I scheduled the rental pickup for 7:30am. At the counter I was informed that the RAV4 was getting an oil change and it would be awhile before it was returned. I told the manager that I needed to get on the road by 8am. She gave me an upgrade van for no additional charge. It needed some cleaning so three associates jumped on it. The gas tank was about 3/4 full. Topping it off would take extra time, so the manager marked that the tank was empty, so I could bring it back empty, for no charge. The manager demonstrated excellent customer that is hard to find at many companies. I was on the road a little after 8am, in a nicer van and kept dollars in my wallet. FYI. I brought the van back with 3/4 tank of gas.

I am suppose to pick up a loaner car from this location, They dint had the vehicle on time and have to check and follow up due to high demand.OSMAN is an expectational Enterprise member who went above and beyond to support my needs and deliver. Absolutely the most horrible terrifying experience I have never had renting a car. It was pouring down rain my entire trip every time I would turn the windshield wipers on all the interior and exterior lights on the car would go out. The car also had some brake or suspension issues as it would shake and slide When I had to apply the brakes. When I reached my destination I call Enterprise and was told they would bring Me a replacement vehicle and call before they came to my hotel. No one ever Called or Brought me another vehicle. I called two more times amd was told the same thing but still no one called back or Brought me Another vehicle. When i turned the vehicle in I was they would discuss it with the manager and adjust my bill. My bill or $1000 was reduced by $125 (less than 1/2 day rental price) which was unsatisfactory for my horrible experience. I will not rent from Enterprise ever again.

This is my 4th time renting from enterprise and is still the one and only rental car company I will ever use. Each experience with them has been A++. This last time was safe clean and so very quick and easy and my last was in California and I can not praise their employees and customer service enough!!! They offer great satisfaction, cleanliness, pride and really makes you feel comfortable being in their vehichles!

Highly unimpressed with this location. They gave me a car with 1/4 tank of gas, forehead grease marks all over the drivers side window, the car itself sounded like it could use some maintenance. I went through the insurance company of the person who hit my car for the rental and enterprise seemed to have no idea what was going on when I picked the car up. When I dropped it off I waited about 15 minutes without a soul around. I finally had to yell hello throughout the place. Will definitely not be renting from them again.

Great customer service experience. I arrived and the vehicle I booked on line was ready to go. I just signed the paperwork they ran my credit card and I was on my way. The car was cleaned and gassed up. I was extremely happy.

We had a great experience with our rental. We rented a full size truck for vacation. It was VERY comfortable, got good mileage, The A/C was very cold, actually had dual controls for driver and passenger sides. It also gave me an opportunity for a prolonged test drive of a vehicle that I may purchase in the near future. It was a great way for us to use some of our economic stimulus check. We took a road trip instead of a cruise and spread the money around to small businesses.

A great experience. Probably deserved a 5 star but, when I got there to pick up the vehicle, they didn’t have the size I reserved so the upgraded me for free. When doing the walk through, I noticed instead of a license plate it had a sign that said “Tags applied for”. I showed my concern and the agent assured me I’d be ok. Technically I was, but I got pulled over multiple times throughout the week driving. Never got a citation but it was very annoying. Like I said, other then that everything was great.

I reserved a car online and when I got to the local Enterprise facility, found it was ready and available. The rep met me at the door with a mask on and we had as contact less of an experience as possible. The car performed great for the 4 days I had it. I really appreciate that Enterprise does not have additional charges for mileage, that helps so much! I brought the car back after they had already closed for the day and was glad that I could still return it that day by dropping the keys in their drop box and leaving the car there.

Ive had many great experiences renting through enterprise. I rarely need a rental car so when we do rent its a special occasion and we get a luxury vehicle. My last rental over the busy labor day weekend was for the first time, less than perfect. After discussing my concerns/ complaints with the branch manager they were immediately addresses, explained, and rectified. I look forward to my next rental at Enterprise Rockwall.

