First Cali gym. Masks needed. Took the body pump class. Different since the instructor did a little over half the moves with the class. Made it more difficult for new people.The materials were the older gym equipment.

Its a really good gym would be great if they went back to 24 hours these hours arent the best

This is the place you want to go if you want to work out without any judgment. They have a extremely wonderful deal of 10$ a month for a year if you buy it at the beginning of the year. I would recommend anyone to come here and try it. They have plenty of machines that you can use

Awesome new management staff. The facility is clean and has everything you need like weights, cardio machines, racquetball and basketball courts, group classes, swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. To put it simply you get what you pay for... I recommend spending the extra money for a better all around facility.

Somebody should say something about Alexandra gunn. I have tried talking to the general manager Frank and Danielle I let them know that she was talking me through social media as she was currently employed which she still is. Both Frank and Danielle just missed me without even wanting to look at the evidence that I have which I have, plus more photos. they called me a nitpicker and dismissed me without looking at the screen shots.I would highly recommend if corporate would replace Frank the general manager and Danielle because of their extreme unprofessionalism for a client whos been coming to the gym 8+ yearsThey accused me also of being bored and couldnt find a real complaintJust to remind you I have screenshots of the whole conversation before she blocked me I need corporate to look into this further more because Frank isnt doing a good job as a manager and he needs to be replaced immediately as well as DanielleBefore I forget this quick note Frank threatened that if I were to supposedly message or harasses workers that my membership will be terminated this new management completely destroyed the gym and Ive seen other clients cancel their membership after years just because its Under New Management please replace the general managers at 24 Hour Fitness in Lancaster California it is very urgent they treat people like garbageAlso the machines here take 3 weeks to fix if one is broken

I like their warm water pool. What a relief ( it provides) from the terrible winters we have had this year! It just does not stop being cold, even though its Spring. Anyway ba back to this Gym. Its nice, friendly, sufficiently equipped and clean. My one big issue is I have joined this gym mostly for swimming. But Im very disappointed they have stopped handing out towels. Then how do we swim ? Its very inconvenient to bring towels. If members stealing the towels was the problem, I am offering a solution: each member who wishes to take a towel should sign on a separate record book the exact number of towels they are taking. And before exiting the gym, they return it back and the staff records the return. And if the member fails to return, their account is automatically debited with cost of the towel/s This way the gym does not lose money on towels. And we the members get towels again. Also consider limiting towels to one large and one small towel per person. Hope the management will implement this.

Most of the lockers are busted, management is not good, bathrooms are always dirty and there is usually no phone signal. You would think they would have wifi for their members that pay a good amount monthly. This gym is very poorly managed.

This gym has improved significantly in the last year. Primarily in regards to gear maintenance and overall functionality of available facilities. Their treadmills constantly broke down at only 9mph for less than a 1600. Causing the equipment to be out of order for weeks. The steam/sauna rooms were frequently closed down for weeks at a time as well. Now it seems as though theyve directed a sizable budget and competent staff for keeping their equipment and facilities in working condition. My only complaint would be about the weak water pressure in the mens bathroom sinks.

Gym is a good size but most of the weights are pretty outdated. They have made improvements such as installing a turf area and new plates for squats and deadlifts. Basketball and racquetball courts are now closed indefinitely.

Gym is open, but lockers and showers are closed. I dont know about pool, but pool, lockers closed until lifted by state, city, county. Dont plan 9n going hefore work. And you must 7se 24go app to book your workout time. They are closed between so they can disinfect.

No music stuffed dead atmosphere

One of the best gyms in the AV. It has everything I need and more. I think having a friendly caring staff is a necessity and they definitely have that. With the new management there everything seems to get done when it should be. They even got brand new equipment for the entire cardio room! The trainers are awesome too. They are professional, intelligent and well qualified to handle all fitness needs.

Ive had more than one issue with the team members. Its high school. Everyone is hooking up with each other. Lead by example. You can tell they dont care about the member. The manager did nothing and the assistant manager is to worried about who is sleeping with who. I got followed by a member and was stalked and the did nothing. Unfortunately i have to go here because the hrs. I go to relieve stress. Im always under more stress because they love to talk a bad about members. I called corporate and the district manager did nothing. Pass the buck. Its clear nothing gets done. You can tell they dont even read the complaints. Maybe when they get sued for sexual harassment. They might change how they treat members.

Strong funky odor that permeates the gym and quite noticeable as you walk in. Dumbells were all over the place on the racks but not as bad as other gyms Ive been to. The people working out were pretty friendly and courteous. Parking lot had plenty of spaces. Towels were provided.

This gym has great customer service. DJ a young fellow is very courteous and attentive to the needs of the members. 5 Kudos to you D.J. Keep up the good work. You are what makes this gym special!!

