Building is nice and clean. Many services in one place. Most people are nice, friendly and professional.

The women’s clinic for OBGYN are so rude & really don’t care about your situation much less about your baby , i was with them a few years ago & I had a bad experience & I’m back again to give them another try & on my 1st call the person all ready had an attitude just because I was asking questions it’s like they hate there Job & they are just there for the pay 💰. RUDE FOR NO REASON! Who’s training them honestly & I had other friends experience the same thing with them. DONT COME HERE! Save your self the headache. Will be changing ASAP!

Ignore the fake 5 star reviews. Waited hours in urgent care and they said only 4 people were waiting. The nurses just screw around and talk. When they were taking care of me, they had no idea what they were doing. My theory is that this place is for nurses to practice or something. And the cherry on top was them sending my prescription to two different places and they both werent what I told them. When I tried to pick it up at the closest one to me, I was told that it was already billed by my insurance to the one farthest from me. This place is full of nurses who are a mess and unless you want to be part of that mess, dont bother coming here.

Awful patient care! Their physician retention rate is very poor. My MIL has been a patient here for 18 months and she’s been through 3 care providers. The last care provider left without giving notice and refilling her prescription. Her new physician wouldn’t fill her prescription until after she came in for an appointment, which couldn’t be scheduled for at least 30 days. Their advice to get her medication refilled was to go to the ER. Urgent care is awful as well. My MIL left in tears after a visit there. We filed a complaint, and never heard anything back from an employee trying to remedy the situation.So sad that our tax dollars pay for a facility like this that provides horrible patient care, doesn’t practice evidence based medicine, doesn’t value patient experience. If you have a choice on where to receive health care, avoid high desert regional health center if at all possible.

Very good experience here. Urgent care nurse Brenda answered all my questions and made me feel at ease during my visit. Not to mentioned she’s the prettiest nurse I have ever seen. Will definitely be back.

Honestly this place is terrible waited 3hrs to be seen doctor didnt want to refer me to a pregnancy specialist, called us fat and then proceed to blame my wife on why we werent pregnant. Dont ever go here if you want doctors to help you. If I could give it zero stars I would.

They are denying entrance to families that foster and the people that assist them with their fosters and a foster child were told they could wait outside. We will be looking for a new dentist at this point.

I was referred to this place by Olive View Hospital for eye surgery because of a less waiting time. From the first visit I was impressed how well organized and clean this place is. Its a brand new facility, not overcrowded and the staff is very nice. Special thanks to Dr. Barbara Yates and the rest of the crew in helping me to go through procedure so smooth and easy

Wow horrible place. My medi cal was deemed inellible before I found out I was pregnant. Now under california law I am automatically covered by medi cal. Went to the pregnancy resource center and they said that they were a presumed medi cal provider which means they can grant temporary immediate coverage for pregnancy. The lady said I dont know why they told you that but we dont do that. Horrible. I just need an obgyn asap as there is some family health history I am concerned about.

I have received good care here. The nurses are amazing, the doctors are knowledgeable. When I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, they offered nutritional expertise before throwing drugs at the problem, which I appreciated and would have opted for anyway. That’s good in my book.

The adminstration here is an extremely poor example of county care. I now understand better why it rates so poorly in certain instances. Very unprofessional staff, in one memorable instance, though compliments to a few as well.Nice place overall, though loss of stars due to seeing more than one medical technician, or operator taking a break while still in their foot covers, head covers, and jackets.From what I know, those things are supposed to stay in the office area and not in the cafeteria or common areas. At least if they are meant to help not spread germs. I mean thats what I know, and I was from the culinary field.Update: the medical staff in pre-natal gives inaccurate and sometimes conflicting information. Their info on changing locations is conflicting and is leading to health choice limitations, and detrimental actions.

Very poor care for my diabetic brother, no educational services were provided, they are very disorganized and have no idea what they are doing. Our appointments would get canceled when they were never supposed to be and we had to reschedule , they give no referrals for anything, we have to request multiple times. Please do not take your kids to this hospital.

Years ago the County Hospital was not very user friendly. I am using this facility in between insurances. It is a beautiful facility and I’ve had great care and service.

