I have been with doctor Hampton for close to 20 years. I recommend him and the other Doctors in this group to any one. They listen, ask you questions and answer you in a way you understand. They also ask if you are ok with the treatment they suggest. They make you accountable for your own health. I believe each and everyone of us should be heald accountable for your own Heath.

If you like waiting an hour after your scheduled appointment, and doctors that do not care about you, this is the place for you.

Went in for my second vaccination (first time was great), and thing just fell apart. Waiting rooms were overcrowded, not enough space to socially distance, several patients and one STAFFER with their noses hanging out from their masks. I had to ask a patient seated beside me to put his mask on because he took it off every time he tried to talk to people. I was ready to scream and run for the door, but I had to squeeze between two patients to reach the door. What should have taken 15 minutes took an hour even after I refused to wait 15 more minutes after the vaccination in that packed waiting roomI know these are difficult times for everyone, especially medical workers, but when you dont feel safe in a vaccine line, theres something wrong.I will not come back here again.

Do not go here for quality healthcare. There is none to be found here.

Ive been a patient here for the past 4 years. My experiences here have always been exceptional. Dr. Sylva is compassionate, caring and well qualified.

Dont go here if you want a practice that is helpful or caring. They run patients through as if they have a quota to meet. I prefer a doctor who can get to know me, is compassionate, and not rushing. I felt like they needed my $$, but were not helpful to me at all.

We felt uncared for, judged, and angry during our visit. They treated us like we should be honored to jump through their many hoops to get a visit with a doctor. When appointment time finally arrived, we were extremely disappointed in the lack of service. They need to get patients through quickly to meet their quota. Dont expect any compassion. Awful experience.

Dr. Shereen Farooq and her staff do not care about helping you. Definitely go somewhere else if you want to be treated with care and concern. This was my worst experience with a doctor and her staff.

I would give them 0 stars. I arrived 22 minutes early, followed the instructions on the sign outside their door and waited for a text to check in. Finally I called the office and was told the sign is for an office next door and I need to check in in-person, despite COVID policies. Then was told I missed my appointment by 4 minutes and the doctor couldn’t see me today. They have a 10 minute late policy that wasn’t told to me. I guess Dr. Shereen Farooq planned a first time counseling appointment to last less than 14 minutes total. Dr. Farooq was told all the circumstances of me being there early and didn’t care. I prefer to have a doctor and her coworkers to have some kind of compassion and caring. I appreciate an efficient office, but they should have 4 minutes of flexibility to help someone who was early, but followed a sign posted in front of their own door. I’m sorry I spent so much time filling out all my paperwork online for such a rude place of business. Run, don’t walk, to one of the many other doctors nearby.

I invested a lot of time in my appointment through paperwork, waiting on open date for doctor, taking leave from work, etc., only to find the whole environment rude and uninviting. The doctors were rushing, no one treated us with any compassion, staff was rude. Was a very negative experience; treated us like they wanted our money, but didnt care about helping us. Would give them zero stars if I could.

I have been coming to FCHC (main street location) for several years and the staff are all very caring people and really try their best for their patients. Billing can sometimes get messed up if youre on the sliding scale but mistakes are quickly corrected.

Love them I’ve taken all 4 of my kids there and they are awesome with them wouldn’t choose another place to go

Took forever to get me in, gave me inaccurate information about walk-in days, had outdated/inaccurate information on my chart, listed me as a new patient when I had already been established, and had literally no idea as to what I was even there for when I arrived.....

Love the Doctor I have there Dr Fortner is friendly and is very knowledgeable about healthcare the reason I am only giving two stars is it is very hard to get a appointment if you have a illness or injured yourself for acute care when you call for a same day or within 1 or 2 days after onset of illness or injury they always say they cant fit you in and go to the ER FMC er is the last place I will go if I can help it

I was treated unfairly because if my past, I went in to have my anxiety treated, and it was just a waste of time. I felt uncomfortable, and judged.

Theyre pretty unorganized. Nurses are nice but they take way too long to get things done. Ive been back in my room for half an hour to get a single school shot. They didnt say anything to a lady vaping in the waiting room. Nurses dont even know what room patients are in. Its not even very clean. Wallpaper is peeling off the wall in the waiting room. Not a good place to go.

Walk In Wednesdays are great because I can plan on being seen if Im sick and cant wait for an appointment. Just some advice...get there early and plan on a wait...its well worth it though!

Gonzales is a very good doctor and is there for the clients. Always friendly and is very knowledgeable

It took them two weeks to send approval to my insurance company so I can get medication and it got reject it because it didn’t have any notes on my approval, really under clarify workers up there especially nurses. I’m still waiting for my medication it’s been four weeks now. Void this place of any cost.

My wife and I both had extremely bad health Care, my wife got worse going here.she had extremely hard time getting her much needed meds (blood pressure, ect.) I couldnt get mine at all!!

This is the most fraudulent place in Lancaster and to their own employees ....hmm wonder what they r doing with all the Medicare and Medicaid cases they take care of???? Do not support.
