WOW! just wow - Dr is grouchy, rude, lacks compassion and thinks that only his time is valuable. When a doctor tells you hes just too busy after waiting 3 months for an appointment - thats sad. DO NOT GO here - theres a reason they only have 2 stars. If retirement is calling your name, maybe its time to listen because this doc forgot manners or maybe hes not a morning person??? Whatever his reasons, yall lost a patient.

Absolutely best Doctors in town!however, their staff needs to be replaced NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, no one ever answers the phone after a very long message and clicking 10 numbers No one answers the phone. You are forced to leave a message hoping someone will call you back. I hope Doctors are aware that their staff is MIA 😬

My husband’s experience with this office is dreadful, they inappropriately charged him a ridiculous amount of money and he received no services for it. They refuse to reimburse him😡

Avoid this surgery center. Find some other place theyll charge you up front then call you later to try and collect more money telling you they only quoted you for what youre paying for. Tell me why would you pay for something upfront without knowing the full price? why not wait till everything is finished then charge.Seems hella like a scam espically when the up front charge was 900. This is with insurance mind you on top of a failed surgeryUpdate: They sent my account to collections after sending my mail to an address I do not live at. The office for examination and the office for the surgery had 2 different address now im stuck paying the collections bills absolute scam again, do not go here..There excuse was the mail kept getting returned from both addresses, you have a number and email address to contact me with so there should be no excuse for this happening.

Terrible customer service as soon as you walk into the door. Amy at the front desk was rude and inconsiderate throughout the whole process. She also continued to argue with me after I asked her if everything was ok and this is how she treated all of the patients that walked into the door. I have also have both of my boys tonsils removed here and the scheduling department is almost impossible to get ahold of. Would not recommend this place!

Worst doctor office I have ever dealt with. Having surgery on July 28 get a call the previous Friday that surgery is off after scheduling for six months. Oh and this was after they took 1,000 from me.

I been a patient of Dr. Christine Mirabal. She is amazing! Very smart and professional. She operated my deviated septum, nasal polyps, and cleaned my sinuses. My problem was there for years, and there was lots of work to be done inside. I felt better just few days after surgery. Was very fast recovery. Now few months after surgery I feel great finally can breathe like other people. Never wake up with dry mouth or snore. Highly recommending Dr. Mirabal to everybody!

The worst I’ve ever witnessed! Schedule months out in advance. Get to office, walk into a waiting room and every chair is full. Unprofessional at the check in, rude, not greeted w smile. Looks like staff is miserable. Not welcoming at all. Says we’re running behind?? Really?? I scheduled months in advance and you tell me I have to wait an additional hour not seeing anyone until 11am for a 10am appointment is unacceptable in any practice. The lady sure took my cash right away though! Thank goodness! That money was getting heavy in my wallet. In regards to my ear -let’s just say it’s pretty much a scam. Not wanting to help out one in need is completely uncalled for. Not sure how a practice such as this stays in business?? Perhaps a complete scam location. -STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!! Complete waste of 2.5 hours.

My brother was sent here to get his ears checked out. He is a veteran. This place is ridiculous. I called for several weeks, leaving messages. And Abby, never called us back. Now i have to go back to our primary doctor. And wait another month, to get another referral, while my brother waits in pain. This place is more than ridiculous.

Dr. Teresa Walker is a very personal, gentle, loving very knowledgeable doctor. I’ve seen her 2 times and I look forward to seeing her in 6 months.Rachel

I was going to go there for balance testing but after talking with Tracy who said she only deals with hearing aids I was told they dont do that and would need to send me to a neurologist before they can do surgery. I was like WHOA...who said anything about surgery? its balance testing. I did ask her what part of my message said anything about hearing aids but she didnt have an answer. if I could give them less than 1 star I would so Im being generous. they also told me they dont take referrals so I guess they dont need my business.

My son just got tubes put into his ears today and I have to say everything was amazing from start to finish. Dr. Mirabal did his procedure and she did an amazing job. She is very kind and answers any questions you have. All the staff there were very compassionate. His surgery was right on time and the procedure went great! I dont understand why there are so many bad reviews for this place. I would recommend anyone to go here because I had received amazing service the whole entire time.

Dr Mirabal is one of the brightest most caring doctor’s I’ve been to. Her resume speaks for itself. I’ve had recurring sinus issues for years and instead of giving up when we can’t find anything she seems to take it as a challenge and doubles down on her efforts.

Referral from urgent due to repeat sinus infection. Doctor literally spent 2 minutes on the exam and said nothing helpful. Now I have another sinus infection and I will need to find a doctor who actually cares.

