I met with Dr. Jessica Tucker and I was very happy with my visit. I felt like she took her time and explained everything to me. She is very professional. I would definitely recommend her

Have been my primary care for several years. My old Dr. left a couple years ago and my new Primary Jamie Stoughton has been a huge disappointment. Not good at scheduling, I’m constantly running out of my prescriptions because they have no time for you. Very rude front staff. Very unprofessional and money hungry! Finally found a new primary who is wonderful!!! If Ohio Health Lancaster is your primary... run!!!

The doctor i was seeing refused me refills on my blood pressure medicine... ran out on a Thursday had to go till the following wed. without it... then she decided to refill it and rudely sent me a letter stating they didnt want me as a patient.. actually sent 2 letters 1 was certified...

The level of professionalism and caring from Dr Gonzales-Tolley and her staff was definitely five star.She is definitely a physician who listens to her patients.

Poor service. everyone was so rude, no one smiled at me or greeted me. they pretended like I didn’t exist and when they finally did, they redirected me to the wrong place TWICE.

Horrible scheduling.had to reach out multiple times for physical therapy and pain management referalno one will return phone calls.

Not helpful to the patents who pay to go in, rude over the phone as well and refuse to help.

Front office staff are rude and inconsiderate. Was 15 minutes late for an appointment due to a car wreck on Fair Ave and they refused to see me. Even after explaining the situation and with no other patients around the staff told me to leave. The employees up front act as if theyre there just for a paycheck and could care less about the patients. Im in the process of finding a different doctor and will not be going back.

I have been a patient at Ohio Health Primary Care for over a year now. I have found a lot of comfort in Dr. Gonzales-Tolly and highly recommend her to anyone! She cares about her patients and is a wonderful Doctor! Thanks for your care!

Had to take my son back a second time, even after I voiced my concerns about the private medical issues at hand. On the second occasion I felt they were preceding down the same wrong path. Giving the incorrect treatment and voiced my concerns more stringently. I was again ignored and became annoyed. When my annoyance was noticed she said I was being rude. I advised that ignoring my concerns and dismissing them out of turn was rude, this seemed to really infuriate ate the nurse so she sent in the Manager. The managers 1st words were to ask me Why I was rude to her staff? I advised her that I was not rude to her staff and that in fact her staff was rudely ignoring my concerns and dismissing me out of turn. She advised that I was wrong and that essentially that disagreeing with her was being rude. She sent the Doctor in. Doctor Dora Gonzales. She came in with a very bad attitude. Already convinced that I could offer nothing in the treatment of my son and convinced no matter what I said I was rude. I left very dissatisfied after my second visit. I will not return they are useless. Have doubts? Well I visited another doctor later that Day and he (Dr. Castelon 5***** ) listened to my concerns. He then commented it seemed obvious to him too. He prescribed the stronger meds I thought my son needed all along. My son was feeling better within hours, now a few days latter hardly feeling sick. This place seemed to be filled with incompetence. Very disappointed and will not recommend.

I have been extremely impressed with this office and staff. My questions are taken seriously and I feel I am receiving the best care possible!
