I received outstanding service. Staff was friendly and helpful. Doctor was great. I was able to take care of several areas of concern in the same week. I appreate the professional service I was given.

The ladies there are so rude, they have no desire to help our veterans in need. These ladies in the office had made my appointment so hectic for unnecessary reasons. Theres no direct number to this office so when they left me a message to call me back I had to call back the district office and that took over 60 minutes! Im so disappointed in this clinic and their staff, I will be contacting their office managers and their higher ups to report my horrible experience, which ended in my appointment being canceled anyway after I already room off work and arrived to my appointment.

Like this place. Great place. They are pretty quick here. Glad they changed some of the nurses and certain social worker here.

This facility and the clinic in Bakersfield Ca deserve a 0 star but that is not possible here. The staff is unfriendly and rude. I was told to come in for a simple task of replacing an Health ID card, and I was greeted with the such rudeness for not making an appointment. I said I called the business Office and I was told to come on down we’re happy to help you. Obviously a different staff on the phone then here in person. These people were so rude and entitled in there tones.

They canceled my appointment with no notice and when I show they cant reschedule. I have to call tomorrow to schedule new appointment. No faith in the VA.

Did fasting kab work after my husband had breakfast, didnt allow me in yhe room and were overall rude and negligent

These people sent me a letter saying they wanted to discuss a lab and do a blood pressure check, ok fine. So I make an appointment, take the day off, and go in only to be met with an attitude like I’m bothering them. The LVN was so rude and dismissive and the PA (carpenter is his name) that sent the letter never even showed his face. This review doesn’t matter because it’s the VA, what will be done about it? Nothing. But if you can go elsewhere, please do. A complete waste of time and loss of money only to be pushed out. I hope they are treating our older vets with a little more respect. It is really unfortunate the treatment received today.

Their overall rating tells only a small part. This is a “contractor”, not a true VA facility like Sepulveda or Loma Linda. You’ll be better off driving the extra miles for better service and care somewhere else than Lancaster.Customer service is hit and miss but, lack of professionalism is most apparent for this company.

Employees are very pleasant. But, it is impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone! I keep calling and calling over the last couple days..and I cant reach anyone. -__- Whats the point of having a phone number if yall dont answer?

April Bodily is probably the worst practitioner I have ever been treated by. She completley wrote false information in my chart that overall led to me being denied disability benefits. Currently looking into legal action against her so she cannot do this to someone else.

The people at this facility are courteous, professional, and very attentive to your needs.

Very good care. I am used to military medicine as I was raised as an air force brat :-)

Sad.. Was turn down care for possible strep throat.. Was told to go to west Los Angeles.. 1 hr 40 drive one way with no traffic on the 405..
