A few years ago my body was screaming at me. My cycle was completely out of whack. I began working with Jaclyn Downs in august 2013, lost over 60 pounds, and my cycle is more regular than it has ever been in my life. I have been working with Jaclyn for about 6 months and it has been fantastic! She is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough but is able to articulate things in a way that I understand. After reviewing my health history in great detail, discussing goals and running various testing we came up with a plan to optimize my health and it has been going great! After being married for over 2yrs and experiencing several miscarriages we decided to see Jaclyn Downs at Tree of Life in Ephrata, Pa.
