Every single time I have been to Proactive, Ive had great experiences.From the very first time I went to get a physical for a new job, they took me in right away and very professionally.When I was working, I needed to go to them for Workers Comp, and they gave me equipment to modify my sprained ankle. I went to Physical Therapy for about a month or so, and I loved that as well. Overall, great experience. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their services.

Worst medical experience I’ve ever had. The staff is very rude. I showed up at 8am for a drug test. Sat there for 5 hours! I only asked once after the 3 hour mark when I’d be seen. The woman at the desk said if I don’t want to be here then I should go home. I held my pee in so long to where It was extremely painful. I was the only one in line for the drug screening. What is going on in there?

I have now been here twice for my physical.. both times even with an appointment and arriving early, I am faced with over an hour wait time at least before I am seen. This is absolutely ridiculous and will be suggesting to my company to no longer use these services as it is costing them more money in employee pay than it saves by going to a less reputable establishment.

Honestly I’ve had an amazing experience with proactive health. They make sure to help the best they can with your injuries. The best thing is that they understand that it’s a process to getting you better with your treatment. Just make sure to keep in good communication with them. The more you communicate about your physical health the more there able to help you with what you need. Be patient it’s a process!

This place is amazing! Dr. Roemer and Mitzy always go above and beyond in answering any and all questions/concerns I have. They LISTEN and take my input into consideration. Super friendly and professional. When I first got here I couldnt walk upright and my pain was literally making me break down in tears. Sleep was something to be dreaded because of back spasms. They both took their time in helping my recovery process and made my time here enjoyable. Dr. Roemer is an AMAZING chiropractor and Im so grateful because I am now able to live without constantly being in pain. His ability to turn me into a human glow stick is ✨elite✨ I am eternally grateful and would definitely recommend them!

Disregard the bad reviews.... I came here for physical therapy and Chiro, both staff were great at what they do. I was in a high amount of pain on my neck, but like they say practice makes perfect, a couple of sessions eased it. The therapy helped with most of the pain, but once i got to the Chiro and began cracking bones back into place, it got even better. I looked forward to come here because i would go after work, and in a sense i would have a fun chat and blow off steam, so it helped physically and mentally.

I had to get TB tests done for a volunteer program they were kind, and punctual.

First time for therapy, staffing was wonderful and professional.Thank u all for your help

My experience here has been nothing but great. Dr. Roemer is the best. When first trying chiropractic care, I was nervous, but he helped me and guided me through every single step. I’m so glad to have found him because he really is helping me on my road to recovery.The staff there is also amazing. Whether you’re there for physical therapy or chiropractor, they’re really helpful and nice. I love talking to them every time I go. You can say I look forward to go to myappointments 😂Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and place to recover.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Linda Gates, the Director of Client Services at Proactive. It came to my attention at the company that I work for that we needed to get particular health services done the next day for our employees. I was referred to Linda from the front office by a wonderful lady that was polite and helpful. I wish I got her name too, she was just so sweet. Linda answered her phone promptly and she handled the situation QUICKLY, professionally, and kindly. She was available and helped walked me through the paper work and then called each location to make sure they could accommodate our needs. She set everything up so smoothly and painlessly, I honestly felt hopeless as she was the 6/7 call our office made that day and she literally saved my day. I cannot thank her enough and appreciate so much the wonderful service she provided to us.

How long can it take for someone to go in the back to pee in a cup. Wow. No respect for peoples time and bladder. The employees are probably great people outside of work, but here they are not customer friendly. I say customer and not patient because someone is paying your for a service. I would rather find another job that uses a different company then to ever come back here

Long wait times, even with an appointment. Guy did my blood pressure wrong so I had to redo it...I’ve never had blood pressure problems. Employees just walking around aimlessly. While I was doing my vision test for my work physical there were people walking past me and waking in front of the eye chart. Employees weren’t rude but the place is just a mess as far as organization, caring about you time, treating people and then getting them on their way.

This place takes way to long to get anything done. Waited two hours now for a physical. Came in early and many people went in front of me that came later. This place is a pathetic joke. This place is a huge inconvenience if you have a busy schedule. I came in at 7:50 and have been sitting in the hall for over two hours!! I hate coming here and the workers don’t care about the patients they are very incompetent in patient satisfaction. Waiting in a room over 20 minutes for a doctor. A physical doesn’t take 3 hours to complete this place is a huge JOKE!!!! Will file a report with the health department

Longer than expected wait time for such a simple pee in a cup drug test. Saw some lady fixing her hair in the reflection of painting, made me wait outside and fill out my paperwork in the rain. This place is wack.

