Dr Proper, and his team, namely Luke, were professional, friendly (to put you at ease) and cared about your comfort and any scar that might be left behind after a procedure. Dr Proper has performed 2 Mohs surgeries, on my face, and as a woman, it mattered what scars I would have to deal with. Dr Proper is an experienced and excellent surgeon. I would recommend to anyone needing Dermotology services!

Left on table twice for over 30 min??? two{2} times same day! 90 min. in waiting room miss information? stitches dissolve, stitched dont dissolve must be removed??? i said i work out of town every day in December, they tried to make me come back in December??? surgery bandaged then forgot to photo it had to remove dressing ,then photo and re-bandage? waiting room over booked. when doctor is finished with surgery he just leaves, no comment??? conveyor belt surgery

My wishes were not even considered. I am 80 and did not want a skin graft on the back of my ear. my skin graft came off, and i followed all instructions to the letter. And the time i spent to get this done was to long. over 4 hours.

You called me shortly b4 my early skin check (i have concerning areas) appt to say u no longer took my ins. Also again to remind me of an appt. That had been cancelled. Sadly, I have yet to find another competent dr.that accepts my plan. Tried Dr cottman. Aaaaagggggghhhhh. Filthy, disgusting.place with rude and very ill people who sneezed on the unsanitary instruments laying all over the counter. I had went yo ur group for years in different cities.
