First time here. Enjoyed both parts of the outlet and the store. Everyone was wearing a mask, respecting 6ft rule. Lots of fun, things to pick through in both places. At the outlet everything is mixed together... Suggest you bring some gloves 🧤 with you so you dont cut your hands 👐 will be back

Great place! Louis, Gina, Lamar, Ash are great employees! Theres other employees also that are kind and helpful! I love this place!!! Its a good form of therapy for me as Im disabled and the employees are so understanding and helpful!

This place is ok but for some reason I always feel like they carry too much junk. The clothes are good but most of the toys and other things are junk. Half the toys are missing all the pieces and the household items are just random little things that have no purpose! Just my opinion....

Huge store plus you have the wholesale side with the bins. A win-win situation

At least 7-10 people waiting in line the majority of the time I was there. Only 1 employee seen the entire time, working the register (who was less than pleasant). Womens and mens clothes mixed together, and not even offered a bag for the 10+ items of clothes I was purchasing...no signs anywhere that we needed to bring our own bags either. Very disappointed, as this used to be a nice place to shop.

Found this place while out. Place is very clean and has good merchandise. Found a few beautiful clutch bag for an excellent price. A heck of a bargain!

Would have given a better rating but I’m all about customer service. It makes it breaks your business and today the customer service at both the outlet center and main store were terrible. The older lady at the outlet center wouldn’t speak a word to my grandmother and I and just kept pointing at everything but just before me she was gladly speaking to the lady she rung out 🤨 The lady in the store was too busy talking about some guy confronting her and giggling with her coworker rather than doing her job. I didn’t catch her name but she was a plus size Hispanic with black hair. She had an attitude while ringing me out.

Good outlet for clothing, but be prepared for swarming when new bins are brought out. Clothing gangs are like piranha, but miss so much in their frenzy. Wares are always hit or miss. Bathroom next door in the regular store.

We wont be going back to that goodwill. Management was complaining to cashier about customer n said she was closing hour early n she did.she picked up her speaker and giggled while she said bring all merchandise to front closing in 30 mins, that was at 730pm. so if people get off work at 730 and want to come in they ride all that way just to see YOU ARE CLOSED EARLY REAL EARLY.... She said omg who brought more out...(referring to bins). wow ...n. you dont have any more bags!!!!!REALLY!!!!! BAD customer service.

Store employees were friendly and store was actually rather clean and organized. Only 4 stars because the entrance isnt automatic for handicap accessibility.

Clothing is way too high up . Please change this ! It shouldn’t be allowed. What about your handicap /disabled customers. This place is a lot to take in. Very big and unorganized. Sometimes can find a few gems but rare.

The man manager is completely unprofessional yells at customer as there waiting inline then loudly states go ahead report me I haven’t been fired yet loudly enough for the hole line to hear just completely unacceptable manager training or a new manager is what is needed in this store not to mention how filthy and unorganized this store is!

15 year-old loves going through the stores to look for old tech - parts to Playstation, old computers, etc. And he always finds something!

First time at this location but not 1st. time at Goodwill--First time at an Outlet Center--a different experience--I will go back in the future--got a few items in the Outlet Center & in the Store--varied selections--reasonable prices--friendly staff.

This outlet is my favorite goodwill outlet. Every time I go, I find so many good items and name brands. I am never disappointed going here.

We were there on Friday around 10 minutes to 8:00 we wanted to donate some clothes there but the guy who was behind the counter and it was a bust a bunch of customers there he looked at his watch and said with a rude attitude were close

The store was is clean and has a great selection. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and courteous. Props to the managers!

I have shopped with goodwill at least 3 times a week for the last 6 years after this morning i will take my business elseware.I have never been talked to in such a mean way in my life.And i hope you realize you are breaking the law i was in your outlet this morning shopping wearing a mask over my entire mouth but cant over my nose for a medical reason and i was there about 35 minutes shopping and distancing myself and trying not to get close to others a as courtesy. All of a sudden this goodwill manager comes in the outlet and starts yelling at patrons.She literally the way she was talking to me end my trip short and pay and get out before i said something i wouldnt be able to take back.There was a middle age man that was wearing no mask at all she harrassed him after a few minutes she left him alone.I couldnt even say anything edge to this manager trying to throw me out of outlet because i didnt fully have over noseBy the way i actually have an exemption through ada a certificate notorized and a valid card that took me 5 weeks . i wore a mask over face at least to not cause any issue.I am a regular in alot of your locations and most of employées at most know me and dont ever hassle meIt will be a cold day in hell before i give a dollar to you againPs i spend 500-700 a week for my business in your stores