Ive been to Proactive for physical therapy. Ron and his physical therapy staff and Dr. Romer and his chiropractic staff are great. The staff has a great personality and a very professional, helpful caring.

I called multiple times to make an appointment, no one ever picked up. I decided to walk in.Pro-Acrive is very slow. I was sent to ProActive for a pre-employment screening. It took about an hour and half waiting before a head nurse told them that Ive been waiting for a while. I had to return to get a copy of my physical and Ive been waiting for 45 minutes before someone front the front desk asked for my last name and came back with my paper work and took another 5-10 minutes looking at my paper work and then disappeared. Its been almost an hour waiting for my paper work.The only reason why I gave this place 2 stars is because the staff is friendly.

Why are these people in business still????Absolutely the worst place ever! So along the HIPAA laws........they dont follow them. I witnessed them putting our names in the trash can, not shredding it, after we signed in.

I was seen for a work related injury. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was given a thorough examination and prompt treatment. Scheduling follow up PT and Doctor visits was easy. No difficulties with any portion of my visits or staff personnel.

Dr.Roemer one of the awesome doctors I have ran across they treaty you very nice thanks you so much help me with my pain relief Im doing much better now.........

Have been here multiple times over 2 years, at both locations, for different injuries and various doctors. All but ONE doctor has even cared. Have been yelled at by a doctor for continuing to be sent back to him by work telling me theres no way I could he hurt that bad from what I did(which he later found out I needed surgery for). Doctors spend at a max 5 minutes in the room with you, trying to just get you in and out, then you wait 30+ minutes to schedule follow ups. 3ven now Ive been waiting 75 minutes just for a prescription to be written. The front desk is always very kind respectful but the doctors have absolutely no sense of urgency or care

Chiropractor got the job done. Goodbye sleepless nights and lower back pain.

Well everyone has a different experience my was good, the staff was very polite and helpful, they treated me with respect and not just another number walking in. I was only there for about 25 min in and out very quick.

Shouldnt even get one star if I could rate at less than one I would. Wait time is horrible 3 to 4 hours to do a urinalysis. Count on taking the entire day off of work to be seen. High desert medical was much more efficient

Looks like nurses are walking around scatter brained not focus at all.. patients sitting time just to get checked in is an average of 2.5 hours and then another 2.5 hours to get seen by the doctors. Seen Receptionist at the front desk working so slow and not very informative when questions asked..Reminds me of the movie zootopia on the scene where the sloths are working at the DMV haha thats how the patient care is here ......

Get here, wait 2 hours. Go into waiting room, they do half of the physical...then leave me in there for another 45 minutes. Dr. finally comes in and goes through my chart, literally just asking me the questions Ive already filled out on the medical paperwork that she is flipping through. Looks right at my blood pressure on the paperwork and asks me if i have high blood pressure...um I circled no and you are looking at my blood pressure. She leaves and Im in there for another 30 minutes to finish the physical. Finally finished and they tell me I cant have copies of the paperwork until I come back to have TB read-just paid 200 cash for all this bs. Come back (twenty miles away) two days later to have TB read and there is no doctor on staff so they again refuse to give me my paperwork AGAIN. Im told to come in on Monday for the doctor to sign off. WASTE OF MY TIME AND GAS.

Great costumer service

Wait time is ridiculous. Anywhere from 1 hour to 3. The doctor Stephen Greene IIRC lied on a legal document that he wore to tell the truth on. Legal action will be taken. Got mad when I still felt pain after months of treatment and all they did was drug me.

Should be zero star…Bad services and very unprofessional. They charge more compare to other places…only want to get your money as much as they could for not necessary steps…

It was a horrible experience! I had an accidental needle stick at work. I had appts for blood draw and or results. I had to go for months, dreaded every time I had to go! Work comp bs, I was there for hours + each time! My personal insurance is Kaiser & my breast cancer surgery was done in less than an hour! Dont set appts for 2pm when you wont see them until 5! I said I had to leave a couple times cause it was taking too long! Oh then some one would finally come see me! I will do everything in my power to never ever have to go there again!

The entire staff is very friendly. They try to get you in and out asap without making you feel rushed. The doctors listen and attempt to do their best to help you.

The worst experience ever!! Every time I went I say a new dr. All said well do and MRI. Never had MRI. The last Dr. I saw said I was a liar!!!!! Dont ever go here!!!!

I waited an hour just to get a TB test. I was told to come in exactly 48 hours later to get it read. So I did and the day I came in (48 hours later) they were closed!!! My employer will only pay for me to get the TB test done one time so now I have to go back to get it retaken and I have to pay for it! Just because they gave me wrong information.

Urgent care really i can not see anything urgent on this place I’m waiting forever
