Almost to goal after 45 pound weight loss. I found Nicola and the staff at BeBalanced to be knowledgeable, friendly, staunchly encouraging and a joy to work with. The program is easy to follow (I did cheat on occasion, sorry, Nicola....), but I was able to get back on track and continue with the program. I have 8 more pounds to go and I will hit my goal of wanting to lose 50 pounds. Even at 57, you can lose the weight.

I wanted to make some changes because I didnt like the way I looked and felt. I heard about BeBalanced, made an appointment and it was the best decision I ever made. I have never felt better, slept better and I no longer have severe mood swings. Everyone at the Lancaster BeBalanced location is friendly, understanding and caring! I did not need to lose a lot of weight and Nicola felt the weight loss program would not be for me, but meeting with Cheryl, the nutritionist, would help me and it did! I lost the weight I wanted to and learned so much about clean eating. Even my husband lost weight and says he feels better, too! Their skin care products are fantastic! I have noticed the wrinkles around my eyes and mouth are not as noticeable. I look forward to my monthly meetings and seeing everyone. I started this journey 2 weeks ago and I am down 10 lbs! I have more energy, I havent had a heat flash in over a week and I am sleeping much better! The staff is so helpful and nice! I cant wait to see how much I can lose in the next 2 weeks!

We went to Be Balanced in Lancaster as a couple. Nicola was our weight loss specialist. She was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. It was great going through this program as a couple. We both lost over 20+ lbs. during our time on the program. We have tried to lose weight in the past, but nothing worked or was too complicated to keep up with and/or understand. It was very simple and easy to follow! This program helped us lose weight that we probably would have never lost otherwise. We would recommend Nicola and this program to anyone interested in getting rid of unwanted pounds and to begin a healthier lifestyle!

While I lost weight initially, it all came back plus some. Beware of the contract that you sign for the creams--they neglect to tell you that you that the program auto renews and you will continue to be charged monthly for the creams indefinitely. No refunds. They tell you the special pricing is for 12 months worth of purchase. I specifically asked at the time of purchase if this was an auto renew and was told it was not. When i finally called today to stop my credit card from being charged, I was told it is clearly stated in the contract that I signed that this is an auto renew program and it is my fault that I didnt know this. Dont you think that after 12 months of not picking up my creams that someone would reach out to me to find out why?!? And may ask if I still want them? Nope! This is they way they make their money. Beware. If anyone needs creams, let me know because I have a years supply that I cant be refunded for ;(

I love BeBalanced. I struggled for years trying to loose weight with no success. When I started with BeBalanced I immediately started seeing results. I lost the weight I wanted and have been able to keep it off. I have learned how to make healthier choices and I feel wonderful!

I thought if I could workout, like I used to, I’d get the weight off. I was wrong. I was post menopausal, and feeling addicted to sugar. What made it worse was people’s opinions! Beware - Last year I tried the BeBalanced hormone products to help my menopausal symptoms. I went on their monthly payment plan to get a better price. After giving it six months, I realized I wasnt receiving much benefit from the products and went in to their office to request cancellation of my plan when my year was up. Eight months later they were still charging my credit card with monthly payments. Ive contacted them several times about this and the issue has still not been resolved. -Mrs GS

Charge you 700 plus dollars for the i itial plan then on next visits they say you need to be on a supplemental plan for 380 plus dollars more, no explination of charges. All i could see from the program as they call it is putting people is a severe calorie defecit for a month. Anybody that goes on 700 calories a day is going to lose weight.

If you have tried other weight loss programs and failed, and are serious about losing the weight, BeBalanced will more than likely be your answer.I found the program easy enough to follow, but as with any program, you must be disciplined (which isnt my strong suit! I feel if I did this, anyone can) and allow your weight loss coach to guide you. The program enables the fat and inches to come off safely and quickly, which definitely helps to keep you motivated. Nicola, Kelly and Cheryl, are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. I cant say enough regarding these amazing ladies!!BeBalanced will allow you to learn to tune into your own bodys cues (i.e. sensitivities, triggers, etc.). Personally, I confirmed what I already knew; I am a HUGE carb addict. Carbs are a very slippery slope for me and I must be very careful when adding them back into my diet.My husband was so impressed after my 1st month that he jumped on this journey with me. Learned a lot about healthy living just from a quick session

I have found out recently of a health issue where i could not be on the program anymore, which i was only 2 weeks into, they are refusing to give money back . I even ensured they could hear it from my doctor and still wont. I initially came to help with hormone issues, ive had a menstrual cycle for 5 months straight and which over the phone was told they could help. I havent stopped yet. Of course i know it may still be early yet but due to the time its been going on for i need to do something and thats medically. So ive gotten no initial results from program that i came for and in fact if you have a low thyroid level this will worsen it, and theyre still refusing to give me a refund. Find a company who cares about you and not your wallet because obviously its not cheap. And theyre just taking it , no matter my position or that im a stay at home mom .