Place is nice and clean but thats about it! Took us 5 1/2 hours to get seen and all the nurses just sit in there seats and chit chat with one another there was literally only 3 people waiting to be seen and it took us that long to see a doctor ..something is really wrong with this place. Will never ever come here again and will never recommend anyone to come to this joke of a place.

This place is clean and it looks nice but thats where the pluses end. Took 7 hours to be seen. When we asked the staff about the waiting they couldnt give us any straight answers and seemed bothered that we even asked. We will not be coming back here. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely abhorrent, third world level of care. OB Dept is a sham. Different doctor every time, if you get Dharma, expect to have no questions answered, she will literally be in for 40 seconds and leave, today she walked out of the room while we were in mid sentence asking about a doctors note, she simply does not care about bedside manner or care, none of the nurses or doctors even bother to read the charts.If you want to have a positive prenatal experience, hiring a midwife from a crack house would give you better results.

I will not be returning nor do I recommend taking my baby here to the urgent care . They always have some new operation to be seen that takes hours. I waited 5 hours for the doctor to see my baby. I went in due to my baby having pain a fever and possibly sores in his mouth the doctor was scared to even check my babies mouth completely and didn’t check his vitals or fever again after waiting for 4 hours. Didn’t check for a possible ear infection just told me everything was fine and to purchase some over the counter oral gel when my son has insurance. Very poor service.

Waited for over 4 hours in the urgent Care just to be told good luck I cant help you. And then said they talked to the other doctors, they wont help you either. I have a horrible sinus infection that hurts like hell and she couldnt even give me any suggestions at all to get rid of it. She said she doesnt prescribe antibiotics. But thats the only thing that will get rid of it. Never coming back here again!

I hope I am wrong I am sorry if I am the day after Kobe died, had a piece of cotton lodged in my ears, I google go to the dr. I went there and they put warm hydrogen peroxide in my ear for over 30 minutes flushing my eardrum, my shyt is on fire!!! Smh .... take the Advil, but that was month ago only explanation...

So iv been here waiting since 6pm and still no one at 11pm . It closes at 12 so my health with others are rush jobs. I really need a new doctors office now. Worst urgent care ever. You have less wait at the county hospital than here. Please don’t come here you will waste your time to not be seen correctly with no communication to possibly be sent home without still without being seen. They really need to do better on communication with patients and time management to efficiently work with everyone who needs to be seen. It’s ridiculous to see these people in the back walking out saying no one has been back there to see them nor any nurses to assist with questions about what is the plan with no doctors. I went to Urgent Care and waited, then went through triage, only for the nurse to tell me that the Doctor read my symptoms on my chart and thought they couldnt help me, so I was reffered to A.V. hospital without the Doc even talking to me about my issue.

Charity the charge nurse working on 7/17/17 Is the rudest nurse I have ever meet. Yelled at me over the phone and even hung up on me when I was trying to find our why my brother was not being called or helped for his injury. When others that arrived a while after him with non life threatening injuries was taken before him. Never had such terrible medical treatment. You all should be fined and some of your staff should be fired for how they treat people. I became a nurse to help other and I feel so sorry for the people they take care of if this is how they treat people.

They wouldnt see my 3-year-old who fell in a store because they Dont see people who fall in stores or get in car accidents...... ARE YOU SERIOUS??????? What are you even there for then? Ive never heard of any urgent care placing limits on the types of care they will provide short of not being able to due to not having the facilities or equipment for it. But to just unilaterally deny care to individual simply because they fell inside of a store? Time to sue! this should be illegal you should not be allowed to deny care based on the circumstances of the accident it should not matter whether you were inside or outside of a store this is the most freaking ridiculous thing Ive ever heard.

Im visiting urgent care and the staff have been very very nice a d the place is super clean and nice but its gonna be a longer wait than Id like maybe up to 4 or 5 hours they said. But thats usually about the wait time in ERs or Urgent cares so the good thing is that it will be a pleasant wait with nice helpful staff.

Do not ever see Dr. Linda Croad! She is clearly is non-empathetic & is ignorant regardless of her degree. My friend has a service dog for her epileptic daughter and the doctor said get rid if it. This %*^%#@ has the nerve to tell her because her daughter is nonverbal she wont notice anyway. Our children are special needs. They recognize & understand they just cant communicate clearly back to us because of the tumors on the brain. Im blowed how she thinks she has the right to tell my friend this about her child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 A real doctor that gives a ......would think outside the box to take care of the mother while the child staying stable in her seizures condition!!!!

