I was near Lancaster for a few days and went to two CrossFit classes here and they were both great. I emailed them first and I received a welcoming reply quickly. The coaches were knowledgeable and enthusiastic. My fellow classmates were friendly too. I would return here if I’m ever in the area again. One additional plus to this location is that they have instructions on their website what to do if you’re a drop in which I don’t see at many other facilities.

I was in Lancaster for two and a half months for work and contacted a few CrossFit boxes in the area. Sarah from Uncompromised wrote me back quickly and thoroughly outlined my options. Since my wife and I just had a baby, we were very interested in the open gym membership since we are both experienced CrossFitters and coaches.We were able to bring our baby to the gym while we worked out during open gym hours, and even though we didnt take classes, we were able to observe great coaching and a wonderful community. Even though we couldnt participate in the classes, members of the coaching staff and the members made an effort to meet us, say hi and were so pleasant and amazing. I cant wait to come back to Lancaster and work out here again. Well maintained, clean, great friendly coaches and members! Thanks CrossFit Uncompromised!

Participating in the challenge was a great opportunity! I was able to challenge myself in more ways to than one. The group classes were great, they offered something different every time. The crossfit Uncompromised team and environment was very supportive and encouraging. I never felt out of place even working out with the very advanced members. If you’re looking for a lifestyle change and are ready to challenge yourself, this is definitely the place to be!

Had the opportunity to do the 6 week challenge with CrossFit Uncompromised and absolutely loved it. The instructors and members were welcoming and supportive. I recommend anyone who is interested to come check this place out.

I havent been to a gym in a great do to my children, but this gym made me want to attend every session. They were there when I was weak and wanted pizza or chocolate, they encouraged me to keep going. I lost 16lbs in 6wks, which is more than I ever lost when trying on my own. They gave me the energy and passion to keep going, thank you!

Awesome place. The staff is very knowledgeable and make sure that each member understands each technique. Everyone, is very welcoming.

From the first Saturday I walked in, chubby, out of shape and not quite sure what I was getting myself into, this place has been amazing. Every coach (crossfit speak for trainers) is amazing in their own way. Dayne is encouraging and always challenging you to push your limits. Kay is one of the nicest and supportive people Ive ever met. Dani is a natural teacher and can explain every problem a dozen ways until you get it. Kyle is as passionate and excited coach as you could ask for. He LOVES this and wants you to too. Trish is the glue that holds it all together. No matter when you go, morning or night, you are getting the absolute best you could ask for. Then mix in the other people. An amazing collection of great people that I loved to get to know. I cant think of a single negative. Youre going to come out sweaty, sore, but every single time without fail, a smile on your face.
