i cannot say enough about this place. The tall black women was very helpful and professional helping me get my medications and the front desk women was very helpful in answering all my questions and they made me feel very welcomed and Dr. Victoria and his staff are the best. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Also, on a side note the front desk lady is verry beautiful with a gorgeous smile and if she ever sees this then you should let me take you out. LolReally though, amazing place if you need a doctor look no more.

Dr. Victoria is the down-to-earth, trustworthy, primary care practitioner Ive been looking for in Las Vegas. Hes very friendly, extremely competent and knowledgeable and not at all adverse to having you try simple, home grown treatments at home. Ive had lactose intolerance all my life and IBS for the past year or more. He recommended I go gluten free (which is not easy, believe me, but it worked) and to get off dairy and substitute Almond Milk and fortified orange juice for the calcium. That cleared up all the problems Ive had in recent years. All other doctors did was throw drugs at me.

Enough Said, Call Ed!I love this doctors office. Just dont make an appointment with the Asian lady doctor. But if you do, at the time of your appointment, first go run errands, get some food, go to the gym, and get a full car wash and detail. By the time youre done, drive back here and youll be called in and weighed. Then leave again to go paint your house, take a cruise to Japan, and hike to the top of Mount Everest. Then go back to the waiting room. Youll be called in within 45 minutes.

Front desk ladies did not call my insurance and did not let me see the doctor and denied service

Dr. Victoria has been my family doctor since we moved to Las Vegas almost 2 years ago. He definitely is a doctor that listens to his patients and their needs. This is not a typical doctors office. I only go see him if there is an issue healthwise, but every single time he sees me, or one of my family members, he actually remembers us. If you a patient of Dr. Victoria, you are not just another patient for him, he truly does care and does listen about what you tell him. I would definitely recommend him.

I am so grateful for.funding such a caring staff that helped me so much. I will not go anywhere else. Very friendly helpful caring staff and doctors.

What I like about this office is that they dont keep you waiting so long like other places do and this is a huge fact to me but unfortunately the downsized part is that most of the time they never answer their phone after several attempts and at the front desk sometimes they dont make you feel welcomed.Something that is uncomfortable to me is that I really dont like it when Dr. Edward constantly makes comments regarding my age practically mentioning the age difference between my wife and I.Not acceptable and Im not sure if I will be going back.

Dr Victoria and Dr Achin are great there staff is not. They cant seam to stay focused guy in front is rude,they lose paperwork,dont fax over meds,was on hold for 15 minutes never enough people to answer phones. They were work out pants or sweat shirts no one has a name tag on will let you sit in waiting room for 45 minutes to get paper work with no explanation.If my grandmother could wait 3 months to see someone id change drs offices. Please get the staff as good as these 2 drs.

1 star only because I need to give a star in order to post a review! Save your time & DO NOT COME HERE. This place is so unprofessional and they take forever to send required paperwork to any office that they refer you to! And the fact that Stephanie & Aurora keep giving my mom the roundabout is beyond me. You don’t ever tell a patient that their health is not an urgent matter. Yea not an urgent matter because that’s not your mom right? How can a doctor let these girls run the office? The doctor is amazing but the bad outweighs the good because his front staff is impossible! These lazy workers need to go work at a non busy clinic because obviously they can’t handle it.

It sucks waiting a whole month for an appointment for a condition that youre extremely worried about only to have them reschedule a whole three weeks after because of a relocation of the office that I was not made aware of in the first place. Would have been nice to know before hand, not 7 days before my appointment. Unprofessionalism at its finest. If you care about your health this office is not for you.

I think he might be out of business. The office has not answers their fax for a prescription refill request, submitted 4 times and no one answers the phone with no answering machine. Frustrating!!! Well, someone put me on hold. It’s been 10 minutes. No one has come back on the line to check on me.

Front office staff does not follow up as they said they would. Have call 3 times to get a referral faxed . The first 2xs they faxed it to an office where the Dr. No longer practices. After the 1st fax I called and explained the Dr. Was no longer there and asked them to send to another Dr I choose. Gave them his name, phone and fax number. The next day I called that Dr office and they hadnt received it. Again call Dr Victorias office to find out they again faxed it to the 1st. Dr. Again gave them my perfered Dr info and asked they call me when done. Needless to say I never got the call. Two days wasted waiting for what fax to be sent which takes less then a minute to do.I really like Dr. Victoria but the front office staff is ???..

I would give 0 if there was. The receptionists sucks. I was there at 2pm in March 15, doctor Edward gave me prescription, I have been in CVS at 5pm and March 16 for the pill pick-up. CVS told me there was not my　info.. In March 19, I came to Victoria　doctors office, the receptionists finally sent the info. to CVS, after 10 minutes, i received phone call from CVS. In the morning of March 16, i asked the receptionists at the same day　about my sons X-RAY result that did in Feb.5,2018, they said called las vegas radiology twice, and not received the result. I went to radiology office, the receptionist gave the result to me and told me they have sent to Victoria doctor office in the same day. The receptionists in Victoria s office totally dont know what they are doing!!!　　If you dont want to waste your time with the dizzy workers, dont go to Victoria s office.

I was not impressed with Dr Victoria or his staff. Dr Victorias was very uncaring and seemed to not want to listen to my medical problems and concerns. He never discussed any type of treatment plan, never secluded a follow up appt., and even called in the wrong medication to the pharmacy. His office staff are not very friendly or knowledgeable. I wont be going back.

My husband dont like pilipino doctor but dictor edwards victoria is the best he kisten to upu and really pay attention of yiur needs .. he dnt play around he will send u to get whatever u need for him to know right a way what wrong or if anything wrong with you.. he will make sure ur in good shape and good health.. also he has such a friendly staff that will always work with you ..we definitely recommend Dr victoria Edwards

I went to see doctor 7/5 the office was to call in my prescription to my pharmacy. I have called the office twice and to date 7/19 my prescription has not been called in....very sad because I like the doctor but the office is unprofessional.

The NP said she would refill a prescription. After many telephone calls to the office staff, my prescription hasn’t been called in or faxed. Today it has been a week and still no refill. I don’t recommend this office, because of the office staff.

Failed to send a prescription on a Friday to my pharmacy, now I get to wait until Monday.