Went to check out the bins today! I usually go to the ones in Avondale, but heard good things about this one. Very clean & Organized. They switched out bins a lot (which is a good thing). My finds include: Free People Jeans, a new Starbucks Tumber, Athleta Tanktops, Lululemon, PINK & Victoria Secret plus 15 other items all for $17.31. Yes the bins take a lot of work, but its worth it.

I hit the jackpot with all my finds☺Great prices..nice friendly staff..clean....been coming here for years when im on vacation or getting away for the weekend.Love it!

I found awesome toys there and brand new adidas shoes in my favorite Tiffany blue color...there’s really cute stuff there but the racks aren’t labeled with sizes so after awhile I gave up looking...u literally have to walk up and down each aisle and look at the tag on the product u thought was cute to see a size...the lady tried to stop my daughter cuz she didn’t have a mask on and I told her why my 2 YEAR OLD wasn’t wearing one...she isn’t required by law to wear one cuz her age or condition...

Went to the outlet and the retail store.. I could tell the outlet was a little shorthanded and thats what it is.. nothing of note to pick. Went over on the other side and theres like 60 80-90s electronics items which clearly indicates that stuff is being pulled. At least 25 VCRs.. Lemme tell ya.. Id bet 30% of them work as intended. I personally would hate the headache of having to deal with returns on that stuff, but go for it. I fail to see the point of slapping a 7$ price tag on something that is not tested properly. Ill stick to Camp Hill.. Thanks.

Employee reminded me no returns right now and to check the electric item we were gonna buy. Thank goodness she did cuz it didnt work.

I was at the store today and I was really impressed with the cleanliness and the layout. Wow, it looked so nice in there. The change in the layout of the store is so much nicer and it was easier to maneuver around. I also was pleasantly surprised to see the clothing hung by size. I love that, (sorry, I hated going through every color to find something in my size). The RT. 30 store is my favorite. Whomever runs the store should get a pat cause theyre doing a good job.

I found a wonderful jumble of a wide variety of books here and bought 7. The clothing was well organized. The staff was pleasant and efficient.

This is the perfect store for casual Goodwill shoppers and the hardcore pickers. Half of the store has big bins that are wheeled out with unsorted items. You have to pick through and items are sold by weight. Some people love that (like my son) and have the patience and reap the rewards.The other side is more of a traditional Goodwill and has a HUGE selection. Its SO disorganized though. Half of the clothes are sorted by color and others are sorted by size. Again, some shoppers will like one way but others like the other. I just wish theyd pick ONE. Id prefer by size, but beggars cant be choosers.The prices can be inconsistent, but thats the norm for Goodwill these days.

Very good selection of clothes! Biggest I have ever seen. The books could be better organized, but to be fair someone could have come through and messed it all up. The houseware section is organized by color, I love that. Nice people.

Bring gloves for the weigh and pay, theres sharp dirty stuff in the bins. An n95 mask and germx are useful too! Good stuff if you like to pick through junk.

Large and well organized goodwill. Lots of clothing is still new with tags, and Ive never seen anything in anything less than good condition. There is a weird section with a separate entrance where things are randomly strewn into bins and you pay by weight. You can find some very good deals there but it is a lot of work.

One of the best kept secret of Goodwill. You pay per pound.Some deals are good some are not so much. If you find a great deal good for you!Look through the last chance bins for treasures that others have passed over

I love this Goodwill store! I live in York County but try to make a special trip up here (not as often as Id like to!). I bypass the outlets and head straight to this thrift store. Great clothing and household items to chose from and the outlet side is a true bargain, as you pay per pound. Staff/employees and store manager are always friendly and helpful. Cant say enough good things about this store. Exceeds all expectations!

Great shopping for second hand clothes & home goods. The store also runs specials on clothes if you are a goodwill rewards member. This is a great place to look for inexpensive clothes and the workers are helpful and friendly.

