This place is an absolute joke. The people are very rude and accusatory on the phone. The Doctors and nurse never returns phone calls. They cant get orders right. When I tried to get them to straighten out the orders, no one called me back. And I called numerous times.Our entire health care system is so messed up. I swear no one cares about you. Their only concern is $$$$.Yet, we all pay extremely high premiums, deductibles, etc. and we get very little in return.ITS PATHETIC!

The girl at the front office Karen has no customer service... I walked in to an empty place... someone came in after me and was promptly seen... so then Karen asks me to fill out papers... and after an hour of sitting in an empty office she finally asked if I they were done. .. (were done in the first 20 minutes) mind you this place was empty the whole time ... I was there 1 hour 30 minutes .... stay away from this place.... I can only imagine what the doctor is like.... the parking lot is always empty... for a reason....

They have an online appointment system. I went in for my appointment time, then I was told that system doesnt work(then why maintain it on the site) and the next available appointment is over a month away. Horrible.

Worst decision choosing this Doctors clinic. The Drs and Nurses don’t follow up like they say they will. My mom struggles getting help from this clinic. If you care about your loved ones don’t come here! Both Doctors, Carlos Guerrero and K. Sivalingam (the Boss) said they would look into a nutritionist months ago and then end up telling my mom that she has to be the one to find the nutritionist through her insurance. I would think that this clinic that has been established for some time now would have this knowledge prior to misleading my mother. How long does it take a Doctor to send in a Prescription? Just called Walmart pharmacy, they told me that the Doctor hasn’t sent in the RX. Ok so the doctor must not know that my mother needs the medication? The referring physician can’t even inform my mother on what the tests consist of! These nurses and Doctors simply don’t work for us. We need someone that cares and follows up on concerns. First family medical group thank you for adding to our problems and seeing us through difficult times.
