Terrible! My mother was a patient of this doctor for several years. I had the unfortunate opportunity to speak with him a few weeks ago and his behavior was so incredibly childish. My mother is seriously ill and I was very concerned. This doctor commented to me that my mother must be okay because she was pacing the hallways on the last time she was in the clinic for blood work. Well, to clarify, she went into the hallway looking for a nurse because she sat in a room for so long that she thought they had forgotten about her.This physician may have been smart enough to get through med school, but he should not be caring for cancer patients. He is uncaring, smug and egotistical.

The employees & Dr. Luong are very caring people. I shadowed Berri today for a MA position, she was great showing me how the office is run. I hope to get the position, as I really love how caring everyone is to every patient. I would recommend this office to anyone who is in need of there specialities.
