Didnt exactly help me when I was there, I went in for a pre-op exam, only to get told that they didnt accept my insurance, that was after a wait of about 2 hours, I was a little frustrated by this, if they would have screened me when I first went in, I wouldnt have had to sit and wait, only to hear we dont take your insurance, complete waste of my time, and I traveled on the bus for a hour just to get to the primary care.

*** Red Flag *** HIPPA VIOLATIONI made an appointment at 8:55 am and wasn’t seen until 12:10 pm. Once I was finally brought to the back I was told someone would be right with me. The older lady with blonde hair that was working Sunday, July 5, 2020 left her computer screen on and I could see every patient they had and what they were being seen for. I asked her about it and she said it’s ok because I’m the only one that uses this room. HUGE HIPPA violation! Please don’t use this facility unless you want your information to be shared.

This place is terrible with time management. Dr. Coker is my doctor. My husband and my mother and I have been his patients for over 10 years! He’s always been slow but it’s gotten worse. The check in system is outrageous!!!! If you are a few minutes late they turn you away. You check in and you might sit and wait for over an hour to see him. This is not fair. This has happened to my husband twice and he’s had it and will not return. You need to fix this!!!

This place is completely trash, how do they still open?personal super rude, they don’t communicate with each other absolutely horrible experience.

I waited 3 1/2 hours for Dr. Coker to complete a routine appointment. This office is the most disorganized, inefficient mess that Ive ever witnessed. I recommended going anywhere else for your medical needs. This office is horrendous!!

As everyone else said. Rude staff. Not helpful. They were so mean. I left and didnt even stay for my appointment I was that appalled while sitting in the waiting room. I just cant believe front desk people can be so rude and not be helpful and or caring about your issues or problems. They do know theyre in the healthcare industry? I would not recommend this place would never go there again. The comment about your dog being treated at the vet its so trueight Disgusting and it seems that managements comments continue to say they care about peoples comments but it doesnt look like theyre fixing anything. I think their greatOf course u sometimes wait. Its a medical placeEvery patient has their own reasons for being there. The doctor as I see it have to take each patient and find or work/ order tests to put together treatment/equation. Its not instant. As far as receptionist, sure their the front line and we all think were the only one while were dealing and being dealt with ..Sure sometimes theyre not a perfect entrance to see the doctor/ which is Y ur there .But there has to be a maturity on both sides of the encounter . Somehow u made it and r writing a review. Ur there for the Dr. I respect and am pleased with my doctor, sure they have their days. Stop and think, lets say they see 2 patients an hour ( we know its more) but that would be 16 a day x 5 = 80 a week x 52 weeks .over 4000 appointments a year ok even if each patient visits 2-3times thats still 1500 t-2000 equations to process/diagnose ,the notes the scripts files referrals etc etc. Now ur saying well thats to many Its a business these doctors are also employees Ur living in a paper doll world if u cant see it. Navigate it the best u can And until it changes ur seeing a quality dr that processes things way above what we do. Slow ur negativity and think. At least ur able to see someone and they have to deal with you also

Awful terrible place to have to come when youre sick. They dont care about patients. Be ready to wait hours past your appointment time. You require me to be on time, or you charge me, yet I dont get called back until a minimum of 3 hours after my appointment. Good luck getting in to see your doctor too. No appointments for months.-. Theyll tell you, Call every day at 8am and see if there are any cancellations for that day. I work! I cant just do whatever I want to! I need to know in advance when Im seeing a doctor! Horrible.

I want to say thank you to Kim and Shulla for going above and beyond to help me today, 9/6/19. I was having some issues with a referral and was very frustrated but they helped me to figure it all out. Thank you ladies. Weve been coming here since November 2018 and no issues. The wait time once in a room is a little long sometimes but overall a good experience. Again thank you ladies.

7/26/2017 @3:38p incident. The staff in the primary care section at Spring Valley are so rude to patients; one lady in particular. She has no regard for them, as human beings, nor does she care about their well-being. Every patient on medicaid is not dead beat; there are extenuating circumstances. The intake receptionist/patient reps really need to take classes on how to address patients. You never yell at the customer; just common business practice.Im going to try to change my primary care doctor.

From the front desk to the doctors who work in this place I see a lot of carelessness.

Went here shortly after moving here and both my mother and I needed to be seen. The staff was friendly and the wait was much lower than the average emergency room and the care and price were great!

Wait time is a joke and insulting, really dnt care about patients, only worried about $. Telling people to arrive early for appointment. Front desk at the umc clinic not quick care because i go to both the quick care is very good! Those ladies really hate there job, because there is no excuse to be that ugly and rude i sat watched with others including myself you dnt know how to greet no hi, hello its your job fake it..... when people sign in its do u have an appointment no hello! No order, and complete confusion. Like i said pretty sad when u dealing with sick and mostly elder, but they have no respect or consideration for them and its because of them you all have a job! The worst place in the state. The staff are rude and uncaring, especially the lady Michelle. They cancel your appointment and leave you with out you medicine.

The staffs are so terrible and Im about to change my primary care location somewhere else.