I came in for a diagnosis which turned out to be a mass with a dangerous potential. Expediency was essential. My excellent specialist, Dr. Mirabal diagnosed the problem and sent me to the scheduler, Melissa. My situation was complicated with last minute tests and records involving doctors from Canada.On top of that, the scheduling was constrained to only a three day opening.Melissa was a champ at this. She organized everything ASAP, getting my documents organized, ordering my procedure room and scheduling it within 1 hour, for a procedure in 48 hours!With cancer you cant play around. We are fortunate to have found Dr. Mirabal and her magician scheduler, MELISSA!Cancer is a matter of life and death.Thank you, Melissa!

Good luck getting through to make an appointment. I finally got a call back from Abby, who sounds like shes done. Spoke with Abby in August, earliest appointment, November. Its an assembly line monster created by a chaotic health insurance industry and doctors who comply because we all want mo money, mo money, mo money.Its an impersonal Ikea healthcare monstrosity, and getting worse by the day.

Have been going here for several years due to insurance. Once you can actually get an appointment the doctors and nurses are great. The office staff is terrible. They dont answer the phone and they never call back and once you can actually get some on the phone they make you wait months for an appointment. I have worked in the healthcare industry for more than 20 years in las vegas and they are by far the WORST. Still waiting for a call back from last week.

Friendly staff, clean facility and was in and out in a timely fashion. Saw Dr. Tolan. He was professional, explained everything and answered questions. He made me feel comfortable and was very kind.

I had gone to two other ENT doctors in the Valley. When I found Dr Yu i knew I found a great doctor. Have seen him the last 18 months and the staff at Sunset and in Henderson are great. I had another problem this year and he had me see his partner Dr Salinas who is also great. Dr Salinas had done two surgeries this year and now found I have throat cancer. I feel I am in very good hands and the staff is also wonderful and caring. Dr Yu and Dr Salines are wonderful and caring.

Best doctors ever!! Dr tolan and Dr Selena found my on going issue and nipped it the butt it has been a long process but what do u expect when it comes to perfection.

Dr. Tolan is the best doctor around, and I felt very safe on the day of my surgery. Since the first day I had my consultation I felt very safe and in good hands with the staff. From the office to the nurses in the hospital. Before going into surgery the anesthesiologist came to introduce himself and asked how I was doing and so did my doctor. When I had gotten out of my surgery, Dr. Tolan came and asked how I felt. He was very compassionate on my well being. Later that day I received a call from Dr. Tolan he asked how I was doing. During the first three days I was receiving phone calls from the staff asking how I was feeling. Everyone there were very compassionate and concerned on my well being! I loved the service, the staff, the nurses, the anesthesiologist, and especially my doctor Timothy Tolan! I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a doctor to get their tonsils removed, insist to go with Dr.Tolan!

This place has the worst staff ever. They’re rude and disrespectful. Always falling behind. The doctor that did my tonsillectomy is giving me an appointment 2 weeks from now after an emergency . It’s ridiculous when I’m in so much pain and they can’t get me in. I’m not a new patient remind you. Went through a argument and they started laughing out loud. That just shows how professional they are. Been a patient for the part 3 years and now I’m never going back. Looking for a new place and new doctor.

Has apt. at 11. Was seen by Doctor at 12. Got prescription on a Wednesday. It wasnt sent to my CVS. Called Friday morning, left message on machine that said well call you back. Nothing. Left another on Sunday. Nothing. No call back, no CVS prescription. These guys are not just bad, they seem to be incompetent. Got a hold of someone today (monday), and again, was promised a callback. Not holding my breath.

The most unorganized and unprofessional stuff !!!Another update ,July 2019 I am trying to make an appointment for my son :The rudest customer service ever!!! I have tried to make an appointment for my son and those people told me they dont have anything. The soonest will be in October. I said ok what is the time ?! She said they have only at 10:40 so I asked what about different day she said yes 10:40 only in all other days . Really?! What about November? Yes 10:40 ! I told her that this is doesnt make sense and she hanged up the phone on me !!!

Dr Tolan was rude, abrupt. Spent exactly 3 minutes with me. He was leaving and said to him I had questins. Told me he was very busy but ask away. He needs to learn to be kind, patient And more understanding.

If you call asking questions figure them out another way because they have no patience, literally just had Lynn in billing scream at me that I called the wrong department and she cant help me as I was just apologizing for the mix up when I was transferred over to her she kept yelling over me... such a bad experience ! Ppl like this she quit if theyre unhappy with their job seriously. I will never go to this office and will not refer anyone ever and will share this experience. One star is too much for this staff.

Worst experience I had. 1.5 hours from checking in on time and still didnt see a doctor. Most unorganized office Ive ever been to. Receptionist was on her personal phone while holding my paperwork instead of checking me in.

Appointment was at 3pm and sat there for 2 hrs and that was just for a hearing test!! Finally left without getting my test. At least 30 people went in ahead of me. Very bad scheduling

I dont understand so you make an appointment they supposed to see you at 3 they asked to be 10 minutes before but they dont see you until 345 or 4 this is the 3rd time. How professional is that.
