Nice place very clean makes you feel safe when you walk in they take your temperature they have hand sanitizer everywhere very helpful people when you enter the building

Every department at the Downtown Pavilion, that I have used utilized, from Radiology to the Blood Lab, & others, have been exceptional!! The staff has always been very kind & efficient & I have never had much wait time at all !!

Ive always been pleased with the friendliness and efficiency when getting bloodwork and other tests done at the Downtown Pavilion. Would recommend!

There nice but on a Saturday they have only one person registered for people having any kind of test. So even it doesn’t matter if u make an appointment they still take you when they can.

I came in 10 minutes before closing and was still given excellent service. My veins are really tough to find and always take a very long time to find but Chandra was patient with me and did a really good job keeping me calm and relaxed while she did her work. The best experience Ive had with my least favorite type of doctor visits.

This place is a joke. The people are rude and should get an attitude check.

Have always had excellent service here for blood work and xrays. Minimal wait time.