Waited 5 and a half hours in the lobby for my daughter to get a room then sat for another 45 min before i decide to leave do to the length of time we had already been waiting to be seen by the doctor.This was the absolute worst urgent care experience. Staff works slowly and fails to communicate with patients. Time waiting is just as bad as waitinf at the county hospital ER

I do not recommend anyone come here. I have been sitting in the room waiting for a doctor to come see me. I have been here since 9am. They called a patient way after me and the doctor just went in her room. They took me that her complaint was bigger than my complaint, so that is why the doctor went to her room first. Which I feel is bs. The health care system is fraud and is not helping anyone. It is not only the urgent care. It is the primary care doctors as well. I switch doctors and my new doctor told me that I cant be having pain from my epidural this fast. So to me that is like a slap in the face. Cause she just told me I was lying in other words. I would not give this place any stars. I have to select one star in order to post my review. I waited all this time for them to tell me that its is nothing they can so at this time.

Im Sorry, seems a lot of money was spent on the building, and no money was spent to staff it... this place is like a grocery store with 10 registers and only 1 or 2 clerks working long lines.Ive been here (on 1-5-17) since 3:30p, its 8:05p now and no Urgent Care... No communication from tbe 1 staff member taking numbers. What a shameful Medical System. Absolutely Disgraceful.Next time try a plain building fully staffed to meet the immediate needs of the Lancaster community. With doctors on call when demand ebbs and flows. Absolutely HATE this place!!!!! I’ve been trying to get an appointment within the Women’s Center for birth control and my appointments keep getting cancelled. I’ve been trying to see the damn doctor for over a year!!! Apparently, she keeps going on “ vacation”. They told me they would call me back with another appointment but never did. I finally gave up and went somewhere else. Recently, I had to go to urgent care for a sprained knee. I asked for an ice pack but I was told they aren’t allowed to hand them out. My PCP doesn’t listen to me and injured my knee further. Then refused to provide pain medicine to take home. Currently looking into another place I can switch to.

Went in for several different non-life threatening issues, and every time I was told there is nothing they can do. It looks to me like the only thing they can handle is common cold/flu issues.

I unfortunately go here. My gyno is the best doctor hands down!!! Love her... But... You camnot make an appointment there why who knows ?! Only over the phone .. but when u call nobody answers you.. they give u an option of a call back and still dont even return phone call. Horrible horrible

The surgical department caused my dad post operation complications, my dad is having internal bleeding we’ve been at the E.R 3 times since his surgery 1 and a half week ago. They discharged my father from his surgery even when his blood pressure was low, they gave my dad food gram crackers and cranberry juice immediately after his surgery when the doctors at the E.R say they shouldn’t have done that. They didn’t let us know what was normal and abnormal after his surgery. We’ve talked to the surgeon about first sights of bruising around the opening of the surgery and he was so standoffish and said it was normal turns out my dad was bleeding internal because we didn’t trust the doctor and we decided to go to the E.R. The doctors at the hospital can’t come into contact with this Clinic because of their hours of operations the guy that did my dads surgery can’t be reachable for any kind of emergency. So if anything happens to my dad we are going to sue. This is a humans life at stake

Ive been going here for a long time. Ive always been treated very, very well by the staff, especially at the Urgent Care. It does take a long time to get an appointment, but I also tend to try not to bother anyone unless I absolutely need to do so. However, it does seem as Ive gotten older, Im needing to go in more often than Id care to go. I can tell you the wait time at the Urgent Care used to be much worse. Theyre in the process of upgrading all our records to the new Orchid computer system, which is a quite lengthy and time-consuming process. As the person waiting, it always seems, at times, much longer than it usually really is, and they always do their best, in my opinion.

I always come here with shortness of breath and i always leave feeling great. Way better then how antelope valley ER treats people thats for sure. Some times waiting happens but, what do u expect.♡ love the nurses and the doctor.

The staff is really nice but just be prepared to wait 5 or more hours. At least they had WiFi. Bring a snack, a blanket and your charger.