Got a car from them as a loaner while mine was undergoing maintenance. The only body mark I noticed pre-rental was a long mark down the passenger side. The attendant noticed a couple on the drivers side, but never did a walk around of the whole vehicle. I drove the car to 3 places. I went to get gas because it was given to me on empty, I went to the dentist office, and I went home. When my vehicle was ready, I was told to leave this at the dealership and Enterprise would retrieve it.I left the vehicle there at around 4:45 pm. They called the next day, after picking it up and told me they would be making an insurance claim on the vehicle because of the long mark down the side. Apparently, the attendant did not write it down and never saw it since he didnt walk all the way around the vehicle.I spoke with the branch manager, which yielded no results. The area manager called while I was at the location speaking with the on-site manager, so I couldnt talk to both at the same time.I have used their service once before, and it was fine, but I can say without a doubt that this debacle is the last time they will get business from me. It probably doesnt matter to them, but I can only do what I can do.The manager did say that if the associate did not do a walk around, then they will not be making the claim. So since there is a camera pointed at the location where the vehicle was handed over, it should be apparent, but we will see.[edit]I called the branch manager back. After reviewing the footage and seeing that the associate did not walk around the vehicle with me beforehand, they are stopping the claim. Added a star for resolution, but it doesnt change my inclination to give them business in the future.

I have been renting from Enterprise in Rockwall and I have never had a bad experience with the staff, the pick-up or the drop-off. They have been fair when it come to issues and how they resolve them. Ex. a car I request is not there or ready. They always put me in a better or bigger and charge me the same price for the small eco I reserved. This has only happened once.Enterprise Rent-A-Car will always be my to-go when I need a temp car.

The man that assisted from the beginning to getting in the car was wonderful, attentive and caring. Honestly, the best I have ever experienced in renting a car. I feel bad that I dont know his name. Im hoping that can be researched. We rented on July 17 around 12:20. He was African American. It was a hot day, but that didnt decrease his customer service a bit. Hes someone I would hire in second and I know people like him are not easy to find when looking to hire. Okay. I just called them and I have his name. It was Quincy. And due to COVID19, we were outside so thats why I mentioned the heat.

I had a great experience with Quincy yesterday. He was very understanding when I told him that I needed to read his lips and removed his mask. He was so patient while I searched for my claim number and insurance information and charming when I teased him about giving me a car that blended in with every other car in the parking lot.I left with a smile on my face and made it back to work in time for my next session, just as he promised I would.

This was by far the easiest rental experience I have had. My car broke down on a Saturday night, Sunday morning I called the Rockwall location and within an hour had a rental. Clean, drove well and it only took 5 minutes to return it. No waiting in a long line, staff was very accommodating and friendly. I will be back!

Service was not to be desired from this location first I got a car that was on Empty. Then when trying to switch the cars out for a full-size because I didn’t get a full-size originally I was lied to saying that they didn’t have a full-size when I had already spoke to somebody that told me that there was a full size. Fast forward to the end of my journey with these people. I left a bag inside the car realized that I left a bag in the car call the next day was told that there was not a bag in the car. The contents of the bag are you relevant it is the principal that it is my bag and I wanted my bag back. Needless to say I will not be renting from this location ever again and Neither will anybody in my family and anybody that I know and I will make it my business to make it known.

The 1 day rental was included with my AAA membership. I was hoping they could put me in something similar to what I had, but apparently only the mid sized or lower was on the program. The first car they put me in was Nice, but so smoky it could have choked a horse. They traded cars, and put me in a really tiny car that wouldn’t even fit my family. The staff was nice, but the inconvenience of having to make 2 trips to get my family to church and such was an incredible hassle.

I had to take my car to be worked on as part of an insurance claim. Within a short time frame the agent from Enterprise showed up to pick me up and took me to my rental car. In a matter of a couple of minutes I was on my way! The guy was very friendly and had mask and gloves on. I appreciate the heath concerns and the customer service provided! Thank you!

