I have been a patient of Dr. Stoermer for over 17 years. There was a time when they didnt take my insurance and I opted to pay in cash. Hes that good. When I first started seeing him I was one of his youngest patients. Not any more LOL. Great Doctor, very thorough and explanes every thing he does and prescribes. He dosent leave you with any questions. If I could give him a higher rating I would.

The best Dr. in the world!! My whole family and most of my friends seek Dr. Stoermers wisdom and incredible knowledge, I highly recommend him to any one that’s looking for medical answers and excellent treatment outcomes !!!

My parents and I have been patients of his for more than 30 years. Dr. Stoermer is simply the best. Your arm could be falling off, but his calm, compassionate, soothing manner makes you feel like all will be right with the world. After you see him, it usually is, because he knows exactly what is wrong and just how to fix it. But, if ever there is a time he doesnt know, he will move heaven and earth to find out, which is what he did for my mother many years ago. She had a reading that no one could understand, everyone said was impossible, the patient would be dead. Yet she was very much alive, and Dr. Stoermer didnt rest until he knew what would make her stay that way. He has made hospital visits just to say hello and condolence calls to say goodbye, neither of which one would expect from todays provider. He is unique, rare, a true gem. ♥

My first visit with Dr Stoermer was great. I am a trans man and was looking to start HRT as well as start seeing him for my other medical issues.The wait times were long but you soon see why when you are in the room with him. He takes the time to get to know you and your medical history, as well as answering any questions you may have. In fact, when he did not know the answer to one of my questions (in this case, it was about testosterone & the risk of a certain cancer) he didn’t avoid the question- he actually fetched his medical book and we went through it together and found the answer.Together we addressed my concerns about going off of hormonal birth control I took for my mental health as I start taking T and he let me know that if I start having problems with my mental health to call immediately and he would get me on a mood stabilizer/antidepressant if needed. I felt listened to by a doctor for the first time in a while. I’m looking forward to have him treating my other medical issues.The only thing I would improve about his office is maybe some of the front desk staff. It seemed the lady in charge of billing felt I was a burden for asking her to bill my insurance for HRT. I know sometimes it is extra paperwork but the way she handled it was a bit unprofessional. She kept making up excuses, first saying flat out that they don’t bill insurance for HRT, then about the system, and so on...Overall I feel really satisfied with the care I was given and definitely look forward to seeing him again.

Dr. Stoermer himself is a nice guy but his methods and his office are completely outdated. The receptionists ignore you and Stoermer sometimes doesnt listen to what you need.

He is the most amazing doctor. I have never met another doctor like him here in the U.S. He is so kind, caring and patient. You never feel rushed and he truly listens to you. He has helped when other doctors have refused to help. His office staff is wonderful and helpful too!

A review from a trans women, I got HRT from Stoermer Christian and he made it as easy as it should be! Hes understanding and knows he doesnt need to test if youre actually trans, youre an adult. He informed me, I signed a form to consent and it was as easy as that. Given that this is expected to be a difficult process for many trans people, this was such a relief! Him and everyone at the desk will make sure they call you by your preferred name and pronouns too. I can only imagine theyre just as professional and helpful with any other patients as well. My only real complaint is with Google for not giving me the option to give more than 5 stars.Edit: I went to him again and can confirm a year later that Dr.Stoermer is still the coolest doctor

A friend of mine recommended Dr. Stoermer highly & now I also recommend him highly! He is kind, caring & spends time LISTENING & getting to know your medical history. Its rare in this day & age to find an old fashioned doctor that cares! I recommend him without hesitation...hes a GREAT doctor!

Words cannot describe my gratitude to have had dr Stoermer as our family doctor since I was young. He is always honest and straight forward, takes time to ensure understanding, is always polite and professional, and makes everyone comfortable knowing hes the one checking up on us. He will not ever just prescribe you something n throw you out the door like other doctors in this valley. He treats everyone like gold and stays broadening his already huge spectrum of knowledge in the medical field. If more doctors cared about their patients the way he does, a lot more people would have a better quality of life!

My 92 year old Mom and I have been seeing Dr. Stoermer for over 30 years. He is gentle, and listens to every word and he keeps up on modern medicine. He has helped us through physical and emotional illness always there always caring always ready with a Plan B if Plan A doesnt help.. The Best!!! I first went to Dr. Stoermer around 10 years ago. Great experience. Im not sure why I didnt continue with him and Im kicking myself that I did not. He is an awesome doctor who takes the time to explain the truth to you instead of just rushing you out the door and only hearing part of what you said. He also never discounts what you are feeling, very empathetic. When you want a real doctor that can aggressively get you well - I highly recommend Dr. Stoermer - I wont ever go anywhere else or trust anyone but him with ME.
