I have been with Dr. Wharton for a few years now, and I have absolutely no complaints about him as a doctor HE IS GREAT.But his new management team, are beyond lazy. They will not even leave their own office to get me my sons shot records.Also, his office has posted business hours on google, yelp and in front of their office. I have tried to come to their office at their posted hours on 3/6/2018 1:00 pm, nobody was there so I called his office and was forwarded to the management office since no one is in the Dr. Whartons office. He then tries to tell me that the office is Objectively open.So lets define objective:something that ones efforts or actions are intended to attain or accomplish; purpose; goal; target:sounds like their objective is to not be in the office. With that aside, he also said that I could get my childs shot record the next day.Her comes the next day, 3/7/2018. 9:15 am when they should be open and a little bit extra time to make sure everything is in order. Nope, nobody in the office again, and so I call once again only to be forwarded to the same management group except today I am speaking with someone else. They decide that since they cant keep their promise to me that they can hang up the phone on me whenever they feel like, in fact 5 times. At this point I realized that this management team has no intention of listening and just want things done their way so that I do not bother them with their normal schedule of sitting in front of computer.I truly feel sorry for Dr. Wharton, that he has hired a management team that is so beyond lazy that they will not go to the office unless they feel like it, even when a patient is requesting medical records. Unless something changes with his management team good look trying to obtain anything from his office which has Subjective business hours even though the business hours are posted on multiple websites and on the window in front of his office.

I love this doctor he really cares about your health. The staff are friendly and straight to the point. I’ve had friends and family that have been seeing him for over a decade. The new office manager is great.

Ever since Dr.Ali moved to the other side of town, the service has hit an all time low!!!! This place sucks they don’t except walk ins any more you can’t get an appt for like 2-3 weeks. If you have serious medical issues that need to be followed up on or need referrals I wouldn’t recommend this place. FIND SOMEBODY ELSE .He’s a great Doctor but his staff is lackluster ..... and needs some lessons in bedside manner

By far the best Doctor in this town very caring and compassionate. His staff is very kind and courteous. Never a long wait time. I would definitely reccomend going here to anyone.

Great old school dr who takes his time to listen to you and the staff is way better then it use to be nice friendly they also do walk-in from 9am to 11am Monday through Thursday.

The nurses are both rude dont know how to schedule anything and bad attitudes the doctor is cool he helped me when I needed his help the nurses yell at everybody that there talking to on the phone while I was waiting for nothing found a new place so it doesnt matter to me anymore lol 😂

Yes just terrible. Called to schedule an appointment. Receptionist said to just walk in. I looked on line it said they open at 9 We were the first ones there. We got there at 945. Office was closed. Really?! Finally the receptionist showed up at 955. No one was in the lobby. Dr was in his office. Waited for 20 minutes and finally asked how long more. Receptionist said you have to wait the the first appt is at 1030. Are you serious. No one was in the office. Horrible!!!!
