Check-in lady was not polite. Need to learn some manners. On greetings and how to thank customers.It was fast. No people waiting @9:29am. Easy check in.

Clinical pathology Laboratories in Laredo TX the best place to have your blood drawn. Phlebotomists Nancy and Jessica are absolutely the best. They are fast, friendly, and caring. I especially love the service with a smile. They make you feel at ease. Jessica and Nancy kudos to you girls.

Got nothing but praise for this facility. I have found no waiting time almost everytime Ive visited the facility. Most techs. are great at drawing blood, Ive hardly feel the pinch.

Staff is friendly, but the wait times are very long. The clinic opens at 7:30AM and theres already a long line of patients waiting to be seen. If youre going as a walk in, be prepared to wait around 2 hours in the morning. I highly suggest making an appointment to avoid waiting for such a long time, especially if your lab work requires you to be fasted. I will say this: there is very little seating availability for elderly/pregnant patients, and staff hardly answers the phone.

If I would have got by the reviews, I would have never entertained going to the CPL on McPherson- BUT, when talking to friends and family members, this was the place they all said I should go to.Well, friends and family were right!!I showed up Monday morning, signed in on the kiosk at about 10a and asked how long the wait was going to be. I was told 10 people were ahead of me so I probably would not be seen until 1130a. I reside in Austin, so waiting an hour and a half on a walk in basis is not unheard of.Turns out, I only waited 35 minutes and they were short-staffed!! AMAZING IN MY BOOK!! I was so impressed that I asked for their names.NORA FLORES and NANCY JALOMO are the dynamic duo. The lab opened at 730am and they were still going strong at a non-stop pace 3 hours later.They were professional, friendly and courteous and they didnt rush me through! I observed interactions with several folks who were there already or had arrived after me - top notch customer service skills!Nora and Nancy were astounding! I definitely recommend this location - I would have given them 100 stars if I could - thank you both for your phenomenal service and positive attitude.- Laura

Mmmmm....today is July 21. I am waiting for the posted results of my COVID test taken on July 6. The testing site told me I would be contacted by CPL. I probably died, took a stroll through hell, did roam a little through limbo, ascended, and came back to life since then.I had to go to the testing site (06/13) to find out my results (not really their job). I got a rapid test at the same location on July 16, and three hours later they called me. Im almost positive, not really sure, but I think CPL is not ready, or equipped to serve the community.

Extremely poor service. They sent me to another lab. Extremely odd to send a patient (customer) to a competitor all because they were either intimidated, inexperienced, or just plain lazy to perform the lab work my physician requested.

Awesome staff very friendly and quick service.

Lack of courtesy

The laboratory sent wrong code to medical insurance to charge for a physical examination of my son and mr wrong in the codes. Ive been trying to fix it for 10 months. Molina insurance does not refuse to pay the amount of the physical exam $ 589.75 dollars. Just ask the lab to rectify the code and send them the payment again. But today I tried for the fifth time and in addition to refusing to help, it was very little considered, without any interest in helping, saying that they cannot. He hung up on me. THATS THE VOICE AND THE PEOPLE WHO REPRESENT THIS LABORATORY. I asked his supervisors phone to discuss the matter with someone more interested in the good image of the laboratory and he hung up on me. I BELIEVE THAT THE LABORATORY PARTNERS SHOULD PAY ATTENTION. I HAVE BEEN CUSTOMER YOURS FOR YEARS.