Im not sure why they stopped the towel service here. All the other 24 hour Super Sports have towel service. Other than that, great gym.

The Gym won’t do anything to help with this problem been going on all year now.

Continuously raising prices and decreasing amenities. Highly recommend any other gym you can find unless you enjoy being robbed in a daily basis. Supplements are priced higher than a GNC. Membership is twice that of local competitors. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.

Well... I was considered coming back, as I was a member for years before heading to Ladies Fitness... guess Ill stay where I am. Maybe they should be Mystery Shopped. Sounds like their Corporate offices need to get involved..

I like this one better than Powerhouse. The biggest thing for me is that they have updated equipment and a lot of different options. They have machines Ive never even heard of and Im always looking to check out new ones. Powerhouses machines are old and are arranged haphazardly. This 24 Hour Fitness also has excellent trainers who are there to offer really helpful information. They have some good classes too, but I wish they had more. At least theyre open when I get off work so I can go later and know theyre not going to be just closing by the time I arrive.

I called and spoke to Brooke. She was very professional and helpful. We set an appointment for later that day. When i arrived to the facility i was greeted by a great welcoming smile, it was brooke! Nice way to start off the tour. She showed me around the gym and pointed out the benefits and features. Not only was brooke very professional but informative as well. The customer service was outstanding! Brooke was nice and helpful throughout the whole process. The gym itself was very neat and clean. They provide all types of machines and free weights for novice to advanced weight lifters. At the end of the day i got the membership! I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process,Brooke answered all my questions promptly.The key factor was the amazing customer service provided by Brooke! And not to mention the great gym itself. Time to pump iron! 😀🏋

I truly enjoyed this gym before they moved the power racks next to the personal trainers. Now I have no mirrors to check my form for overhead press and Im constantly being watched by the trainers, people in the cardio section and racquet ball courts. Its just awkward now. Ive heard multiple people complaining about this but management doesnt seem to care and makes up excuses because they dont want to change it. I heard a Golds was coming into Quartz Hill soon, if things dont change - Ill have a new gym when that happens.

Pretty clean compared to others. Clientele was also friendly compared to gyms in big cities.

Best gym Ive ever been too and thats including other 24s. They have everything I need for all my workouts. If you complain about it being busy then go at 6 am like I do 😂

Disappointed with the management...Been a member for 10 yrs now I love cycling in the room after work around 4pm. This is the only place in the gym that I like but now they close the cycling room when theres no cycling class til 530p. Talked to management to open at 4pm coz people go straight to the gym from work ... But they dont! So disappointed who ever manage it right now... The name it self 24 hour fitness dont deserve on its name of the club!

First off, I am very glad that they have a super sport in the AV, It would suck to have to travel for a gym half as decent as this one. There are a couple of things that I would change if I were management. First is the mens locker room. I would sanitize the hell out of it atleast twice a day. I dont understand the odor that comes out of that place sometimes. It usually happens when there is a flood of older men there. The weights are sometimes out of place, especially around noon. There are a bunch of idiots who just pick weights up and set them wherever they like to, leave them on the floor, or put them in the wrong spot. The other day I saw a 70lb in the 20lb spot. Really? If you are too lazy to put the damn dumbbell back, then dont pick it up in the first place.Other than that, they have a good selection of weights, machines, and racks. But I would invest a little more money into getting a second squat rack. That would be helpful.

At the price Im paying ($45 per month) I think its a good value. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Whoever manages the place is doing a good job of training the staff.I like to play basketball and this is the only gym Ive ever been a member of that actually has a full court basketball court. It even has additional baskets on the sides and a small half court at one end that is separate from the full court.The machines are relatively new and they seem to keep up with the current fads. They have a whole TRX suspension training section now.There are some excellent classes held there, although, most of them dont fit with my 9-5 schedule. I wish they would add more spin and yoga classes on the weekend. Im surprised that they havent offered a Cross-fit type of class yet.There is a spin class on Wednesdays at 4:30 that is excellent. The bikes are getting a bit worn out though.There are TVs all over the place playing whatever sports are on at that moment.I wish they would add more lockers. There never seem to be any open ones. Id be willing to pay extra to reserve a locker.Anyway, great value for the money. Just a few little demerits that keep me from rating it excellent.

