I was really pleased with Dr. Surin-Lord bedside manner. My daughter had a little infection on her leg and she was very informative and explained everything to us. She was very personable and showed empathy. She prescribe some medication‘s and I went right to CVS I was able to pick them up within the hour.

I have called every day during business hours for the last week to get a prescription refilled. No one ever answered the phone or returned the voicemail I left.Dr. St. Surin-Lord is fantastic and very knowledgeable. but that doesnt make a difference if I cant reach her. Its peak allergy season and the fact Ill have to make anther appointment with a different practice just to get my prescribed medicine is ridiculous.

I scheduled a cosmetic service and paid 50% up front $150.00 to hold an appointment. I called to cancel my appointment more than 72 hours in advance and the doctor is refusing to refund my deposit. At no time was I informed the deposit was non-refundable. Poor customer service, poor treatment of client translates to poor healthcare!

This is my first visit to this office and my last. Before going to the office I tried to call several times but nobody answered the phone. When I arrived I waited for several minutes before the receptionist came out just to tell me that the doctor is running late and it will take 45 minutes before the doctor can see me. She told me to go somewhere else and come back so, I decided to cancel my appointment and just reschedule it. Now, I decided not to go to this office anymore. Maybe the doctor is OK but she must hire office staff that are efficient.

Customer service and operations is lacking. Otherwise, the doctor seems to know what she’s doing although she rushes you out. Long wait times with appointments. Dysfunctional staff and policies

Today 3/9/21 was supposed to be my first visit at this place, I arrived on time and the lady at the front provided with all the information I need as a new patient, and then she asked to take my temperature as many hospitals and place are doing, I asked if it can be taken in a different area as many major hospitals and place are doing which give people rights to choose and she said no that it has to be in the forehead, I said that’s not true as I been in other major hospitals and they let you take your temperature in other part of your body. I said asked the Dr before you want me to fill in the paper work and I paid because I have the right to chose, she said I need you paid now the co-fee as she is with a patient. I said no, check with her first because I just leave. Then she said go ahead and start fill in the paper, she waited until I fill in most of the form to tell me that no it has to be in the forehead, I said no problem and she stated that she will just shred the application. Major hospitals give patients the option but here they want to control you, after reading Yep review and other experience it seem like this was the best decision I made, that’s said a lot about her ethical. Glad I didn’t continúe.

Place seems extremely FRADULENT. I waited 30 days for open availability just to have a consultation. Once I had said appointment(VIRTUALLY) the Dr. was nice and professional but everything after we hung up was not!I was told a prescription would be placed at a CVS near my house..the prescription was not even placed at all!!! Nor did I receive a follow-up call or email from Dr. Surin-Lord or staff informing me about said prescription.2 I had the appointment Monday and spent the entire week calling the office number listed on the website and the number their secretary used to call me, but to no avail! No answer to my emails or no returned phone calls from the voicemails I left.3. Had I actually received my prescription and not been able to contact anyone in the office FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK, I WOULDVE BEEN FURIOUS! That is truly alarming, especially when some medicines can result in adverse effect and I was told by the doctor SPECIFICALLY “please give me a call if you start having bad reaction to what I’m prescribing...”etc.I’m not sure how this practice is still open with this level of incompetence and if I was an existing patient and something bad happened this could’ve lead to a lawsuit.I have spent several hours and days calling these people initially to check on my prescription and that is not my job. If my $20 co-pay was needed that bad for your scam just say that!0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

My wife says the Dr. Is amazing. She even allows quick visits to patients for a breakout etc. The receptionist was extremely rude today. I simply asked if the Dr. would be in to set my wifes up for possible breakout visit. This led to statements like youre not the patient. I was only asking when be Dr would in for a patient. The call quickly became a debate. I was polite the entire call as she hung up on me.

My first visit as a new patient was a pleasant experience; in which the staff was very informative and displayed wonderful customer/patient services. In addition, Dr. Sharleen St.Surin-Lord was phenomenal...she have to be amongst the best in her field!!! She is very knowledgeable, experienced and spends quality time w/her patients to get a full understanding of your condition and the necessary steps/procedures required for treatment ...I left the office feeling very confident & pleased!!! I highly recommended her services!!!

Dr. Surin is the nicest person ever. She’s friendly, welcoming, and down to earth. She’s really knowledgeable in her field. She takes her time getting to know you while getting you out in a reasonable time. Her staff is also really friendly and are there to help you understand anything you might’ve missed.

Ive had more than a few rude encounters with local well known dermatologists. Dr. St.Surin-Lord takes time to examine my concern and skin. She explains the regimen and always provides exceptional customer service. I havent experienced long waits to see her. Most of all I am happy with my results!! I noticed improvement with my skin within the first week of using the prescribed products. Dr. Lord was my daughters dermatologist first and she is acne free for the first time in over 3 years!!! Thank you, Dr.St. Surin Lord.😁

Great service, great atmosphere. Going to this dermatologist puts your mind at ease with the spa ambiance in the waiting room. Dr. St. Surin-Lord did a great job putting my mind at ease. After my first visit, I knew I was in good hands.

I came to Visage and saw Dr. Lord with a horrible acne problem that no other doctor could help me with. She took great care to talk to me and prescribed a topical medicine that worked almost immediately that was 5 years ago and I barely have a mark on my face I thank God for Dr. Sorin - Lord

My experience was horrible and not worth the money. I called the office to complain about the 500$ facial products causing a reaction to my face. I received a call back days later telling me that the Dr Surrin is out of the country. Monica the receptionist stated she will try to get in contact with her . I am assuming she never did because I never received a call back. I called again and left a message to go through the same process of not getting assistance. Finally almost two months later the Doctor called me and told me to come in today at 9:50am. I took off work and was in the office at 9:40am. The office was packed and I was told I had 8 people ahead of me. Noooooooo respect for my time or the time of the other clients waiting.

Doctor seems knowledgeable but the hour long wait both times Ive been there only to be seen for about 10 minutes isnt worth it.

UPDATE: I am very happy with Dr. St Surin-Lord now that her practice has gone virtual. Dr. St Surin and I have had a few helpful and productive tele-health sessions.Im seen here once monthly and wait times typically run 60-80 minutes. Front desk staff is not terribly professional. Ive experienced the same as fellow reviewers with an $100 charge for an alleged no-show when I canceled the appointment with more than 24 hours notice. I had to battle with the billing department to have it removed. Despite long wait times, this doctor is exceptionally personable and skilled. My mom is a patient of Dr. St. Surin and referred me.

The doctor is ok. However, the staff will book a follow up appointment with or without your consent and then bill you a no call no show fee of $100 for an appointment that you had no clue about or that you canceled weeks in advance. Thats really ashame on how they scam people.

The doctor is not the best still she is kind of OK, however staff made a mistake and booked me an appointment without my request then billed me a no-show fee without even confirming the appointment by phone.
