Every time I go to May-Grant, the staff is always so kind and helpful. They answer all my questions and if they can’t, they try to find out or refer me to someone who can. I have yet to have a bad experience!

Dr. Robert is an exceptional physician. She has vast experience and knowledge. She listens closely to what her patient is saying, asks pointed questions, and provides thoughtful, clear answers. She has been my physician for over ten years and I have never been disappointed.

The office is fine for check ups and appointments but the delivery of our child and the bedside manner I was given for both of my ectopic pregnancies were traumatizing. No doctors or nurses listened to me at all. If you are researching for the birth of your child - I would seriously look elsewhere.

Dr.Martiny is literally one of the BEST Dr’s & Surgeons in Lancaster. Honestly, along side of my current family dr, I’d trust him & his advice on anything pertaining to his area of expertise. When he speaks to you he’s engaging and sincere and explains so you understand. My surgery went beautifully and I knew what to expect and felt safe and confident, which I rarely do with a lot of Dr’s. If you need a good OBGYN / Surgeon he’s the one I’d call & have my family, friends and co-workers call if they needed something done. Thanks again Dr.Martiny for changing my life for the better.

Dr. Cardona was very personable and took great care of me. I had to have a minor procedure done and he made certain to make sure that I was comfortable through the entire procedure. He made sure to explain to me what he was doing throughout the procedure. He took great care of me. I have also loved my experience at May Grant and would recommend them 10/10.

I absolutely love Dr. Meldrum! I have been a patient for over 20 years and the providers I used to see are either retiring or no longer there. I was scheduled with Dr. Meldrum and I’m so glad. He took the time to talk to me about a procedure I was interested in as well as answering questions and concerns. My procedure went very well and I couldn’t be happier! I can not thank him enough! Dr. Roth is amazing and settled all my fears and anxieties about surgery. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and even drew me pictures so I could understand exactly what would happen. I felt instantly comfortable with her as my surgeon and would recommend her to anyone.

The midwives here were great however the front desk staff were less then friendly. Also they lost some of their best nurses in the last few months..so sad

Ive been a patient at May Grant for about 11 years now and would never go anywhere else. The staff is always so kind and helpful and Ive always felt comfortable with almost all the doctors Ive seen. Angie Santos and Dr. Martiny are two i would definitely reccomend.

Amazing care the only thing I dislike sometimes is how long it takes to hear about test results ...ive had blood work with them ultrasounds etc they say you should hear in a few days a week and a half later most times I call them to wait another 3 days :-/ i know theyre busy but when it comes to some results etc nerves are already high for some woman so waiting over 2 weeks is hard and the portal doesnt usually show.

Emily was amazing with my daughter today. Her thoughtfulness, explanation of everything she was going to do, as well as a constant checking if she was ok and asking permission before she did anything was very important for a young nervous teen who has never met her before.

It was a very easy and pleasant experience having my screening mammogram at May Grant. I did not have to sit in a room in a gown waiting. The technician was so friendly and kind. She really makes you feel at ease. You do not go down any hallways in your gown. You go from one room to an adjoining room where the mammogram machine is located. It was quick and simple. I especially love that you can have the mammogram and your routine annual exam all at the Good Drive office. I actually had my an annual exam at May Grants Columbia location the week before and decided to have my mammogram with May Grant at Good Drive. I am so glad I did!

My appointment was on time and the radiologist was friendly but obviously very knowledgeable about her craft.

I was so nervous for my appointment today and had a fair amount of anxiety. Everyone was so kind! From the front desk staff, to my awesome med tech Amanda, to my NP Dorinda Jackson...everyone was so wonderful and put me at ease. Would definitely recommend this practice!

This posted under my daughters account but I wanted to write this review for May Grant. I have NEVER had a better OB experience then with May Grant. They are personal, they dont act like corporate doctors. My previous OB never listened to me. I had support staff call to check up on me , Ive had doctors say they will pray for situations , Ive even had someone think about me all weekend and have someone call on Monday to calm me down/ check on me when I came to them with discouraging information on Friday. Another thing is my husband was NEVER referred to or talked to at the previous OB i was at. Here they include him, ask if he has questions and joke with him. It makes him feel included and supported as a father as well.However I truely cannot reccomend May Grant enough.

Dr. Roth was so, so kind at the appointment. I had prior health issues earlier in the week and she made me feel at ease and explained everything and helped calm my anxiety. She had a lot of info and educated me about my cyst(s). She even knew of a study I could be a part of to help the medical field and other women. Will definitely continue to go there and see her.

Beautiful facility. The people at the reception desk were polite, warm & courteous. Loved the flowers on the reception front wall and decor at the front desk and also in the mammo center. The nurse practitioner who did my gyn was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease! They even took my bloodwork in office! All within a 2 hr people. I will definitely go back!!

I hate these appointments and being newer to the area my family doctor wanted me to find a gynecologist since I am getting older. From the phone call to schedule my appointment to the check in and check out they made the process easy and we’re accommodating to my schedule! I was super nervous and the nurse practitioner was wonderful and super friendly which made it a little easier to relax!

