I love my case manager. I love the receptionist. And I really love my Psychologist. Its been hell getting and keeping a counselor tho.

Not quite as organized as you would expect and they appear to be slightly understaffed in the offices but this is made up for by the friendly and helpful staff who will treat you well at every turn. A good alternative to the more established organization in town who treat you like grist for the mill. More than one employee has gone over and above their job duties to make sure I had my needs fulfilled.

Just awesome people.

Most of the sessions are done by Skype with a Nurse Practitioner, not a Psychiatrist. I was very uncomfortable. The receptionists appear to be doing more than their work; 1 phone & 2 cell phones, plus the computer.