This gym has been here for 10 years now and theyve done nothing to modernize it or keep it up to any standard that most gyms would in order to be competitive. A few quick observations: The gym is not clean, it has a definite odor when you walk in and the carpets are FILTHY. It appears that it is cleaned (maybe) once a day but with the amount of members that visit daily, to keep it clean (and safe) would require a full time cleaning staff which most gyms have, this gym does not! The mens locker room floors, sink area, and toilet area is very dirty, many days filthy and I would consider it a health hazard from the “things” I’ve seen in the sink and outside of the toilets/urinals! The mens restrooms are never all operating correctly, several of the urinals do not flush and the stench is disgusting. I am told that the womens side is equally dirty and poorly maintained. The cardio area is quite large however as stated no new machines in several years which equates to many that do not work properly or are broken. To get them repaired takes weeks. This continues in the weight rooms where much of the equipment is in poor working condition (smith, chest pec/dec, machines where down for weeks which is common) and inadequately maintained. While the main weight room is large, it is not clean. Trash, water bottles, and the floor itself is filthy, in many areas the floor is damaged and is a safety hazard. Free weights, dumbbells, and plates are strewn about the gym. Rarely are weights put back by members as gym etiquette is unknown here and certainly not enforced, and the staff rarely puts weights away or tidy’s up. Instead the gym plays a public service announcement encouraging members to clean up…do they think this will really work?!?! While the gym calls itself a super sport it does not meet the standards of any of the super sports I have visited in the Los Angeles area. Unfortunately there is little competition to force a change. As an example just 30 miles down the road in Santa Clarita, is a LA Fitness that is 3 times this gym with regards to overall amenities, services and cleanliness. LA Fitness charges $29.99 for multi club & $24.99 for single club…eventually this gym will be replaced because it fails to be both competitive or provide basic customer service 

I have a multi club membership and I have to say this location is by far the best.

Went to this location to utilize the 7 day free trial. Upon my arrival I was met with a very nice male employee and explained why I was there. Upon checking my ID another gentleman rushed over and rudely interrupted our conversation stated you can’t utilize the free trial without a local ID. He was very rude about it and basically made me feel like I wasn’t welcome at the gym. I was never offered to join to gym. Just because someone has an out of state ID doesn’t mean they’re not staying in the area, there is a military base 35min from this location so many people do move to the area from out of state. About two days after my visit I received a phone call from a female employee asking me to come try my free trial and when I explained to her my experience about how I tried too already she apologized for the way I was treated and said she would let her general manager know and he would call me the next day. It has been almost a week and I have yet to receive a phone call from the general manager. To me this is not the way to run a business, be professional and treat every patron with respect. Very unhappy with this location and the service I did receive.

I have been a member for a few years the gym has great equipment and it’s close to my home and the 24hrs is very convienient. However they have way to many classes going on to work out in the side room when the daycare is available. The classes seem to be over when the daycare is which has been very inconvenient . You can’t work out on the main floor because that’s to crowded all the time. Today I had an emergency and had to leave and being someone who always re racks their weights I left the barbell in the room this once only to be chased down by a female instructor as I was leaving to get my daughter. I had something urgent to take care of and this lady who was busy giving someone a one on one instruction felt it was serious enough to chase me to the door...? Pretty unprofessional , pretty rude , I didn’t think it was that serious ... do you chase everyone? Not good for business.

For being a 24 hour facility it can be quiet a challenge to keep the facility very clean at all times as it gets very crowded between 6 to 8 PM. I really wish the bathrooms were not always such a mess but given that it is a 24 hour facility, you will always have careless members just make the place a mess. There are sometimes a few machines that are broken and generally do not get repaired for a good week almost.When I signed up initially the person who helped me seemed to lack training/knowledge on how to use the system and get me upgraded to super sport as I just moved and forgot to charge me. When I came for my first visit I had to spend some extra time redoing paperwork which wasnt very fun but it can happen to new people, not the end of the world. Besides that, the facility it kept up very well and the staff is friendly. I am literally 2 blocks away from this gym and it is a great place to always workout at. Parking is not a problem if you come past 8 PM.

Came here with a friend to take a tour of the gym and sign up for a trial. They said we couldnt sign up for a trial because their computers were down. I asked if there was any way we could just take a look around. There were 5 employees just chilling out at the front desk, the manager stepped forward and said No sir. You cant even look around as a guest. Screw you guys. A Planet Fitness just opened up in town, go there instead of giving these jerks your business.UPDATE: Went to the Planet Fitness later tonight and they let my friend and I in to check out the gym, work out, and shower. Thanks for nothing 24 Hour.