Wasnt that organized while looking for items in the outlet and the store. Was a bit messy wasnt messy badly.

I used to go to the Goodwill Outlet monthly. I will no longer be going to any of your stores again. I had my young nieces with me and we had to use the bathroom, which is located next door. So I covered my cart with a sheet, like others do. We were gone for about 10 minutes. When we came back, an employee took everything out of our cart and threw it back into the bins. As I said before, Ive been here plenty of times and people would leave their carts like this for HOURS and they would never be touched. They use to weigh your whole cart and charge you. Today they tried to charge me $8.75 for 3 pairs of shoes that werent even in that great of condition. I passed. On top of that, they dont even give you bags anymore. So I had to put my whole cart of stuff in my trunk. Your customers are the reason youre even in business. Take care of them. Your greedy company needs to make some serious changes.

Some people do not wear masks. 2 employees had the mask under nose, but they were behind plastic at register.

Clean!! Organized and has a nice variety of things!! They also have a huge selection of seasonal decor and outfits for Halloween!! The staff arent so friendly but then again Im not shopping there for them Im shopping for the cool stuff!

This store is pretty nice. Not overly large and not a large selection of electronic items but still worth a look. It does however have a large selection of clothing if your looking for this type item.

Nice selection of clothes, but poorly managed. This was my favorite Goodwill in the Lancaster area. Wondering if there has been a change in management. Employees seemed disgruntled and eager to close up early. Lights started being turned off 15 minutes before store closing. There were no long lines and very few still left in the store. Employees were walking around watching customers and making comments about people needing to leave.

The outlet is very nice and the employees are nice. As for the store itself I did not see any bargains in the store alot of over priced junk. lamps missing shades, cracked nick nacks, kids toys missing parts. I saw a Nintendo NES $69.99 with two controllers no power supply or AV cable how can you possibly test it and bring it back within the 7 day period? way over priced. This store is double the price than the Delware County Goodwills on many items. I guess because of the area it is in some people will pay the price. I looked at the mens clothes only many of the mens shirts were either had stains, missing bittons or had pin holes in them. Many of the DVDs had scratches in them . Childrens VHS videos 3 for a dollar at other thrift stores $1.00 each at this goodwill and who really wants them! I wont be back to this Goodwill this one was pretty picked over but I still have to check the other ones in the area on the next trip.

I am a thrift store junky. I shop everywhere. This is my favorite thrift store. Their prices are so reasonable and their staff is so friendly! Please dont change!

This is much larger than most other Goodwill locations in the area. The shelves of stuff were well stocked. The bathroom was clean. The employees that I spoke with were all quite friendly.

Always get a great deal here ! Employees are awesome! However some extremely rude arrogant and mean bullies who are regulars,who will try to fight you for something they think might be worth a dollar .

This shop is so so. The prices are a little bit more than my local local goodwill but if you look hard you can find something good enough to pay the listed price. Shoes were too much and certain houseware was too much. I didnt find as much as I thought I would however I didnt come out empty hand either. My total was $21 something unused my rewards card it dropped to $19 something. I found games, craft supplies and a cute knick knack.

It is the worst Goodwill store Ive ever been in. The help throws the donations all over. The shelves are full of thrown items all over.I couldnt wait to leave, a disgrace.

I love the bins but I feel like the store is too expensive for being a used clothing store. I also feel like they should check clothes before putting them on the floor because many are covered in stains and smell like piss and have rips and holes in them.

I love shopping in the Goodwill Outlets, and this is one of the best ones around! We always stop here on our way back from Delaware.

I have a question on top of review. When you donate clothes is it free or do you get reimbursed for the clothes you are giving them? But I have been here before to shop for a theme day at my school and found everything I needed

Very large store with lots of stuff. Reasonable prices but semi clean. Friendly staff.

Open layout. If you look hard enough you can find some great finds.

The Goodwill was founded by a minister and I am sure back then it wasnt all about money but for the poor. Today, the goodwill is just for money and the whole concept where it was founded upon is gone. Money is the motive today, not the poor. I am sure if a poor family was in need of anything, they would not be able to fund that family. It is wrong. Anyway why is the goodwill open on Sunday when it is supposely founded on christian beliefs? That is wrong too. Maybe they should go back to the original idea and people would be much more satisfied with goodwill then a money making company.
