I had an excellent experience. Staff were professional and kind as was the doctor. Making the appointment was super easy. Id recommend this family practice

Dr. Karim is absolutely amazing. If it wasnt for her I wouldnt be going here. The office staff in the past was awful. Office staff can still kinda get it together a bit more. Nurses are always very nice too. But seriously Dr. Karim is the sweetest, I can tell her anything, she always listens and is very patient with me, non judgmental and always always tries new ways to help me. She cares about her patients. Shes great with my 4 kids. Never pressures us into anything or makes me feel bad about disagreeing with some things.

I have used this office for years (20+) as the doctor I had as my primary care physician was thorough and very good. The office staff has high turnover and gives poor customer service. I have had enough. I have lost all faith in this facility to provide me with routine health services, let alone services for any major health concerns.This facility is a lawsuit waiting to happen due to their inability to notify and follow-up with patients (you have to call repeatedly or physically go in to get ANYTHING done), their inability to maintain their records (which is your medical history... mine has been mixed up and/or lost multiple times), and their lack of professionalism (rude staff). However, they are under new management... again... and are trying to improve. For me, this is too little, too late.I understand that most people only post a review when it is negative, however, the other reviews on here seem to mirror my own (and my familys) experiences.I wish them the best of luck in getting this facility turned around, there are good people and medical professionals there. There were way too many mistakes made.

My son and I are newer patients of Dr. Karim, and I love her! She is compassionate, helpful and informative. She is prompt with prescriptions, and I never need to call in for refills. The nurses & PA I have encountered are equally respectful and helpful. However, the 1 star missing is for the front desk personnel, they are not the politest, and are not very communicative toward entering patients. Also, they speak too loudly, and conversations can be heard from sitting in the lobby, and when standing at check-in or check-out, they continue conversing without acknowledgement of a patient standing there. Overall, I enjoy this practice due to the quality care provided by the physician (who i am there to see anyways, not the front desk personnel), much more than Diamantoni & Assoc., and hope to remain here with my son!

Dr.Karim is very thorough n understanding. If you dont know what something is ,she explains it in a way that you do. I was glad to get her as my Dr,wont go anywhere else.

Love it here. My whole family been going here since they had that small office in Lancaster City. Now my 3 kids can go somewhere where I trust the doctors and nurses. Lancaster Regional Medical Center and Heart of Lancaster best doctors ever for my kids. I dont plan on changing doctor offices

Didn’t not charge current insurance companies. Then two months later got a bill for 150.00 they can’t get it from insurance because they didn’t charge my current insurance. Which now I had to pay. This is just one issue. Have multiple issues with place. I encourage you to try other place. You will save time and money.

For The last two years it has been the office of HELL to myself and my extended family who also uses this practice as their family doctor. We have all held on for our two doctors Dr. Karim and Dr. Ling. We are all looking to get out before one us gets killed by the office staff.Including the office manager who should be fired. The staff she protects are Killing patients. My suggestion is to run from this office. I will give anyone who desires a full report of my families grieviences with this office . There are 14 family members of mine who are leaving/left this practice. Dr ling was the last straw after they pushed him out.

I have doctor karim and absolutely love her, shes attentive, caring and you can tell she loves her job. All my issues are taken seriously and all of my concerns valid or not are met with testing when i ask for my reassurance.

This office is very poorly run. the staff people are rude to say the least. I made an attempt to transfer my medical records to another doctors office and went in and filled out the transfer form but the new doctors office never received the records. I contacted Mastropietro and the records department said they never received the filled out form. I FILLED OUT THE FORMS AT THE OFFICE IN PERSON AND HANDED IT TO THE RECEPTIONIST MYSELF !! The lack of quality service and rudeness is the reason I want to transfer out of their practice. BEWARE - They are liars and will provide poor service for you.

Who cares about the office staff. Theres no one i trust more then dr.karim. every health concern ive ever had has been thouroughly examined. She fights with insurance companies to persue the best fitting medication that you need. She has been wonderful to both me and my family and goes way beyond just being our family doctor. She really cares! And the reason you wait so long to see her sometimes is because she never rushes no matter how far shes behind! Id rather wait for a good doctor then immediately see a less trustworthy one!

They made me wait for 20 minutes and then rushed me, I didnt even get to discuss health-related questions that I had. More worried about getting people in and out than helping their patients. Went twice last spring and then today, despite even seeing a different doctor it was just as bad. I wont ever go back. Horrible.

Update: 11/20: the staff has vastly improved, there are fewer of them each specifically trained and they do a good job. Doc Novosel has retired and I have a good experience with Dr Fox. Kudos to all.I used to be a patient of Dr Novosels practice and followed him when he joined this practice. It couldnt have been more different and not in a good way. No one answers the phone unless you are making an appointment. There is no follow up on blood work. Drs are great, rest of staff should be fired and they should start over. I had blood work done in early May, got results from outside lab, expected an immediate phone call based on those results but have not heard yet (7th July) from Doc . Not good.

Ive experienced the worst kind of costomer service over the phone. This doctors office had me On hold for almost an hour... 4 different people answered the phone to tell me to hold 4 different times and on top of all that I was hung up on!!!!! Also dont ever rely on them to maintain their follow up calls .

Love the Doctors. The staff for the most part, are rude, liars, incompetent, and extremely unprofessional. The new | manager laughed at me and my concerns over my family health issues. She also was on the phone with me while someone else was in her office . They could hear her reprimanding me, as I called her out on deceiving me on an issue.Our family has been with this practice for ovet 5+ years. Approximately 15 family members. The last year this office has gone down. We have been lied to, ignored, talked about, laughed at, and disrespected.Please know , the old staff that is still there, are very courteous. They always have been. They and our doctors are the only reason we are still patients. Who knows, we may all be fired after this gets posted. They seem to cover up all the mistakes by staff. NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

Front desk is horrible when scheduling appointments.. they are so rude and carry on while checking you in. I go for Dr Karim and thats it.

It seems to be the general consensus that this is a horrible practice.The only reason I came here was for Dr Peter Novosel who was the kindest and most compassionate Doctor I ever met.He retired and I decided to stay with Dr Owen Fox.He was good at first but became gradually worse with time.The staff is horrendous.Especially Jeanie the office manager.I could go into long details but like another reviewer said...this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.And a personal reminder to you Dr Fox your last interaction with me was detrimental.Your actions were deplorable.I would say you took a Hippocratic oath to uphold and you have the empathy of a stone but then again I dont think you took that oath because your a DO.Examine your conscience Dr Fox and Jeanie your demeanor is atrocious

I been white them 14 years some doctor but front desk the are horrible .My doctor is not longer working up thereAnd they refused to tell me were he transferr to.I will never go back up there no more

None of my prescriptions are sent in on time due to the nurse staff and the office staff is SO RUDE

Cant talk to anyone when you call, but My Doctor is excellent.

Worst receptionists ever there very rude also when you call they hang up on you has happened every time i call to get information or concerns and if i do get someone they never return a call or i have to wait a week before i get a response the whole place should be closed worse doctors office my husband is in. had to give 1 star if i could give zero i would.
