I have visited the doctor Helen Brvenik three times. She was friendly and thats all. I had the ultrasound done twice, the breast ultrasound was redone twice. I didnt understand why. When I came to her appointment, she did not take the time and did not give any story about it. I dont remember anything useful from her. But when she caught on to my tired mood, her energy was boundless! She gave me antidepressants with great energy and persistence! I really didnt like it. Im not going to drink them. Only friendliness and inspection according to plan and nothing else she gave me. The administrative part has always failed too. Three times they called and asked to send a referral and zero action.

Dr Brevnik has been my primary doctor for about two years and i have only seen her about three times. When I schedule an appointment I will get a call a few weeks later to reschedule appointments. I have seen physician assistants more than my own doctor. I will be switching this year.

She always is very nice and welcoming. I went to a few Doctors trying to figure out a stomach problem I was having. She didn’t send me anywhere else, she figured it out herself. Prescribed me antibiotics and was feeling better in a few days.

I cannot rate Dr Brevnik as I’ve not seen her. No appointment was available for months, so I saw her nurse practitioner. The visit was ok, but the administrative part is beyond lousy.I was prescribed a medication that needed changing, and it took at lease five phone calls from me to get it fixed. Even then the office didn’t fix it correctly, resulting in another week delay in even getting a return call from them.I had an appointment scheduled with Dr Brevnik, and I needed it to do a pre-op for foot surgery the following week. About 3 weeks prior to the appointment, the office called me and said they needed to reschedule as the doctor would not be in that day. I had to call them back to reschedule, and no one could help me (why???) so I needed to await a call back. They called me 2 weeks later to reschedule. By then I just gave up on them and chose another provider.This medical practice needs to figure out why they are so dismal on follow up. But if this is any indication of their ability to help when time is of the essence, it bodes very badly for their medical care.