They left me a message stating my baby had fluid in his kidneys. They never got back to me freaked me out. I had to call them and they still did not help so now Im here freaking out on weather or not my babys kidneys are ok. No help on monitoring his kidneys by the time they actual monitor his kidneys my baby will be here.

There are some nice people here. But for the most part they are so rude. After a miscarriage I was taken in for intake and then in a room to wait for the doctor. I waited for over 2 hours... When my husband went to ask what the hold up was for the 3rd time... They finally admitted that they kept forgetting we were there.Afterwards I asked if the doctor could sign a document just to say my absence from school was medically necessary... The receptionist closed the window in my face. I was eventually able to get the letter but you have to search for the few kind people.They once called the wrong number and gave my medical information to someone else. Which was a violation of HIPAA. I was told to fill out a complaint form but after the horrible experience I just wanted to get out of there.And when calling to make an appointment be sure to be ready to deal with a whole lot of sass.My son is behind on his shots because they forgot to make an appointment for me after I was told they would make it and call me. After a couple days of waiting and receiving no call I called myself. But by that time there was nothing available until almost two months after he was due for his shots.I was told to continue to call back and ask if there has been any openings made available so I do so everyday.. and sometimes theyre nice. For the most part you have to deal with them laughing at you for trying.Its a county clinic and while I have been assisted by some very wonderful people. I have also experienced a tremendous lack of respect.

Poor service. Only one patient in front of me when I came in. Ive been waiting an hour and 35 mins. and STILL waiting. All for a dr. that didnt catch my pneumonia the last two times I saw him. Ended up having a heart attack from stress and pneumonia! PNEUMONIA should have been caught.

I love this place! I wrongly assumed that I would be looked down upon since I have Medi-Cal but boy was I wrong. The staff are always helpful, friendly, understanding and accommodating. The new facility is as beautiful as the people who work there.

Very slow service. Sat for 5 hours, both my kids fell asleep. Nothing to keep children entertained except a television. Blood was on the wall in lobby area of urgent care. No one seems to concerned with the patients. For being a Tuesday, I could have gone to antelope valley hospital and they would have had me out faster.

All my kids life we have been in there hands and they are very good they have take care of us in all our needs be here since 24 years and no one else treat us the same.😊

This is specifically for the womens prenatal care upstairs. I was supposed to be put down as high risk as I was bleeding in the beginning of my pregnancy and have had multiple miscarriages. They did not put me down as high risk and I did not receive proper care at all. Some of the nurses are very rude and the doctor doesnt ease your concerns. Not to mention at every appointment you are waiting an hour and a half to two hours after your appointment time to be seen. I was told I would not be getting an ultrasound til I was 22 weeks and thats all they could do even though I was bleeding early on I have not had one ultrasound. They completely suck I will not be going back!!!

Can NEVER get someone on the phone for an appointment. Doctors are rude on urgent care side. I dont know what system they had in place when they were by the prison but it worked way better.

I have been on hold now for 32 minutes in an effort to make an appointment. With the same reminder every 10 seconds to remind me that I should always bring my blue card and insurance card to every appointment. Well, if I could make an appointment, Id bring them.. I am online looking for a way to make an appointment online.. To no avail.

I wish i could give this place negative stars, I have read a few comments, I dont know why anyone would go here at this point, I dont know what the purpose of this urgent care but let me tell yall how our experience went, last september, the 8th to be precise, my fiance and i were lied to and he was manipulated by his sister, and i use that term loosely, to come to this hell hole, They boast such awesome all around care compassion and serve and deliver on none. The triage nurse was informed by the sister that he was depressed, so she asked him a series of questions relating to suicide, to which he said no to all of the questions, and yet the nurse clearly ignored him and said that yes in fact he was suicidal. He was there for 8 hours, i was denied access to him even though he said yes. The nurse came and told me he said no and forced me to leave He also told me that he was psychiatric supervisor when there isnt even a psych department, when you try to complain about horrible service, the patient advocate sides with the staff, and makes you feel like theres no way the staff could be lying, even when you catch them in their lies, this place received a patient at 11 am that was there for a blood sugar incident 2 days before he was still foggy from the sugar push in his iv, but they that the finger stick test is innaccurate, and ignoring his complaint and sending him to a psych hospital with no real cause, and they refuse to talk to us now to answer our questions, like we are beneath them

I might as well should have gone to the ER. The wait time was horrendous. Almost nobody there and we waited hours! We spent 5 hrs. The icing on the cake is they have me a class 2 prescription that I couldnt get filled because they fixed something on the script itself and it could not be accepted because of that. When the pharmacist caught it talking to them they had no idea they couldnt do that. So annoyed with this place! My husband had to run back to have them re-write the script.

