They have a very friendly staff. My Dr. always takes the time to answer any questions that I have, and she always thoroughly explains anything I need and never feel rushed to be in and out. I highly recommend Wellspan family medicine and especially Dr. Ashbaugh.

Staff is friendly and Ive overall had positive experiences with the services provided at the office. However, if you are being referred to an additional service, make sure you call the provider to whom youre being referred personally to ensure youre actually scheduled or placed on the wait list for an appointment. I was told that a referral would be taken care of, and it never was. I waited 9 months to find out that the referral wasnt completed and no appointment was made and I was not placed on the wait list. No offer of attempt to expedite the process was provided despite admission to a mix-up and I would be expected to wait another 6+ months for an appointment.

My daughter needs the machine for asthma and they give me the paper for one office that doesnt accept my insurance. Have to call three times and I went to the third office and finally accept my insurance. It was the day after not the same day.

Ive always been concerned first about the quality of care, not the speed to get in and out: Im not looking for an assembly line. They always take the time to thoroughly explore my medical issues. Excellent diagnostician. Exceptional care.

Usually when i visit a doctors office i am in and out in an hour. Unfortunately that is not the case at Wellspan/ Eden Family Medicine. I do not go to the doctor often but i am positive that no other doctors office would keep me in their waiting room for over an hour, then tell me there are still people that need to be seen before me. I left out of frustration and feeling that i was not important to them or their business. On a Thursday night my appointment should have been over and done with in less than an hour. I am MORE than disappointed with the care that this doctors office shows its patients. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone, and i will be taking my business elsewhere.

They never have sick appointments available my son is 4 I wouldnt recommend them to anyone with children you also wait for over an hour on most days
