Very caring doctor. Takes time to answer all your questions. He explains whats going on with you and does not throw in big words that you do not understand. The best doctor in Vegas I have found so far

Doctor prescribed me antibiotics for an infection that I had and it gave me horrible side effects . After I finished the treatment I went back to the doctor because I was feeling very ill . I told the doctor I didn’t feel good and asked if it was due to the antibiotics all the doctor said was “ maybe” he doesn’t give concrete answers . I also told the doctor that I have a choking sensation and he didn’t even bother to check my throat . 7 days later I still felt like I was choking when I ate food , I went to an urgent care hospital and they said I developed oral thrush due to the antibiocs and my epiglottis is inflamed . If dr.Steven would’ve checked me right the first time I would’ve been on treatment sooner . Past times when I’m in consultation the doctor tells me that I should come back another time because he has another patient waiting for him . I find this UNPROFESSIONAL.

This doctor doesnt consider mental health as part of your well being. He only focuses on the body. He may suggest a diagnosis without even asking you about your symptoms.

EVERYBODY WAS RIGHT!!! FRONT DESK is RUDE!!! I called last week That american African lady who tries to make an appointment is rude. SHE needs A NEW JOB! Very sad for her life because clearly she hates her job and her life is very miserable. I was trying to ask questions seems like she is irritated. The question was not answer and she just says I will see you and she just hang on on me without saying bye. I made an appointment but wont be going there.

My mother went in for her 1st visit today. The staff was extremely friendly & attentive. The Dr. took his time & answered all of her questions. Highly recommend this office.

Dr. Steven is very professional but I not happy with the staff they are rude. The five stars are for the Dr.

Therapist advised me to see a psychiatrist so they could prescribe medication for anxiety. Thereapist stated that if I couldnt see a psychiatrist within two weeks, to contact my primary care physician to have them prescribe me something until I met with the psychiatrist. Jimenez was my primary care so I called the office. The lady was extremely rude and said that Dr. Jimenez will not prescribe any controlled substances and treated me as though I was trying to get prescription drugs to abuse and told me to see another doctor. I needed help because I couldnt get an appointment for my psychiatrist for over 2 weeks and the uncompassionate staff treated me like I was some sort of drug addict. I will never set foot in this office again! Should have known better with all the times I had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Do yourself a favor and find a different primary care physician, one with a MUCH more knowledgeable and compassionate staff. I wasnt even trying to get controlled substances and my new PCP prescribed me medication for anxiety that is not considered to be controlled substances. My new doctor helped me more in 1 visit than this office has ever helped me with multiple visits.

I have been going to this office for years and the office staff is extremely rude. Its unfortunate that Dr. Jimenez is losing business because of his careless staff. The same woman has been there for years and Im sure is the reason for all these horrible reviews. I should have switched PCP years ago! Do yourself a favor and do not waste any time here.

Love this place! most of the time you call today and they take you in the very next day not like other places where you have to wait 3 weeks even though your cold will be gone by then!!

Im a new patient and have not seen Dr. Jimenez yet but my brother in law loves him. I just have to say his receptionist Renee is amazing. Its been hard for me to keep appointments because I am a new Mom but she just called me back to follow up to see how she can help. Im blown away how big of a heart she has; to care for me before I have even been seen by Dr. Jimenez says a lot. Shes an angel!

The women on the phone (never gave me her name) is very rude, she lacks of patience

I came with a family member here and witnessed an extremely judgemental physician. The females who work up front also have attitudes. Dont patronize this business. There are other places available.

Terrible customer service , please don’t waste your valuable health and time at this spot. Dr is great the office clerks are just terrible, very unorganized, irresponsible staff.
