I found this place years ago and I will be honest at first it was a bit rocky but I am beyond thrilled with the recent changes. I have been seen by Nicole M. almost every time Ive been in this past month or so, and she explains everything and always makes me feel super comfortable! I love getting to see the same face every time Im in, considering she is so kind and such an improvement from previous management.The decor here is also SO cute and the place is VERY clean. They also happen to have plenty of parking outside around the side which I always appreciate!Top notch beds, and the price is extremely fair considering the comparison from one session to month membership. If you come in a lot to tan, you get above and beyond your moneys worth.Overall, I LOVE LA Tan! Wouldnt recommend anywhere else!

Supposed to open at 10am. It is presently 10:35am, the lights are off, door is locked, and whichever wildly irresponsible employee tasked with opening is nowhere to be found. No notice on the door. No answer on the phone.What an absolutely abysmal way to run a business! This is no less than the FOURTH time I have experienced this EXACT scenario (only on the weekends... hmm...wonder why 🤔).If you can’t be bothered to wake up and make it to work by the crack-of-dawn hour of 10am- change your hours. Simple.Do not rely on this place to ever be open when they’re supposed to be. Save your time and take your business anywhere else.

Paying extra for a level two bed every month but on more than two occasions its been broke and staff says they cannot upgrade. I end up in a level one bed when I pay the monthly fee for a level two. The customer should ne compensated when the beds are broke.

Tired of paying a monthly fee and not being able to tan, because they are not open.Very disappointed and frustrated

Because of covid I was told I still had 5 sessions left. When I came in the young lady told me they were expired. Very unfair in my mind.

I stopped by LA Tan today and was very impressed. It is very clean and the gal working this afternoon was very nice. She made me feel very welcome and she was very knowledgeable about any questions I had. I highly reccomend going there for a tan. All top of the line beds and spray booths. Very reasonable packages and pricing.

It would great if they could upgrade their customer service. I waited 15 minutes for them to help a new client without them acknowledging my presence. I a smile or a “I will be right with you” go a long way. The rest of the place is more or less what you would expect.

I found this tanning salon by google, and I am glad I did... they have a few low level beds but the bed that produces the best results for me is bed 12... Bed 12 is a hot, high output stand up bed and it has given me the best results in a short period of time... The staff is always friendly and welcoming!!!

LA Tan is the best place in the area. Jess is so welcoming and friendly and the salon is so clean and convenient. Their prices are fair and they have great customer service. I would recommend to any of my friends.

It has been well over 10 years since I have been tanning! I walked in not knowing where to start and Harleigh was awesome! I wish I could find employees like that who go the extra mile to help out and I will definitely be back now!

Best experience I’ve ever had! Got a spray tan & turned out great ! Girls are always nice when I come in ! Jessica always takes good care of me when I come in.

Horrible. The first location was closed down and I had to drive 40 minutes out of my way, I get there before close by 30 minutes and ask if I can spray she says “yeah no can’t do that.” I then ask well can I lay? Again she said, no. Horrible customer service, she was rude, and I can’t believe I wasted so much time only to be turned down. I understand it was close to close but I also understand as long as IT SAYS OPEN, you serve the costumer. Wish I got her name she deserves to be fired.

I recently joined LA Tan when I left another popular tanning place do to better everything. So far my experience has been nothing but a joy, the tanning beds and booths I have used there have all been top notch and I have gotten more out of one session then three sessions from the last place.I do not know all the girls there, Two of the girls who signed me up Jessica & Hunter were nothing but professionals, polite, answered all my questions and were very pleasant. which I find rare today with customer service. I am 20+ year combat vet and active Commander with the U.S Navy, so i pride myself on my work ethic and value it in others. Seldom do I get the opportunity to give a 5 star review so I am pleased to recommend this place fully based on my experience so far. Hard work pays off, so between the sessions and the professionalism these young women have shown me I am a believer in LA Tan.

Unprofessional tactics. I haven’t used them since last year and thought I would give them another chance. A sign clearly stated 30% off Sun packages. I requested a 5 tan package and she quoted me full price of $105. I pointed to the sign. She grabbed it and examined it like she had never seen it before. She then preceded to tell me that the special ended yesterday! Ummm... bait and switch??? She was unapologetic and shrugged her shoulders. Ok. Last time LA Tans. I’ll stick with South Beach Tans in Tyrone.

Some of us choose to not leave our full information for obvious reasons Mr Samko. The only reason I am not leaving a 1 star is because of the conversation I had with your regional mgr. She is the one that has the nut in her email address. She was very professional. Your other, passive aggressive, employees should try to mimic her behavior. When I see the customer service improve I will raise my star rating.

I hate to be the person that leaves a bad review, but their business cards are offering a 3 dollar spray tan, and I asked as a new client if I could take advantage of this. They refused me the offer, which they failed to tell me until AFTER I signed up? So manipulation? That’s nice. Why are you passing out buisness cards with promos if the people come in the NEXT day and their told it will be 25???? I was given a card with a 3.00 offer and they refused me the right to use it

Called for prices. Walked in to join. 5 people in line, 4 walked in after me... their computer was having problems and word from customer behind me, its been going on for over a week. Walked out after waiting for 15 minutes cuz the line hadnt moved. Only one person working...its season folks, come on. Found another established much nicer for 1/3 the price and newer beds. So glad I didnt purchase anything from this business.

L.A. Tan is by far the best tanning salon in this area, The staff is super friendly, it always looks clean and presentable when walking in the door. There is usually no wait time but at most a few minutes which is typically when the beds are being cleaned/ sanitized which they seem very diligent about which is a major plus in my book!! The prices are fair some of the higher level beds can get expensive fast with out a membership so if your like myself and cant get there everyday they are always offering some kind of daily special that wont break the bank. By far though the best part of LA Tan are the ladies who work the front desk. They are always kind and accommodating to your needs. Jess( a front desk employee) gives great customer service going above and beyond what was necessary so that I could get the best tan and lotion for the amount of money I had on me at the time. She is a real winner for LA Tan!
