Someone needs to shut this place down. They do not answer the phone at all. people are in need of food and they do not care. typical uneducated people working there.

This place takes forever and everyone here either has their clothes pulled up too high or their clothes are too small or their eyelashes are 3 Not to mention no one looks in the mirror before they leave their house Half the people here are in PjsFor the staff theyre pretty helpful very nice

The process to speak to a worker is somewhat disorganized. Also, the workers stand at door of waiting room, which is extremely loud, and they call you from the door without any type of microphone. Then when you dont hear them they skip you and go to next person. You are then recalled whenever. The employees are ,for the most part, excellent.

Always messing up my insurance when Im pregnant.Im currently with out yet again while being high risk. Going to miss my big ultrasound to determine if this baby also has a rare brain disease like my oldest (polymicrogyria)They only messed up mine but my sons is all accurate. I dont understand how we filled out the same paperwork and only one is correct.

Way too many mistakes in my experience here. About 6monthsagi they said I didnt turn something in that I did luckily I had receipt of course they want the stuff again so had to do that as well thankfully got my stuff that day. This time I came to take care of my stuff month advance did the paperwork no one tells me I need to set appt. Come back following month just then being told about the apt required and my papers didnt matter I had to do it again got little emergency cash that day for my hearing aids since I was balling .. then had to go back following week for appt. Turned my stuff in few days ago... Still nothing... No food for us .. now they said they didnt apply me for food stamps just cash... What??? Ill never get to go to job training all I do is be here each time I come it takes about 5-6hrs ...

They do not care about the people who actually really do need help they make excuses to why they can’t help but then yet again they like to help the ones that scream at them and rush them.It’s not our fairly you hate your job so much

The one who tried to help got thrown up under the bus, everything went from 30 days to 45 days to 2 months, also I told that my case was a special case, I spoke to a supervisor and 2 elgibility. What ever they want I will provide, they didnt know what wanted.

Very busy but experienced staff. Got benefits same day. When you call they are courteous.

This place is the worst place I have ever been to!! To start off I park in the parking lot it was disgustingly dirty and homeless people standing all around, I walked in and almost fainted from how nasty 😷 it smelled (like armpit) it was so loud kids running everywhere parents not Evan watching them. It is really unorganized on how they attend people. I was there over 4 hours and just to look at someone at a window that said 3 words to me. Instead of giving all these people all this money they should remodel and get new profesional staff 👌 BEWARE 🤭

Its really difficult to reach workers or handle paperwork at this time.

Rude very rude ladys, the employees accepting documents try to speak to you as if we are children and we should shut up. I was trying to confirm that the worker would be receiving all documents since Ms Chin. Instead told me shhh Im telling you we have scanners...well to me it doesnt matter if I still didnt receive a receipt with all documents need were received.. well see what happens in the next week, month, months...it happens.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. I was in and out in 45 minutes!

These social worker are lazy and heartless they dont care about the kids their supposed to protect. It are about the pay check my grand daughter social said when the mom do something else were remove the child from the home. Really what you waiting on her to kill her.

Got my benefits restored SAME DAY. Everyone i spoke with was helpful and kind. Not my usual experience....under 4 hours not over 6!

I called them and the woman at the desk transferred me to the same automated number that told me to call them in the first place. And when I tried to call back so that I could get in touch with my case worker which was the whole purpose of my call she somehow managed to leave the phone off the hook. Frustrating.

Its dirty people dont know how to use the restoom, the welfare workers act as if they have no clue about anything.their system is always down.they never mail out the results of your applications.very ghetto in general

My sister is having the worst experience Ive ever seen in history from this place. Were new to California so we dont know a lot. But one thing I can say is... theyre not helping her or the three children in this situation!!!

I was on hold for over 20 minutes...no answer. Tried calling again, same thing.

This place is the worst social service office ever. The director is useless and the social workers dont know what their doing. My son has to have surgery and his worker put a hold on his medical and no one knows why. .

So mad! Smh