They told me and my brother that I needed an ID and basically everything was on a paper that is on my paper and then the guest services start yelling at me and telling me get out and basically I am only 13 he told me and my brother to leave we are not welcomed back so im never going back to that 24 hour fitness ever again after their guest services, oh and he had on a blue jacket beard and other things but if I was you, Go to the one in Palmdale. the guest services treated me like trash

It cant be perfect, in my experience so far, member 5 months, ya few machines broke, towels always full, pool is mostly fine, gym rooms sometimes smell, girls dont, its the guys probably, cant please everyone, but I am pretty satisfied. never had a problem yet. I’ve been going to this 24 hour fitness for a while now. I don’t like the new lifting area set up. There are A LOT of creepy old men who just sit on the cardio machines and now watch the females lift in that area. Needless to mention, all other 24 hour fitnesses have mirrors in the lifting area. I really hope they change the set up considering that most people don’t like it and we’re the ones paying for the membership

I love it its the only one in a the area and thats going to and from lis angeles and las vegas that has all the amenities basketball court spa pool steam room cycle room and workout room. its nice packed from 5 30 am to around 830 am. and then around 4 30 pm to 9.00 at night

My son is being charged an annual fee. And he has only been a member for 3 mos. They are crooked, because he paid $10 to freeze his acct. Now his bank account is overdraft and a manager never there. I was told someone name Anna last day was today. I asked who can I speak to instead. She didnt know , call back Monday. Reading the reviews, I see even if acct is froze, you still being charge monthly fees. So while you paying $10, monthly membership fee are on hold. So when you unfreeze it , have to pay. Example if you paid $50 for 5 months and monthly fee is $50. When you unfreesze you still due to pay $250, that is extremely unfair. And did I mention my son is only 20 yrs old and really dontt know anything about a gym contracts. I feel that they left alot out explaining , but quick to get him to sign. He dont have a steady job, to keep paying these fees.

Sauna and steam room never are clean. Anything goes in there. Huck a luggie, spit on floor... Why not! because staff dosent care, even when things like this are reported. Someone keeps bringing menthol in steam room for personal treatment and its hard to breath. Managment could tighten up by keeping a dedicated staff member dedicated to just the pool/spa area until members show respect for generally used common areas.

What even is a super sport. There is no designation on the outside or Google and we dont even have that format in Utah where I live. Staff very unhelpful. The first time I have felt like a actually needed to negatively review something online.

Alot of equipment but NO ROOM, WAY TO MANY PEOPLE HERE....HATE IT. Patrons arent friendly and everyone is selfish with weights. This valley needs more gyms

The gym Is great and they have a great selection of equipment but the service is terrible, I started off paying the normal first and last month and the initiation fee however I specifically asked for NO commitment, however to get the sale the representitive gave me the commitment so I would pay lower monthly fees. Also, I had an account that I added on mine for about two months and when I looked to take it off the front counter people told me that they could take the second account off of mine, but here I am, OVERDRAFTED because the representitives lied to me and now are telling me only a manager can do that which, by the way are not there 24 hour, they are there less than normal bussiness days and are hard to get a hold of, Very inconvenient. And by the way, they tell you that you can freeze the account for 10$ but dont mention that when you unfreeze the account you are CHARGED EVERY MONTH YOU FROZE IT, so now on top of the lies, you paid for services you didnt even use, thanks... if you are planning to join, have everything the Reps/managers say on record and read the fine print.

This gym has so much to offer with state of the art everything great equipment varieties of machines to keep you busy for hours large facility very clean. The major problems for me is the pricing and how they try to rush you into joining. Last year I was at 24 hour a lot of my spare time for about 4 months however 50$ a month was just becoming to burdensome. I decided this year to join on my moms membership to see if they would cut me a deal which they were offering me there regular sale prices right now which they have nearly every day $40 a month. The way they were so quick and rush rush the guy was way to pressuring about it to where I felt like I got screwed when I walked out of there. I decided to just hold off since im only paying 17$ somewhere else. If you have the money its worth it but be watchful of the deals online because there is always something whether its 0$ initiation or something else but read the small print. Im planning to return there in the future when my funds are better.

I realy dont even leave around here at all realy nowhere close n that is why im bothering with this revue cus i have never bothered doin a revue but i did for the first time cus @ 2am in the morning really the only thing open at this time rea gas stations but none of them allowed me to use the rest room n the receptionist at thia place as soon as i aproached him was very polite none discrimunating as the gas stations were alowed me to use the restroom all dought they r not allowed to lett no one whos not a member and i almost shitted on my self! So mr. Receptionist thanks alot i will always owe u one thanks!

Rude staff. All 3 girls ast the front gave me the Im too busy for you and dont want to deal with you attitude. $25 for a day pass. Thats obscene. I went to monster gym up the road.

Do not ride your bike here. Even if you park it inside at their rack. The staff will just watch a homeless person come up and cut your lock then when you ask where your bike is they will say huh I thought I was weird that a guy walked in from outside and cut a lock off a bike and walked back out.The facility is ok but the staff is trash.

I go to this gym 7 days a week. Customer service sucks! equipment is always broken and out of order. For about 39.99 a month i guess you get what you pay for.