Horrible service, i have went to this place three times and everytime i have a horrible experience, i will not be back! I have been waiting here for hours came in about 3pm and didnt leave till 10:30pm. I mine as well went to the hospital which i still have to do, because this place did not help me. I recommend this place to close down! The doctors are lazy and dont care about your life or your childrens. I will never be back. I thought it was going to be a good place but looks are deceiving!

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!I took my son there because he fell and hurt his arms. After a very long wait, the doctor looked at him, asked a few questions and then determined my son was fine and wanted to send us home. I asked about his pain and the doctor rudely said, havent you ever fallen down before? The doctor then reluctantly decided to send him to x-ray. After more than an hour of waiting, the doctor did not have the results from the x-ray but told us nothing was wrong. He asked my son which arm he writes with, gave him a splint for the arm he doesnt write with, and told us to go home and hed call me if something was wrong. 24 hours later the doctor called to tell me my sons wrist was broken (not the wrist that had the splint by the way!) Long story short, it took 3 weeks for my son to get a cast put on his wrist!!

Nice place but need to have management in hiring staff very low staffed especially in urgent care. Not enough drs . I personally on 3 different occasions have been sent away .At 730 pm as the urgent care only has 1 dr sometimes 2 .Why dont they hire 4 or 5 drs.The whole point of the new state of the art building was so that people would not have to bother A. V. Hospital. If urgent care closes 4.5 hours before its supposed to what are you suppose to do if you need medical services. My next thought is what are all those nurses doing that are working till 1200am.If there is only 1 dr?Are they going home early or working their regular shift.?.

Im giving it a 3 because the person I spoke to when connected to the nurses section over the phone was so rude. She seemed so sure of her answers and then it turns out she was incorrect. She was sending me to other areas of lancaster when I was calling for information on a doctor that works right there! She was so rude and was laughing while giving me information. I cant stand rudeness while Im trying to do something for my health. When I go in to my appointment Im going to talk to someone in the front in person about this because its unacceptable what this woman was doing. So condescending.

I have received atrocious prenatal care. I went in to Henry mayo on FATHERS day for bleeding. They did and emergency ultrasound and found there to be a heartbeat. However this immediately put me at high risk. The hospital insisted my doctor see me and repreform an ultrasound in a few days to check the progress of the baby, I was 6 weeks 6 days. I saw my doctor the next day. Gave all tests and what I had been told. They scheduled blood work ONLY. The ultrasound had been put off for an ENTIRE MONTH, after the emergency staff urged that it be stayed on top of. The baby passed away at 9 1/2 weeks. I didnt have any idea, the ultrasound didnt happen till two weeks later, I was the last scheduled ultrasound and I was told after she scanned the family and myself would get to see the baby (mind you at this point we had no idea of the fetal demise, I had no bleeding or cramping), I was met with a very flustered ultrasound tech after she scanned, and that could tell me nothing other than to call my doctor in the morning, there would be no viewing, and she would say nothing else. I was due to SIT IN AGONY FOR 16 HOURS! Not knowing what was wrong, if we lost the baby, NOTHING. This is incredibly unprofessional. There should be a dr. On staff for every ultrasound in the event of fetal demise to be compassionate enough to immediately tell the mother so healing can begin. Unbelievably I had, had my dead baby inside myself for TWO WEEKS. Had the ultrasound been done sooner or kept on top of something could have been caught and done sooner. Lastly. Upon being told I was sent to olive view for a DNC. They had NOTHING available for 3-4 MORE WEEKS of having a dead baby inside of me, they couldnt even offer me the pill to induce the passing at home unless I stayed in emergency for at minimum a 12 hour wait. I immediately took this into my own hands and went to Henry mayos emergency, which handled the DNC within fan hour, and every person on the staff was APPAULED at the care I had received.