So, My husband returned his rental and was told by the staff member assisting him that he would be refunded 65.00 ( this was a insurance payed rental due to an accident ) The other partys insurance payed for a rental till 6/9, we returned today 6/6...BEFORE we made it the main intersection heading home our card was charged 92.00 !!!!Immediately called and was told it was charged in error, THEIR FAULT, and refund would be issued in 14 days.That quick, we went from happy with the service to angered and disappointed, an error on the side of Enterprise that took just a matter of minutes and we have to wait 14 days to get refunded.

I always rent from enterprise in WA state but this time in Texas was awful. Car was dirty and smelled like cigarettes which I’m allergic too. I had to stop and buy a air freshener because when I mentioned it to the agent he was like ok you won’t get charged for it. I had a headache the entire time.They should have offered me another car. They also need to clean the back seat stains everywhere it was gross.

The service at this location is very fast, friendly, and my car was great. Even when I had a flat tire, I called and this location told me exactly where to go to get it patched for free. The only complaint I have is that I didnt realize how much the fees were for using a toll road (which I have to use a lot for work). If I had known ahead of time, I would have only used it on the days I would need a toll road a lot. I will be charged $3.95 plus tolls for days where I only used $1.18 in tolls. Yikes! Otherwise, I had a fantastic experience. I am not looking forward to my toll bill.

Rented a SUV from Rockwall location yesterday headed to South Dakota. Car was dirty, smelled of smoke. Also the right front tire was worn bad and when we left this morning it was pulling real bad to the right and front end vibrating. Called Rockwall location with no help. Advised us that we would have to call other locations or take to Firestone for them to work on it. We finally found another car at DFW airport and 2 hours later we are finally on our way. Never will rent from them again.

You dont quote a price and then change it after its been paid. We rented a compact car Sunday night right before closing and were told it would be, with taxes, $148+ change but there would be an additional $150 deposit charge that would be reimbursed when we turned the car in any time Wednesday. When we called today, she informed us wed only be getting $100 back, that theyre a 24 hour billing cycle. Its utter bs to charge a different price than what is agreed upon. Ill never use this company again and will most definitely advise family and friends to do the same.

This place is absolutely hit or miss as it relates to customer service. I imagine theres plenty of turnover, I never consistently see the same employees. I have never had trouble renting a car, but Ive never gotten a clean car from here either. I dont have many options in this area, so I do intend to keep renting from this location.

Rented a economy car (Hyundai Accent) with 36000miles on it. The odor of air freshener trying to mask the smoke smell was intoxicating to the point I didnt want to pick up my newborn from daycare. Dirt and stains on top of it required me to have to bring the car in. Thankfully, the branch manager Chris took swift action and put me into a different car. Would like to see this location make a better effort at cleaning the cars and checking them before turning them around to the next client.

I rent cars all over the US, live in Rockwall area, when my vehicles are in for warranty work we get a vehicle here, staff is courteous, the vehicles are never clean, the last one was disgusting! The most incredible team Ive come across in retail. Despite being extremely busy, they purposely greeted everyone, maintained composure under pressure, and spoke to each other kindly and with mutual respect. They new what I was accustomed to driving and my spending limit, and went above and beyond their job to make sure I was pleased.Quality and kindness. Dino, who is a college student and engaged me in great conversation, picked me up at my house and took me to their location. The lady over the paris and sulphur springs locations is very professional and has great client communications and will please the clients (sry I forgot your name)....now the guy at the sulphur springs location isnt!! She asked him probably three times to give me the upgrade to the jeep because there was no rentals at the paris location and he was very content in not doing that and he didnt because he couldnt let that go for the price of what I was paying.....he was very unprofessional!! And I wont be going back there again! I work around plp everyday and there is times that I want to exploded but I dont and I will make my clients satisfied....I do this every day and totally love doing what I do and totally love making a upset client very satisfied even if I go way out of my way and loose money.....they will be satisfied with me just as the lady over these locations did with me....but the guy at the sulphur springs location has no reason to be doing what he does in this line of work! Very unprofessional and I got a very bad vibe around him!

