Compared to Arch St Clinic, this was an obvious upgrade for me. My new Pcp Ashley, Nurse Trevor, and others have been very pleasant in comparison to all the medical help I got previously. No doubt about that. Getting decent health care has always been a struggle for me personally. It shows, and Im grateful for any improvement in getting the services I need. Thank you for the much needed help!

Complete lack of care and no way to get ahold of a doctor unless you schedule a full in person visit… even if they are ordering test that were never reviewed with you. I had several different things get told to me and the second I questioned it everyone started getting uptight with me and telling me this was “the protocol”. In short they really don’t care for your health just looking to check boxes and get you out the door ASAP. I will be finding a new PCP.

Since my move to Pennsylvania, my son & I both have doctors here. Both are very thorough. They jump on it when they suspect any problems. The staff is so friendly. Wait times have been at most 5 mins (possibly 10 mins if theres an emergency.) The drs walk in and treat you like youre all friends and exams are very thorough. They cover all the bases. I wish they drew blood for labs there, you have to go to another LG building. Thats my only complaint. When you need a driver or Uber you have to pay for that extra. It is what it is though. What matters is they have good doctors, good staff... their quick action actually saved my life once when I had an infection that hit my blood. They knew something was wrong and sent me straight to the hospital where it was figured out. Ok, I think that covers it! Hidden gem in Lancaster... Crooked Oak.

Nurse Trevor is the BEST!!! He was on the phone with me scheduling appointments for both my son and I. So many recourses, and was just so concerned about my wellbeing. He is definitely an ASSET to your practice

Ive had only great experiences here. Often they see you on your worse days and have the compassion and wisdom to know what to do or the next best step. Devon Ragg has been amazing for me and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I have recently switched to this office after my last PCP left primary care. The doctors, nurses, and support staff I have dealt with are all compassionate, sympathetic, professional and knowledgeable. However, discussions of patient care take place in the hallway, nothing runs on time, and things are frequently dropped that should have been dealt with.

I have been a longtime patient at Crooked Oak and am so pleased with the care I receive. Margie Riggs, in particular, is an amazing asset to the team and has been a wonderful PCP for my family. While the office can be very busy, they are always helpful and accommodating.

Crooked Oak has been our Doctors office for many years. We worried a few times about the transition from being a stand alone practice to being a part of a larger group like Penn Medicine and while there have been some bumps in the road we are always pleased with the level of care. Just today my husband needed his medications called into the pharmacy with very short notice and the nurse who answered the phone was very kind and understanding and Devon our PA called them in right away! Devon is new to the practice but spends time with us at appointments, is never in a hurry to leave the room and explains everything in detail! Great quality of care!!

Do not see a PA!! Due to their incompetence and inability to fill out paperwork correctly or in a timely manner my disability claim was denied. I lost 8 weeks of pay and its clear that they dont care. Looking for a new doctor. Pathetic!!

They try to get you in even though they have a tight schedule.
