I recently met Dr. Steven lebowitz for the first time.I met a friendly, honest doctor, who impressed me with his simplicity and his self-confidence.Dr. Steven lebowitz explain me  that its a very simple procedure to remove a small growth that was under my eye lid.all he mentioned that  I will  feel a bit the poke of the injection and that will be the hard part.He made it sound so easy  and painless, that He put me  at ease right away and I actually set an appointment for the procedure to be done on our next meeting. The worry I had, whether to do the surgery or not was no longer there.On my second visit the procedure was done and it was as simple as he informed me, even the injections poke was not really as painful as he warned me.Dr. Lebowitz, did a great and painless job.I definitely recommend it.Thank you Dr. LeibowitzPnina perry

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Steven Leibowitz since August 2021. He is extremely professional,answered all my questio s and made me feel very comfortable in his care!!! His staff was very helpful also. I had upper eyelid surgery and am highly satified with the results!!I had a smooth prep,surgery,and followup! I am so happy I chose them and would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!

I’d give an honest review of his work…. IF HE EVER DID ANY WORK. I have money and was willing to pay out of pocket for surgery… I’ve been waiting 3 months just for even a consultation. I was referred by another eye doctor, every time my appointment date comes close for whatever reason it keeps getting pushed back. Guess you don’t want to make money. Meanwhile my eye still needs surgery. What a joke. EDIT: Calling you out on that 1-2 week nonsense… first appt I set I had to wait a whole month and a half out after initially setting up an appt… that appt was canceled to make way for a second appt with the same results… a whole month and a half out… waited 3 months to not even be seen. Then was told I could make a 3rd appt with even longer wait time due to Dr. having surgery or vacation or whatever reason it was the third time around.

Wonder if those who post a bad review on Steve Even had work done ??? one word thank you ,for making my lower Eyelid look back to normal I had cancer removed off my lower eyelid , Great staff in the office, This is the Real deal not getting paid) to post a good review ,He take the time to make sure you understand what is going on,)The Dr an His staff our very good at what they do , He works in Kingman or lake Havasu to,

Dr. Leibowitz was the RUDEST MOST ARROGANT DOCTOR I’ve ever seen! Further, from a simple Ptosis Surgery I ended up in 2 EMERGENCY ROOMS (they sent me to a second one to see an EYE Specialist)-my left eye BLED OUT FOR OVER 16 HOURS-I even had to SIGN A CONSENT FORM for a BLOOD TRANSFUSION!!! So much for the IVY LEAGUE EDUCATED DR. LEIBOWITZ!!!

Dr. Steven leibowitz did a phenomenal job with the surgery. I had no complications after the surgery. I was told it will take 6 months for healing. My right eye seemed to be ok. However, I still dont fully feel the upper lid and the right side of my temple. I had my surgery Dec 2020.

This man is amazing. He got my surgery done quick and I have had no issues since. Great man.

My ptosis (droopy eyelids) had gotten so bad that it impaired my vision. I had to hold my eyelids open with my fingers to see very well. I wasn’t leaving the house much because of COVID and was getting scared to drive. Finally I decided, COVID or no COVID, I can’t wait any longer. I found Dr. Leibowitz on the internet and am glad I did. On our first visit, it was obvious that he knew what he was doing and that his services were in demand. He explained that my condition was pretty severe and I would need “Bilateral ptosis repair by silastic sling.” This sounded a little scary to me but he reassured me it was a very common procedure for him and that I came to the right place. He has a bit of a backlog so my surgery date was set for about 7 weeks out at the Summerlin Surgical Center. Bottom line is the surgery went well. Afterward, I had two black eyes and was sore for about a week, but nothing that ibuprofen couldn’t handle. I would strongly recommend Dr. Steven Leibowitz if you are in need of eyelid surgery. As a side note, I was very pleased with the performance of the staff at the Summerlin Surgical Center as well.

My girlfriend Veronica was injured at work.. she had damage to her eye...for months she struggled to smile when looking in the mirror..although she was beautiful before her procedure...dr leibowitz did such an amazing job..from the nurses to the anesthesiologist on his team ..from the moment we checked in until the moment he told me my sweet v was in recovery and that the procedure went well...i was so happy.. and so is she.. her eye is currently in bandage so I am just helping her do some thing and noticed thank doc on her to do list.. thanks doc from us both!+

I saw Dr. Leibowitz back in November because something showed up in my eye during a CT scan. He diagnosed it as a small tumor behind my eyeball and recommended that we remove it. He explained the whole process with me and that I would have to go to UCLA medical center for the surgery. I was hesitant because my culinary insurance only covers things in the state of Nevada but he was able to get it taken care of for me. So I had the surgery last Friday I was extremely nervous because it’s my eye. Well all went well it only took about 90 minutes. So far recovery has been great and I had my follow up with him already and everything is good. As far as the staff at UCLA I have never had a better medical experience in my life, I could only hope any surgery that I will ever need can take place there. I really hope I never have to go through this again but if I did I would totally feel confident in having Dr. Leibowitz do it again.

He is the man to see.I had a melanoma under my eye. He repaired the bottom lid from the hole that was left from removal. You can not tell anything was done. He grafted skin from that side as well. He has to be the BEST Doctor who ever treated me. Talks to me face to face and not to a computer. Thorough exam and pre-op. Surgical procedure was excellent with outstanding results. His assistants are courteous and professional. His staff also did not skip a beat and was also very helpful. Highly recommend Dr. Leibowitz.

I was recommended to go to Dr Liebowitz and I was so very glad I did. He can fix a problem for me that others were going to have to have a much more intense surgery than his idea. His opinion makes far more sense than the others and his explanation was easy for me to understand. Excellent Doctor. Very considerate. His staff was great when I emailed or phoned. He removed a basil cell carcenoma off of my lower lid, and had to reconstruct about 3/8 inch of where my eyelashes laid. He moved my lower eyelashes over and blended the scar into my laugh lines.Very happy.

This was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. I was referred by my doctor for a minor surgical procedure. Dr. Leibowitz described the procedure and what would be done. He was very personable and even sent a letter after the 1st visit to thank me for choosing him. Dr. Steven Leibowitz has shown himself to be cruel and lacking in compassion. Today he belittled me for crying after he informed me I have lost sight in my right eye and I will have to wear glasses for the rest of my life. I have enjoyed having perfect vision for 25 years and it was only recently that I noticed my vision diminishing and saught help. Up until the point Dr Leibowitz broke the news, I thought there would be hope that my sight could be fixed. Dr. Leibowitz is capable of kicking a person when they are already down. Any one with decent bedside manner would have shown compassion while I absorbed the news and grieved. But not Dr. Leibowitz. Instead, he shamed me for crying saying I was over reacting to a common diagnosis that is easily remedied. He inquired if I had a mental problem. I confessed I had depression. (Another common diagnosis but not so easily remedied.) After which he said I should be on medication. It was his professional opinion as a doctor. (Because apparently any type of doctor including an ophthalmologist can give their unsolicited professional opinion about my mental health.) I admit sometimes I wear my heart on my sleeve but it is not an over reaction to shed some tears when you find out that you have a handicap and your day to day life has changed.

A doctor must be human before being good in using the knife! No words can describe his cruel personality!

Dr. Liebowitz was very circumspect, in my diagnosis, treatmnet and my eye surgeries, pre and post. Results surpassed my expectations. office staff first rate in all aspects. Extremely helpful in referrals and flexibility. Thanks Doc. Without question an expert and passionate in his expertise in Graves thyroid eye disease.