Was checking my bank and notinced enterprise took out an additional $30 when ive had my car back for over a week. when i was talking to the guy that works at the front over the phone i asked him about the deposit & the money you can pay so you dont have to bring the car filled back up- when i initially got the rental he informed me it was $14 and i would be refunded the rest. when i spoke to him over the phone he told me i was wrong, that i was inaccurate and he didnt tell me that. he also kept repeatedly interrupting me, i couldnt even form a sentence without him cutting me off. if he made a mistake when relaying information he should have just admitted to it. very poor customer service.

The rental car delivery driver hit my wifes car and took off. We called about the damages and even gave them the video. They offered 600 bucks and denied responsibility. The manager obviously doesnt care about keeping customers and the delivery guy is lucky we didnt press charges for hit and run. Too bad they couldnt return the courtesy and at least pay the quote we got from the paint and dent shop.

Though the staff did their best to accommodate, this branch of enterprise is the worst with which I’ve ever had to deal. I received a phone call that my reservation made two weeks prior would be unavailable until late afternoon. After given a phone number to call (prior to business hours) no one was reachable. I had to wait for them to open to then call, thankfully to be informed that they did have a car waiting for me. When I arrived (an hour after my scheduled pickup) I had to wait an additional 30 mins for them to clean a car that was “ready and waiting for [me].” Though somewhat professional in their customer service department, this location is severely understaffed. I will not be returning to this location once this transaction is complete.

When I called this location, Robert took my call. Not only did he have availability, his customer service was outstanding. He handled my situation with care. Upon arrival for my reservation I was given a vehicle that had zero gas. I was instructed to bring it back empty. The car wreaked of cigarettes. I was traveling for business as smoke aroma is not appealing to anyone- - much less my clients.I was then walked outside to another vehicle option which was a downgrade from my original reservation. Be mindful I am traveling for business purposes to service my clients.FINALLY I was given a fully gassed, clean, Toyota Camry. I NEVER should have spent an hour going through the non-sense demonstrated above.The CSR, Xavier could not have been more polite as he played telephone with his manager on duty whom NEVER once stepped out of the office to greet me or rectify the situation. Lousy Service.. switch & bait.. did not have vehicle we reserved once arrived.. car was dirty inside & out.. gas tank was on E windshield wiper fluid was empty.. found half eaten apple in door pocket... car shook the entire 1500 mile trip... If we were not in a hurry I would have taken car back after 5 miles... complained to manager when we did bring car back.. his response was o well it was a Monday rental ??? My mother needed to rent a vehicle today. Because of hail storm last night we were having a hard time finding any. We came to Enterprise In Rockwall and they were wonderful. I give Nikki, the sweet lady who helped us, 5 stars herself!! She was so nice and helped my mother out with a smile. During my rental. The vehicle was impounded during a traffic stop. I was arrested because of a old ticket I forgot to pay. The Rockwall location manger told me I could not go to the impound to get my things out of the vehicle. After months of not getting any answers we were told all of our stuff was thrown away. The district manager told me there was nothing he could do.

Rented a car for 2 days because my truck was in the shop. Truck was finished early so I took the car back a day early. I had the car 27 hours total. They said since I took it back early they would reimburse some money for that 2nd day. I received the email receipt showing they refunded me a PENNY. Thanks Enterprise. Way to be a bunch of jerks.

