I went for my birthday and had a 90-minute massage. It was very relaxing.The staff was delightful, and the entire experience was exactly what I was looking for.I recommend coming here and getting pampered whenever you can!

Massage Envy in Lancaster is doing everything possible complying with reopening under the restrictions. They are operating under providing an essential medical service so you only need a verbal approval from your doctor that a massage would be beneficial to get an appointment. I highly recommend it and them. You will not regret getting a massage for the therapeutic effects and the sense of complete relaxation and stress relief it will provide. Unfortunately the facials are temporarily unavailable.

I went for a chemical peel nine days ago. Let me start this off by saying I enjoyed Jody’s customer service. She was very nice and welcoming. However, the chemical did not work. I did not see any results not even the smallest. I did not peel at all in the time she said that I would. I am African American so have have some darker pigmentation on my face because of pregnancies. I wasn’t expecting a drastic change on my first chemical peel but I was hoping to see some results so that I can go back for more treatments. I did not see anything. Even when she was applying the product I did not feel any stinging or burning as she was asking me. Because I did not feel anything she applied more than one layer and I still did not feel anything or see a difference within my skin. I used the products as directed for the first seven days and I still didn’t see a difference. The place is very clean and comfortable. However, because I did not see the results that I was looking for I wouldn’t recommend this place for a chemical peel. I am going to the dermatologist now for a deeper chemical peel.

Seriously good rub down. They dont do happy endings stop asking.

I have been seeing Vicki here for about a year now (except when Covid shut the store down). After decades of regular, debilitating tension headaches, Vickis technique has made a significant difference. I still have headaches - but they are significantly less frequent and less intense. I am very, very grateful.

Went with my mom and sister the staff was very friendly and considerate. We got the hour massage and it went by so fast. Felt great going out. Thank you❤️

I came in for a 90 minute session an at the end I made another appt when I came back they proceeded to tell me u did not have an appt and that they would never have scheduled one for that time on that day like I was lying or making it up I have never felt so belittled and humiliated

Good massages with most therapists however consistent issues with membership and billing. Several months was billed two or three times. Had to call the owner to notify him of billing issues. Generally received excuses that it was a corporate issue. Did not renew my membership. Was told I had 3 to 4 prepaid massages to use by July. Verified this with the owner multiple times. Those mysteriously disappeared down to one. Was again told this must be a corporate system issue... Be cautious if you get a membership at this location.Update: owner restored pre-paid massages.

Sorry to say but seriously had the worst massage there. They lady left me with more sore spots then when I entered. I was so mad. She just kept pushing on spots instead of rubbing, and i asked for medium pressure, it was more like heavy. I also mentioned that more of my tightness was in my mid to lower back ( most being in my lower back). She maybe hit my lower back for 5 minutes, maybe. Not happy. I left with my lower back still very tight. Again not happy. $60 and I still used my own massager to get knots out that the lady did not when I got home.Will probably not go back.

An update to my previous review, the owners of the location did call shortly after my poor interaction. They apologize for their employee and promised that they would work on that aspect of her training. It is nice to know that the owners care enough to reach out and check-in on their clients.The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because the estheticians and therapists are fantastic, it is the desk staff that is lacking. I called this morning to cancel an appointment because Im on the way to the ER. I already knew that I would be charged for same-day cancellation, but when I tell the manager (Crystal) that Im going to the ER, there was absolutely ZERO compassion, just her telling me that I would be charged for same-day cancellation. I tell her I understand and sarcastically thank her for asking if I would be okay. Later on Im checking my app to see if I can get in for a service later on, and I see that instead of my 11 a.m. appointment being canceled, it has now been changed to a different esthetician, originally it was with Jody at 11 a.m., now it is with LC at 10:45 a.m. I called back to ask if someone can confirm that this will actually be canceled and I will not be treated as if I have missed a whole appointment, Crystal rudely informs me that theres a process and I have to wait. I will not be returning to this location which is a shame because as I said the estheticians and therapists are fantastic but I have had nothing but bad experiences with the desk staff.

So rude. I have been here a few times. The one time I have an urgent issue and call to cancel the rep Jada was so unbelievably rude. I was about to renw my membership but not now.

Amazing, took my wife for a couples massage and we both walked out stress free and happy.

The location is a little difficult to find, but the front end staff as well as my technician were very professional and polite. Their member enrollment program is downright predatory but necessarily any more so than any other message chain. Their first time massage service costs twenty dollars less than what youll get as a member. For now my conclusion is Ill utilize this service until I relocate at the end of the year and will break my contract as soon as possible.

Luckily I have a membership, clean relaxing, rejuvenating!

Very nice atmosphere and professional staff

I went in with a friend and was thinking about getting a facial so I asked the price when a very rude woman that looked like a drag queen I think her/his name was jodee interrupted me and began a high pressure sales rant that drove me and my friend out of there forever. Avoid at all cost!