Womans clinic is the worst! Ive been trying to get seen by a GYN since march 2017, its now june 28th my appointment was set fkr today at 8am , i was called day before to confirm. 1 hour After i checked i asked how much longer and the clerk said she was getting ready to reschedule me because the provider called in sick. And the next available day would be September! Now what if my results came back with advanced pathology? Who is to blame when i am trying to keep myself in good health.

Theres always something to complain about on a visit to the Dr., ER, or hospital, yet I have found the care at High Desert Regional Center to be reasonably good. If their Dr.s were top notch, thed work in a big city hospital where they would earn much bigger paychecks. The AV is not the big city and HDRC is not Cedars-Sainai, nor is it Kaiser. However, its what I can afford right now. I have found the Dr.s and staff to be professional, if not the very best Ive dealt with. Also, waiting is a given and speaking up is a requirement, as much as I dislike it. So, I keep my expectations in check. Despite my complaints, Im grateful to have affordable and generally adequate health care.

I do not like this clinic at all. Urgent care is decent the doctor actually puts an effort to talk to you but they say that you need to see your primary doctor. My primary doctor Leong talks to me for 3 minutes, he rushes everything and Im not given enough time to speak about my symptoms. All they care about is getting you in and out as soon as possible. The radiology area for CT scan does not contact you for results you need to call the doctor, blood results are not given to you YOU need to pick up a copy of the results and make another appointment to have the doctor explain it to you. Its such horrible treatment, they dont care about their patients. Making an appointment is ridiculous, as well. Hands down worst clinic ever.

Its a nice building...however the prenatal upstairs sucks you wait 2 to 3 hours just to see you even with appointment and arrive on time and the nurses dont seem to do their job like I been to my second appointment and still havent heard my babys heart beat got stranded over there already due to them taking so long ......it took me long to schedule an appointment and plus to get an ultrasound is really hard to get ...

I absolutely hate going here. The urgent care is pathetic, they always recommend you get there at 8 am to wait roughly 7 hours is the norm. I can go to ER for that. The doctors tend to be dismissive, i am referring specifically to peds and dealing with a toddler with spina bifida, club feet, and hydrocephalus not to mention an hyper bladder. So it took us almost 6 months to get us urgent medical supplies my daughter needs so she wont go into re flux to her kidneys and go into failure. Not the thought of having to take her there for a neurologist referral makes me cringe. How long on the phone? how many months til the 1st appointment? how many months until we can get the referral approved? the schedule the specialist? this is stupid.

The website says call a number to make an appointment so I did:I waited for 30 minutes and then I heard someone answer the phone and the call hung up.Second time I tried to speak to an operator, and all she did was send me back to the main menu.I suggest not calling you have to go make an appointment in-person.

The OB doctors are the same from Samy Farid. They have horrible reviews. Go anywhere else if possible!

Worst Urgent Care ever!! Being waiting for almost 7 hrs to be seeing. This is ridiculous!! Do not come here!!

Your kidding right! Top notch ! No way ! I had an EEG done on the 25th of August and they told me .my results would be in about 10 days! Well it is now sept 12 th ! I have been house bound told not to drive etc because I might of had one seizure . Ok followed rules . But today I was told Dr who reads the EEG is out until November!!!!! I am not sitting in this house until November! I cant believe there is no one to read that test if Dr was going to be gone that long!! I am irate!! I need to go on living !! I cant sit here until November!! So I will keep moving forward for help!! Somebody there must have the authority to read my test! Tomorrow I will be calling on the 13th 2016 to find out who runs this place! Because not even my GP can give me the common curtesy to call me back !! I asked her Nurse to have her call me and no return call !! I have never in my life had such horrible service. But then again I had private insurance and maybe thats why I was treated better!! I want to find the head of this place. I am really upset!! Pretty bad when your GP wont even call you back! This is a joke sit here until November! Something has to be done Now!

What are the nicest hospitals Ive been to Doctors Care

My experience was good. Better then AV hospital and better then that ragedy community clinic on 10th west. Everyone was nice and helpful. The doctor talked to me with much passion and gave me alternatives. What took me by suprise was when they didnt bagger me about insurance. They were more focused on what brought me in there.