This is my first pregnancy and I came here after going to a different obgyn that gave me misinformation and led me to believe that I would lose my baby (I was only 5 weeks at the time). My DH researched doctors and we settled on May Grant. It was the best decision ever, despite having to make a 50 min commute one way. Yes, you do see different doctors/midwives/ultrasound techs during each appointment and thats not a bother for us since they are all SO extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Every single provider Ive seen has been caring, thoughtful, answers any questions, and actually spends time with you. I dont feel rushed to get out within that usual 10 minute window. Theyre also very quick at responding to voicemails and online messages.Im not sure what some of the other reviews were saying about how they let COVID positive patients in when I had a scare a few weeks ago and woke up with symptoms on the day of my 14 week ultrasound. I called them and told them and said I would have to go get tested and couldnt come in for 10 days if negative. They take patient health very seriously here!Im now well into my 5th month with a healthy pregnancy and will never be switching providers. I will come to them for every female need and future pregnancies. Thank you for taking patient care so seriously and being the best!

Just had a 3D mammogram. Lovely staffers, gentle and kind. Quick in and out procedure with all questions answered on site.

Dr Roth and staff were very professional and kind. They explained the procedure to my satisfaction and was very honest about the amount of discomfort I would feel. They talked me through the procedure and were very supportive throughout. I would recommend Dr Roth to anyone!

Almost left due to not so great experiences with other providers, but then I went back to see Dr. Martiny and he was phenomenal. In my opinion, he went above and beyond for me and genuinely cared (which can be hard to find these days in general).

Dr. Bradford is a kind and caring doctor. Who came up with a plan, all the while listening and explaining options. His hope in my future children means the world to me.

Dr. Bradford is the finest OBGYN in this area. He has been my physician for 27 years. I have complete trust in his care and highly recommend him to anyone looking for top notch medical services in womens health.

I love Dr Stenman!! He was my OB/GYN when I was pregnant and I got extremely sick to the point of death twice. He was so concerned for my welfare he gave my mom his personal phone number in case she needed anything.Cannot recommend enough!

Very Friendly , Attentive Staff,. The only complaint I had was that I needed a A1C done and I was going to my PCP immediately after leaving the Ob/Gyn Dr, I asked the scheduler if they could just do the check for me and she said no. So when I went to my Dr’s office they called over there and got it approved and only had sent a fax, the way my veins are set up, weird, this saved me a extra stick.

The appointment with Dr Wyse went very well. I received pertinent information regarding tests and future tests needed. Dr Wyse is very professional, as well as easy to talk to about my medical conditions.

I am not the person to make a review and never have before, but I absolutely felt the need to do so. I have had a horrible experience here, very disappointed with the lack of communication between the staff and different departments, as well lack of documentation.I came here for an expensive procedure that I know I was going to be self-pay for the full amount of charge. I had to call in before my appointment, for what they call a “registration screen” to let them know my decision about the procedure. In that phone call, the person told me to bring my credit card to my appointment to pay, and she also offered me 20% discount since I will be self-paying. When my appointment came, after I was done, I came to the front desk and asked to pay, but the person said they usually send to insurance first and insurance will bill me ... so I went home. 2 weeks later, I received the bill WITHOUT the discount. I called the billing department, and this was when it got all messed up. I could not recall how many phone calls it took me to try to resolve this, especially when reaching out to Tiffany, the supervisor. It has been exactly 14 days since I left her the first voice mail, and I have not heard back from her. I have tried many times to speak to someone who’s filling in for her because she was out of office for a week, but no one was, they just left the problem hanging. I now decided to set up a payment plan because as a college student, I wasn’t ready for the extra cost.I would not recommend Maygrant to anyone. My friend introduced me here, she said this is a nice practice and they have many locations throughout the area. So,I came in hoping to receive the best care possible, which I absolutely did from Maryllene and Dorinda. I also want to appreciate the staff who I spoke to for your time and patience.

Dr Gerbert sat and just asked me “let’s start from the beginning.”Instead of just looking at my test results 1st. She took her time to show me my ultrasound so I can see and understand. I’ve been with the same issue for 15 years and all the other doctors kept prescribing me the same medication that would make me sick literally to my stomach. Even with me telling them please to give me something else. Dr Gerbert listen an offer me 3 options so that I FELT comfortable with. Broke down other options of medications. Which I never had an option before. Thank you!!!! For the 1st time in a very long long time I feel I am being helped in the right way. I will be seeing Dr. Gerbert again soon !

It is uncomfortable (to say to least) going for a gynecological exam. However, Dr Bradford has a way of making me feel comfortable, I think I could discuss anything with him. I hope he never goes away.

Dr. Krespan and his staff were very thorough, professional and friendly. I had plenty of time to discuss my concerns and my questions were answered. I felt very comfortable during the examination process. Following the exam, Dr. Krespan patiently explained his observations and the appropriate next steps. This visit was very important to me and I was very satisfied with my experience.

Dr Welch was amazing yesterday. Even though she could not help us (i have a complicated medical history). She was very open with us and was able to recommend a specific doctor to see if we chose too. She was very knowledgeable, sweet and thoughtful throughout the appointment and did not rush us. She also listened to my concerns about different treatment options as well as shared a good laugh with us. Honestly it felt like I have known her for a long time, even though I had just met her.

The technician was very friendly and nice and gave good instructions.