I am a truck driver, I needed a rental car so I could go to a truck dealer in Dallas, TX. to get parts for my truck. I made a reservation for 5/3/18 to be picked up to go get the car. When I scheduled the rental, on line, I indicated that I would be paying with a Debit Card (Visa).I called the Local Agency to confirm my Reservation and to arrange to be picked up at the Loves Truck Stop, 3.2 miles away.On the morning of 5/3/18 I called to confirm that I was going to be picked up at or around noon. I was informed that I had to provide copies of bills showing that I was a Texas resident. Which I am not. I had talked to 2 different people at the Rockwall, TX agency yesterday and told them I was paying for the rental with a Visa Debit Card, nothing was said at that time about being a resident, they even viewed my rental reservation online. This morning I called to confirm what time that I would be picked up, it was then that I was told that I would need to prove Texas Residency, via copies of bills sent to my residence, before they would accept my Visa Debit Card.I have rented their cars in the past, at other agencies across the country, NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Corporate stood behind them saying that it was their Local Option .As far as their Star Rating, I would love to give them MINUS 5 STARS, and that is being kind.

I placed my original vehicle in the shop while i was away on vacation hoping that it would be ready when i returned needless to say they needed an additional day, For one I was asked to be picked up and I waited for 45 Minutes just to be told that the driver was still doing other things. At this point I walked to the location to to realize the vehicle that i had reserved had been given to someone else, you can only imagine my frustrations. At this point they didnt have anything else to give me until a Mini Van cam in which for one was a gas guzzler and 2 was not what i needed. I took the vehicle only because I truly needed it the sad part is they didnt even offer to upgrade me for free since it was there mistake that my reservation was given to someone else, Im not for sure if I would use this location or company again.

Experience was just OK.....two rentals in a row, the vehicle size I reserved was not available, so they DOWNGRADED me .....to a smaller vehicle size that is less comfortable for lengthy interstate travel. AND, the vehicle they gave me smelled like cigarettes. This location has been great in the past, and I understand they still may be recovering from the hail damage issues several weeks ago, but I feel I deserve better as I have been renting from this location often or over a year.

The Folks here are hands down the best experience I have ever had when it comes to renting a vehicle. They are extremely accommodating even when I have a rental for a weekend or a week they will let me know when another car comes in if I’m not thrilled about the one I first picked up, and I’m not a complainer because it’s sometimes is a last minute pick up and well they just have a 6th sense for if I like the vehicle or not! Great Job for Always Going That Extra Mile To Make A Client Very Happy! Thank You Enterprise in Rockwall!!!

I think some of the reviews on this site are unfair. These kids work very hard. Some of the customers in this area are very self entitled. I witnessed one lady curse out an employee at which time they call the assistant manager. Her name was Anissa and they started yelling at her too. She was very professional and did not get rattled even though the customer was slamming his hand down on the counter. These kids were washing cars, vacuuming, trying to answer the phones, and deal with customers so if these people cant realize that then too bad on them. Shameful.

This is the first time I have ever had issues with this location. JC has always taken care of me when he was manager there and most importantly phones got answered. I have called 6 times this morning regarding a reservation and no one answers. very frustrating.

Super Poor customer service. After asking for Mr Crosby the lady said he wasnt there and hung up the phone. No Can I have your name no Thank you & good bye no nothing. When I called back she said Im not concerned with who you are. He has a list of names and if your name is on that list he will call you back...Hertz thank you for the little things...

Over the last few years, Ive had to rent vehicles from Enterprise Rockwall. Initially for vehicle repairs and then in January a Semi killed my Commander. Enterprise had my rental waiting when we left the hospital. Other than the physical discomfort, it was almost as if Id never lost my vehicle. As I am still without a vehicle and cant work (back/neck injuries), I needed to rent a vehicle to attend my daughters State Culinary Competition. I rented the large truck and got the most beautiful, comfortable red Dodge Ram. I have multiple herniated discs in my neck and lower back, so its painful to stay in one position more than 30 minutes at a time. Well, this truck was GREAT! With the heated/cooling seats, I was able to alternate the two, providing much needed pain relief during the 5 hour drive. The associates that work in the office are always friendly, kind and eager to please. And thanks to the rental, i now know what I will purchase when Im able to.
