I had spine surgery 3 weeks ago tomorrow. I had a complete disc replacement. I see and feel improvements every day. Dr. Grover and his staff are great. They take time with you and that’s important. I’ve always had a good experience during appointments at any of their clinics. You can trust them.

My husband just had robotic disc replacement. The Surgeon Poelster and his team were incredibly professional & caring. We couldnt be more happier with the way things went. 2 weeks and almost off his walker. Amazing job. Highly recommend any Surgeon at this location.

I made an appointment for a second opinion on back surgery. The scheduler sounded reluctant to make the appointment, but she did. When I arrived at the office, they had no appointment or any record of me. They did not apologize or try to fit me in or offer to make another appointment. Wouldnt call them again if they were the last doctors on earth. I have never experienced anything like this before.

I have been a patient of Dr Grovers since 1999. He had fixed my broken back from car accident and since then I have had 2 more surgeries on my lower back and one on my neck. He has never had to fix a surgery that he did. I am 72 years old and can walk very well, as no one can tell that I have had any surgery. I rarely have any pain and I have 5 replacement disks in my lower back and 2 in my neck. I am so grateful to him for being able to lead a fairly normal life and better than most my age. I can never thank him enough for what he has done for me! i even carry a note in my wallet that no one can fix my back except him if in a accident and am unable to tell anyone who my Dr is. Its been Nine months now since my back surgery with Dr. Grover. I did write a review months back as well. I feel super fortunate to of Had Dr. Grover as my surgeon. Although I wont be what I was when I was 25 years old. Im in such better condition now and live a normal life. I have heard horrior stories from other people after back surgeries with other doctors. Dr. Grover has to be one the best in the Las Vegas valley if not the best!!!

You always have to wait at least two hours for Dr. Grover. I think he care so much about his patients that he spends a lot of time with them. That is a good thing/bad thing. Maybe he should not schedule so many patients in one day.Excellent clinically & great bedside manner!

I had a diskectomy in 2003, my blessings and prayers to Dr. Grover and helpers. I am happy, able to ride horses, dance, wear my high hill shoes. My sciatica problem was fixed. Thank you so much!

I praise GOD for making it possible for me to have met Dr. Grover. His ability to know how to fuse my spine correctly and put me out of my misery is remarkable. There arent enough words to explain my gratitude. He is a truly gifted doctor and I recommend him highly toanyone who is suffering from back pain.

I normally just come in for refills, something thats supposed to be quick and easy, turns into a headache almost every month. Every month I go there they ask me for a urine sample cause they cant keep track of records. I started writing down to show them when I do so I dont have to pee into a cup every visit. I have to always double check that theyre giving me the right medication, last month they almost gave me someone elses meds and sent me on my way. This month they messed up by not faxing my prescription to my pharmacy after I left. I called them before they closed to remind them that my pharmacy still havent gotten anything and its about closing time. I called and told reception my issue and she said she would relay it to Michael whoever that way and thats it. Great. I call this next morning to follow up and go pick up RX and my pharmacy breaks the news they still havent gotten anything from my doctor. Now its Saturday and the doc office is closed and have no medication and wont even be able to deal with this unless I take time off from work to go run around town now on Monday. Never trusting them to do that for me again. I need to find a new doctor!!
