Great place to workout. All new equipment. Ive never had 2 wait more than a few minutes 4 a machine. The 1 thing I wish they had is lockers, they have cubbies but theyre wide open.

Super facility and an excellent staff. Julie. Suzie, Bailey and Jarra do an unbelievable job keeping the equipment clean and sanitized while being the nicest people you could meet.

It is located in the River Valley FMC. I have been having therapy for my arms and 4 of the therapists have worked with me. They are all very knowledgeable and have been very informative. All of the staff are very friendly 😊.
