I was in severe pain from multiple disc herniation after being in an auto accident. I was required to come for an office visit EVERY TWO WEEKS until reaching maximum medical improvement. However, I had already reached maximum medical improvement prior to coming here. They were just exhausting the limited amount of insurance I had. They charge you an additional $20 if you pay by credit card. The most shocking exhibit of GREED is after having video follow up appointment they submit the prescription to the pharmacy and placed a hold on the prescription until the follow up appointment was paid. Their first concern is not your health...its your money!!Update: Upon the above review posting to Google this office retaliated by sending certified letter and terminating my care.

Dr Chowdhury is a remarkable physician with extreme attention to care. I have known him for years and would recommend him and his staff for your Pain Care.

AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU ARE INVOLVED IN LITIGATION!!! I was referred to this Doctor after a car accident and herniated discs. The Doctor himself was pulling an injury scam lawsuit against a cab company while I was being treated by him. He was working every day and seemed fine to me, but was claiming his PA was seeing patients. He got a huge recovery of which he bragged quite a bit to me about. Back to my case. Since he wasnt seeing me every visit on paper, his PAs or assistants did the charting. Which contradicted its self. Different each time. They didnt even read what the other wrote. So the defense side pointed out repeatedly that MY DR THE ONE I CHOSE MYSELF could not follow his own treatment plan!! I got pennies, however he milked my PIP insurance to its limit. His epidurals, which are injections into the spine, are given in a dirty office chair turned backwards. Probably just saline, since they gave absolutely no relief. His main source of income is drug addict doctor shoppers which fill the office waiting room. It looks like a soup kitchen in there. He had his own pharmacy there at the time, selling pills direct from the huge bottles for cash to the druggies. I could overlook almost everything, if just he didnt MESS UP THE DOCUMENTATION!! One note says good results from epidural. Next note says no relief from the SAME EPIDURAL. One recommends surgery. One recommends no surgery only therapy. Insurance adjuster LOVED IT!!! Of course I never tested positive for illegal drugs. You morons that go to a pain doctor and do deserve what you get.You can be certain that there were no errors in his documentation for his personal injury case!!

I am a few weeks past my first shots for an accident I was in. The entire staff was very kind and explained everything in detail. ( I was slightly freaked out by the whole shot near my spine idea). I saw the doctor every visit and he was not a pill pusher. He knew what he was talking about and eased my anxiety on the day of the procedure. Im happy that I can tell the shots are working! I am now hopeful for a recovery!

Ive been going to Dr Chowdhury for a few months now and all the staff are very nice and friendly. Even when I was stressed and scared they did whatever they could to get me to calm down. I would definitely recommend him.

I used this Dr for one year. He kept giving me meds I took 10 years ago,, I told him they will not work but he kept on. Ive been going to pain management for many many years. I believe he abuses Medicare also,, he charged $3,800 for a SHOULDER INJECTION!! ONE SHOULDER INJECTION. Ive never been charged more that $1,200 for that procedure. They schedule appointments 2 hours before the Dr even gets there. When I had an 8:15 am appointment I never got out before 1:00. Waste the whole day waiting. This Dr will make you do painful injections and doesnt nearly sedate you enough and you feel every bit of it.No compassion at all,, just doesnt care. He puts on a good show to make you believe he cares but that couldnt be further from the truth.DO NOT GO TO THIS DR. HE WILL NOT HELP YOU,, MOST PHARMACIST WONT EVEN FILL HIS PRESCRIPTIONS EITHER!! I SPENT A WHOLE DAY RUNNING ALL OVER HILLSBORO & PINELLAS COUNTY,,, ONLY ONE PHARMACY WOULD TAKE IT,, AFTER PRETTY MUCH BEGGING.If you got nothing but time to waste hes your guy,,,, not

Everyone from the office staff to the doctor has been great. The procedure was not bad yesterday and his provider is someone you should see if you are in pain.

The staff is very attentive. And very helpful with my condition.

Dr. Chowdhury is honest, he listens and he gets results! His staff is also wonderful. If you get occipital headaches, have been diagnosed with RSD, or live in pain on a daily basis, I would highly recommend Dr. Chowdhury for the most effective pain relief plans.

Office staff has the worst customer service and the most horrible and disrespectful way of talking to patients with acute and severe pain who only come back to see the Dr .. if I dint see the front desk staff and the PA I would considered Dr a five star physician but thanks to staff Im home in pain writing this review unfortunately I love this Dr work
