Robert Armando PA, physician assistant. Was overal garbage, sorry for these words he mentioned my son “he doesn’t get out much” With a attitude. Then I ask him politely why my son is feeling dizzy ness and he said “I don’t know” with attitude again, that I need to take him to his pediatrician instead and to bring him back if I feel he needs to be seen. Why would I bring him back here? I understand we have bad days but I’m bringing my son here for care not to be ridiculed .

I have been here multiple times and service is way faster than all the other facilities I have been to in the area. The people are nice and if you need prescription filled can get them ready at the pharmacy on site. So far for me they have been good but I understand everyone has different standards and experiences. The medical industry as a whole is broken and money hungry instead of being 100% focused on care. This place and the everyday people running it are what made me give it my review rating.

Kaiser Lancaster Urgent Care has always been great to me and to my family. I have always appreciated the quick service and the quick diagnosis and fast treatment that theyve done to me in my past visits. The Nursing staff and the Doctors are great professionals. I just wished that they would be open 24 hours, 7 days a week again like they used to be a long time ago. Other than that, great place for your urgent health needs.

If your having chest pain save the trouble and just go to the e.r. I patiently waited and hours passed by my aunt who drove me here went to go see what was taking so long the receptionist said there was one patient ahead of me and then around 10 patients were called first even the new registered patients were called first. A patient with a hang nail was called first. Then hours passed by again so my aunt went to ask again then the receptionist called the nurse and finally they called me back and the nurse that called us back had an attitude the entire time with my aunt. She just looked like she was having a bad day and taking it out on the patients. The only ones who gets 5 stars are the doctor who attended who was extremely nice and understanding and the one came in to give meds and the receptionist who checked me in other then that do not recommend coming here for chest pain.

Ive been sitting in the waiting room for almost 3 hours with no assistance. Good thing I dont need any urgent medical attention...oh wait...

I wish I could give no stars. I went in and Dr. Steve Chan Woo Park saw me and he was extremely dismissive and rude. I was already scared going in and he gave me zero information on what was going on with my health. I felt like he had zero desire to help me and like I was troublesome to him. I cried so hard after seeing him because I had zero insight on what was going on. He didn’t even tell me I had an infection until the nurse told me I did which I felt was extremely unprofessional. Those nurses were amazing and they helped ease me and gave me the helpful information I needed. Makes me mad because a close friend of mine had a very similar experience with this doctor. I completely understand the pandemic but still gives you zero right to treat your patients this way.

We need universal healthcare now.

The Lancaster facility is always over crowded. My husband was told he had 4 patients ahead of him over an hour ago. Since then, more than 15 patients have been called in ahead of him. We shouldve gone to Santa Clarita. Even with the 45 minute drive we would likely have been seen sooner. With such a need up here in the Antelope Valley I cannot believe Kaiser renewed its contract with the AV hospital for 10 years when that hospital may be shut down for non-compliance with earthquake codes. Kaiser patients need a Kaiser hospital and expanded facilities up here. RIDICULOUS. I gave them a one star only because I do appreciate the staff. They are overwhelmed.

No complaints for urgent care. In and out speedily. Doctors, nurses and staff make a great difference.

The doctors don’t know anything

Friday night was busy but not packed. We arrived at around 7pm. We were seen within 30min. We were there until 10:30pm. Needed x-rays. Received a cast. Everyone was kind and friendly. Overall good experience. It is urgent care you cant expect faster service. The team worked hard. Our nurse was fantastic.

5 freaking hours is too much for urgent care might as well not have it

Came into urgent care Saturday around 9:30am. Was called back to get vitals then waited out in the lobby again. About 10am I was called in and the doctor was great. Gave IV orders for Rocephin, oral meds for home and off work for 3 days. I originally came in 3 weeks ago for a peritonsillar abscess which never got better. The nurse comes and asks me what I’m here for and stated she was wondering why I needed what the doctor prescribed. She sets me up for my IV and then comes back and said they didn’t have what the doctor prescribed. I don’t know if it’s just me thinking the nurse knew better than the doc but it seems as though what I told her she wasn’t convinced I needed it. Well, I just received IV fluids. Hope my infection gets better.

They take too long to call you and on top of that they tell you that’s you will be next two people of ahead of you but it’s a lia

I went in for shoulder pain and the nurse and doctor were very nice. I was in and out in an hour or so- would definitely return.

Here I am, waiting for 3 hours. I was told that I was the next patient the doctor would see. But instead the doctor has been seeing lots of other patients in the urgent care. Meanwhile, the nurses are just standing around talking about getting tattoos and nipple piercings. Time to find different insurance. Too bad I cant change my insurance for 9 more months.

When you really need medical attention, how much education really shows from these doctors & nurses... a lot of people don’t even have a chance of surviving in this pathetic world

The doctors here are the worst , I complained of severe headache , abdominal pain, and a shoulder tear , DR said I was fine without running any test, no labs, or any meds! Kaiser is the most horrible place medicine is practiced, the Doctors here need to be fired! And I’m being charged so much for so little service , I hate this place 😡

To start off it only took us under ten minutes to get a room. We came in at 7:25pm. After that we were out around 8:10pm and the staff were very helpful!

Kaiser seems ok at first, but they try their hardest to make the most money off you. One doctor saying one thing and another doctor saying something else. Also dont ever come to Kaiser if you have had different insurance. Apparently those doctors dont know what they are talking about and you have to get diagnosed again to prove you have something. (Long term type off thing). Your medical records from another hospital are almost impossible to be looked at.

Fast friendly service and doctor took care of my problem.