This facility is a huge improvement from the last location but love they kept the same friendly employees. They are so wonderful and kind to my children everytime we come here. Yes, theres a few hour wait even with an appointment. The place is kept very clean. My only negative comment would have to be the security guards treat you like your a fellon or something.. My son was waiting for our check up and playing with another child.. They were laughing and playing very nice together when this man came up and told my son to keep it down.. My three year old kept playing with the other child.. Than this guard comes again and tried to tell him to be quite. I spoke up and asked him not to talk to my son again and that if he an issue with my son laughing than he can talk to me his mother! I let my son keep playing but told him to keep his voice lower. The 3rd time this man comes up and tells my son ge needs to be quite. I told him to get away from my kid.. that moment we had been called back from the nurses for our appointment. Our kids were laughing not crying or yelling or screaming. Seriously its a pediatric area of course kids will play.

The receptionist for upstairs to check in are always nice and try their best to help you. Downfall is your actual doctor waiting area their receptionist are awful and so unorganized. Every time I have gone I have waited anywhere from 4 to 6 hrs just to be seen. Why give an appt of you cant keep track of the charts. Also with their new system they ate even more lost and confused. Even my doctor had no idea what the heck he was doing or his nurse. They never got to the main things that I needed answered and spent to much time talking about their system and what is what even after waiting for hrs. I had to go to the e.r instead. It was ridiculous. Even other friends who have the same doctor and pregnant had the same exact problemes. Also to make appts takes forever and a year. Their pharmacy is also a pain and had to wait two hrs for my medicine. Their lab always mixed up my blood work papers and had to do the same tests mutilple times!! Frustrating.

When they were out on 60th street it was so much better. I cant get through to make an appt with my doctor. It took almost a year to get a referral that I was in desparate need of. I had an MRI done months ago and havent recieved a follow up call. When I call to schedule my own follow up call they tell me the new schedule isnt out yet to call back? Same thing they tell me when I try to schedule a regular appt with my doctor.

As others have stated about the prenatal care I have had the same experience. Dealing with rude staff, VERY long waits and not getting an ultrasound until 20-22 weeks. I have had a sonogram where you are able to hear the baby heartbeat. But although Ive been to the emergency room for pain in my lower abdomen (short ultrasound at the ER) this center did not provide a full exam and ultrasound for the follow-up. The ER basically took me off work for the rest of the week which I called bed rest. When I went in for my follow-up at this place the doc (WHO KEPT US WAITING FOR ALMOST AN HOUR-BUT WAS VERYKNOWLEDGEABLE on other things) said just to take it easy but that pain is still there (round ligament pain). Ive taken it upon myself to be on bed rest until my next docs appt and ultrasound.Plus - I was told that because of the new digital system they dropped ALL appointments for the patients ultrasounds and had to reschedule the appointments by phone. I was so disappointed to go to those appointments excited to do an ultrasound and for the nurses to tell me on your next visit only frustrated me more.If you are on medi-cal you can expect this kind of treatment which is very sad. Ive tried to enroll with Kaiser because there is no wait and the doctors are better but they are not excepting any new med-ical patients. I also tried to have myself referred to another clinic. And after all the confusion with this center once I transfered the medical group I found that the doctor I wanted to enroll with only had an appointment at the end of Nov! Which defeats the purpose if my appointments (ULTSND) are at the beginning of the month. I only have but a few months left in this pregnancy and Im going to keep trying to transfer somewhere else and hoping that things will get better soon...

This place is horrible if you get DR. LAW.SHE IS RUDE, AND BELONGS AT AN ANIMAL HOSPITAL. She has not just once but several times mis-diagnosed. When a mother knows her child is sick she should listen and not go with what she feels instead.. She has put me through more nonsense and time spent that wasnt needed because she thinks she knows what she is doing..if I ever need medical treatment here again, I will request she comes nowhere near my family.

Nice facility, but very very very slow service. Specially kids are waiting. Weve been here literally waiting for 4 hours.

Building is amazing looking. Not all staff gives the place justice.

Nurses are nice but the doctor I was given was guilty of MALPRACTICE IN THE END...DO NOT RISK IT! GO TO PALMDALE REGIONAL INSTEAD!
