My visit, which I waited a week for, was a complete waste of time. The medical assistant was yawning as she spoke to me, couldnt get the blood pressure machine to work (maybe you should invest in a larger cuff), and thought it was ok to enter a critically high blood pressure as my accurate reading. If that was my actual blood pressure they should have called an ambulance!!! After several questions from her, a resident came in to speak to me. I specifically told him that I did not want to be prescribed any controled substances because, as a teacher, I need to be able to function. The doctor came in assuming she knew my symptoms but I had to correct her because she was completely off. She then offered spinal injections to relieve my pain and take away the numbness in my arm and leg. When I asked for an alternative, she said continue with physical therapy. So Im left in pain, unable to walk properly, sit properly or sleep at night. Hopefully I can have this reported to my insurance company and get a refund for my copay!!!

I went to Dr bunch for help, I am a 67 year old female with a history of back problems. Im new to this area & have had no help with my problem. I understand the situation about medication. However at 67 IHave never had any issues with drugs. So I have been in chronic pain since I have arrived here. Still havent unpacked. Still suffering.Have nehave never had drug issues.

I was referred to Dr. Bunchs office after having a herniated disk in my back and a hip issue. We started on a medicine and physical therapy. The medicine was not really working so the dose was increased, i immediately started getting terrible headaches from the medicine so i contacted the office and was told we would discuss it at the next appointment which was at the time over a month away. So i had to either have headaches or go without pain management for over a month. While the staff and doctor seem nice enough, they are extremely difficult to get ahold of on the phone, and they are virtual appointments only which would not be an issue but my first appointment their camera was pointed at the ceiling so there was no idea who i would have been actually talking to. I understand that they probably deal with drug chasers but thats not me and nothing in my medical history suggested that was me.

I have been seeing Dr Bunch for ar least one year. She is kind and listens to my concerns. She is sympathetic.

Dr Bunch is extremely polite and doesn’t treat patients as if they were drug seeking tweakers-very refreshing to be treated like a human being.She is prompt , knowledgeable and her staff is extremely professional. I would highly recommend her!

Dr Bunch has really helped to diagnose and treat my pain disorders. I have been improving continually since she has been my doctor, she was recommended to me by my own primary care physician. I strongly recommend her if you have chronic or even acute pain.

Good doctor but her billing is a mess. Received an automated call to go to her website to make payments. Couldnt find the payment info on her website so I called back and left a message. Two weeks later I received a letter that my account was in arrears and due in full or it would go to collection with completely different web address. 900 bucks that was never once mentioned during my office visits despite me asking repeatedly.

Dr. Bunch and her staff are amazing. She takes a lot of time to listen to your concerns and utilizes many different methods to manage pain. I have no more pain from slipped discs in my neck after the epidural injections. I would highly recommend Dr. Bunch’s practice.

Dr Bunch is the best Dr I have seen in a long time hands down she did more for my issue in one visit than anyone else has done in over 3 months worth of appointments. She set me up with other options from day one.

Dr. Bunch is a great physician! I had a steroid injection for osteoarthritis in my left hip and knee on Wednesday, my fourth ,and I am already feeling immense relief . This morning I went for a walk and went up three flights of stairs without pain . I am looking forward to doing volunteer work this weekend at my favorite farm and frankly... she’s given me my life back!!!

She wants to meet your needs with holistic and evasive therapies before taking that step. I had never visited a pain management doctor before and I made the crucial mistake of thinking all that was going to happen was a prescription. She and her staff do everything that they can to solve your ailments! However, theres a much needed process to go through. The hopes are, that you wont have to go through medications to get the relief you need to get back, and enjoy YOUR LIFE!I praise her and her staff! Theyre fun and treat you like family! Worst doctor office ever..... Cant get nobody to call me back... Since this is a pain management office. Having appointment that are kept are important.... Something happened that has nothing to do with them was reason my appointment was cancelled.. still having me come down there to be seen... Is there fault.. having me wait another hour.... They fault . Never calling me back . After I called v then daily for two weeks . Never called back... Might be cheap cuz she trying to build a practice but all the way round . Not good job . Really find someone anyone else.... Canada has free Heath care . ... Go see them . Not here..

I have suffered from neck and back pain for over 25 years, had surgeries e.t.c. the true pain relief came when I found Dr. Jennifer Bunch last year. I feel its a miracle that she fixed my c-spine, no surgery. She has many different methods to treat different types of chronic and acute pain.

I think shes a terrible person I took my my Son because he was in a car accident I had to pay $200 the minute I walked in my son had a boil on his faceI t so she told him she couldnt do nothing for him and asked me to please leave the office refused to give me any antibiotics I want my $200 back for something she didnt do anything for my son what type of doctor does something like that what type of doctor is so mean I do not recommend this doctor.she could have returned my $200 to me Im on social security I did this help my son out but not just to give it to some rich person has money alreadyshe cou

Doctor has amnesia and doesn’t remember giving prescriptions. And requires you to PAY for another visit to get said prescriptions. Office staff very unhelpful. Doctor is very unprofessional.

Dr. Bunch not only has the advanced knowledge and technique in pain management, but she also has the kind heart eager to help patient suffering pain, which is more important in pain management, at least I think.
