Good luck trying to get any of your records from Envision! Their office staff are rude and impossible to work with. They are disorganized, unhelpful, and always seem to be annoyed when anyone calls! There also seems to be a huge lack of communication within the practice, as well, and messages never seem to make it from one person to the next. Dr. Ross is a great doctor, but the support staff is terrible. Whoever manages the office staff needs to evaluate their employees and their process and procedures for how to get things done!

Rude, argumentative staff. They require everyone to wear a mask while their own employees walk around wearing masks under their nose. Nurse asked for the prescription glasses that they made, came back and said the glasses have a very minimal grade and the other lens is actually plain, reading glass from a dollar store or Walmart would have been enough but instead they made an eyeglass with prescription and billed Medicare and/or Humana for it. Patients were told to wait in a room after initial examination, theres bugs and spider webs on the corner of the waiting room, the tables were dusty, wondering now if their equipment and exam rooms are cleaned and sanitized properly. Look for a different place to take care of your vision needs, dont even come close to this place.

My mother was referred due to loss of vision from medication (Plaquenil). Her vision is deteriorating rapidly. She saw the doctor in January, they referred her for a field of vision test. Then they called and said that doctor wasnt there any more. She saw another doctor, who said he wanted the field of vision test repeated. They called and canceled that appointment because their machine was down. Then that doctor left the practice and she was rescheduled for a field of vision test today (5/14/2021) and an appointment with the ophthalmologist for next week. Last night after 5 pm they called her and said that they no longer do field of vision testing on Fridays and tried to reschedule her again, which makes 3 times, and now 6 months that she has been trying to find out what is going on with her rapidly deteriorating eyesight. She told them no, cancel the appointment with the doctor, she will NOT be rescheduling a 4th time with them. What incompetence!

They have a new Eye doctor who is alot better than the one which was there on my last visit.

I bring my mom here and weve always been met with nothing but excellent patient care. Everyone is so kind and efficient! My mom just had cataract surgery and they made the process soooo easy at every step. We really appreciate the staff at Envision 😊

Dr Ross did my cataracts. It was fine. He than decided my eye lids needed lifted. He lifted them to high and now my eyes do not close enough when I sleep. I may have to have redone. Maybe later. Next he took a stitch in the corner of my left eye He said it would help my dry eyes. I had been complaining about my dry eyes at every appointment. The only medicine he prescribed was OTC Sooth I kept using it hoping for relief. After the stitch in my left eye at every appointment I told him there was something poking in my eye. Three of the Drs there said it was fine I also lost the sight in half of my left eye. I asked him to remove the stitch but he ignored me. Last Feb I tried to make an appointment because of the pain in my left eye and losing the sight in my right eye That was when I found Humana no longer was using envision. Humana sent me to a new Dr The first visit she put me on eye drops Within a week i was having relief Second trip she tackled my right eye and in fifteen minutes I could see. Next time I asked if she could do anything about my left eye. She sent me to her house surgeon. He removed the stitch and showed me a 1 1/2” long piece of sutures bright blue and stiff that had been poking me for 2 years. I am so happy that I found a good Dr. Thank you Humana

One of the most professionally run establishments Ive ever gone to. Been there a half dozen times now and its always the same. Have never waited very long for any part of my visits. First rate.

Are you Closed? Call on phone repeatedly and you are put on hold and asked to wait and eventually disconnected. I know your customer service is always so poor I am afraid you may have closed. Doctors/Nurses do great job, classical staff in bad need of training. Only as good as the management requires.

My last visit was a disaster and my interpreter and I didn’t like the attending eye specialist who was abrupt, mean and sarcastic man! I forgot his name. A balding heavy weight doctor!

When I went to this doctor I was wearing two pair of glasses and a magnifying glass to read. I had an implant put in now i can read without glasses. And I am very very grateful for them. I love this place.

I would highly recommend Envision Eye Specialists .My first visit was awesome the staff was very courteous and right on time . I was told that my vision was like 30% but after my eye surgery I regained my 20/20 vision without the need to use glasses,wow so happy !.I would like to thank specially one of the staff ,her name is Gina ,she was very nice to me ,I was so scared but she eased my fears and concerns with so much professionalism and empathy ,Im very very grateful with her and of course the rest of the staff .I truly recommend Envision Eye Specialist without a doubt ! Five stars!!

I went there with problems seeing out my left eye I could see out of a cloud ended up leaving they’re being told I have 2020 vision went to Robson institute Found out I had a cataract and I’ve been set up to be measured and surgery Robson is a state of the art facility

The worst customer service my mom set up appointment and they canceled it at the last minute and hung up on her.They very rude to her when she ask for answer regarding the reason for canceling her appointment. They should close that place or replace the front desk.

My Grandma had an 8:00 AM appointment. Its 9:30 and after a series of tests and being dialated she still has not been seen by the actual Dr. Its clear there is no respect for peoples time. I have never waited this long at my own eye Dr.s office. The manager of this office should really considering improving customer service even though employees were nice enough. Weve all come to expect the nice enough is okay when its not.

Went for a routine eye exam, staff was pleasant, everything went well. They gave me my glasses prescription and did not try to sell me anything like some other offices I have been to.

Let me see, how many times now we have had to try to schedule eye surgery? Its been two months and we still havent had the surgery. Either the office calls back to change the scheduled date or we schedule and they put my husband on a day different from what I confirmed on the phone! Even his boss is mad that he keeps requesting and unrequesting days off for work for this eye surgery for two months. Their staff have poor communication with each other. They dont know what the other is doing, so if you cancel an appointment, the surgery coordinator doesnt know. The driver for the farther surgery center doesnt know either. The people who answer the phone for clinic appointments cant see the surgery schedule if the surgery appointment girl is not present. In general, the staff is unprofessional and lacking proper customer service manners. This company definitely has business management issues.

Dont buy your glasses here!!Otherwise expect pay double.The staff is professional but the $$$ of glasses is outrageous.Compare (or anywhere else) to Costco before you commit to buy.BTW... After you buy it is too late.Also, they will tell you other providers products are inferior.

I walked out after waiting 50 minutes. The excuse was that they had a lot of new patients which means to me that they dont know how to schedule people.

Staff are rude and incompetent. They do not communicate with their patients, after a surgical procedure no information given or knowledge of how procedure went. Both doctors seen have a miserable bedside manner, care is short of a disaster. Do not recommend using this facility. BBB will be notified.

Dr Ross is great but he is only there 1 day a week. The other Dr is extremely rude and no compassion.
