I was looking for a good hair stylist I could trust to fix a botched haircut done by another stlyist (which was supposed to be a pixie cut) and so I was recommended Julias. So I made an appointment with Andrea Ashley. She was fantastic! She was respectful, relatable and listened to exact what I wanted done. Ive never felt more understood in my life when it comes to my own hair. Thank you Andrea for doing such an amazing job, youve gained a loyal customer here!

My first visit. I am impressed. My phone call to make my appointment was very professional. I asked for someone that did work on short hair styles. I was not disappointed. Andrea was perfect. She kept a a very pleasant conversation going. I gave her specific instructions. I am so very pleased with my hair. After the Stay In Place order for COVID and just not going anywhere to stay safe, I was in NEED of a cut. I shed a lot of hair. Thank You so very much. I Will be back. The prices are excellent ..

First time taking my daughter here. Didnt have to wait long to be called in. The chair that you sit in to have your hair cut had chunks of hairs on the seat and arm rests. I swiped them off before my daughter sat down. The hairdresser didnt really talk much at all to me or my daughter (her client). Hairdressers should be talkative, even to their minor clients. My daughter only wanted a trim for school so I did not expect it to look much different when we left and it didnt. My daughter has been to salons before and she always gets her hair washed before the cut or at the very least her hair is sprayed down with water from a spray bottle, without me having to request it. This place did not do either. The hairdresser brushed her dry curly hair and then proceeded to cut it. The brushing process was not gentle and caused my daughter to tell her shes hurting her head a couple of times. We were in there for less than 10 mins total (being seated, haircut and check out). My husband and son have longer haircuts at the barber. Even though its not much difference....we were charged $12 for her cut instead of the $10 listed on their site and confirmed over the phone when scheduling the appt. Not a huge difference but figured I should mention it.Conversations between other clients and their stylist were appropriate for children which I did love though.We didnt have a horrible experience here but it wasnt the greatest either. Probably will not go back or recommend to others.

I was in town visiting and my mom, daughter, and I wanted to have a girls day. I was able to book an appointment for two of us but not the third. Disappointing but oh well. I ended up booking my daughter for another day. While my mom and I were at the salon, I asked if they had any openings for my daughter. Amy said that they really didn’t but she would squeeze her in right then. So we ended up all being able to go the same day! Amy was very kind in doing that. Hanna was my hairdresser. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did a great job! Overall, I would recommend this salon. It has a relaxing atmosphere, kind employees, and it’s very clean.

Last night was my first experience at Julia’s. I called the day before and was able to get an appt the next day with Mary. She did an amazing job!! She listened to what I had to say, looked at the pictures I brought for ideas and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. She asked questions along the way, too, to make sure she was cutting only what I wanted. Mary also fit in an eyebrow wax at the last minute. I will definitely be back for my 6 week appointment.I also thought their prices were very reasonable.

I went to go fix a blonde look someone had done to me. I wanted my hair to show more of my roots and be more brown back to my natural tone. I came in and nothing changed. They apologized and they said to come in the next day which I did and it was fixed and brown but then it faded in a week. Now I’m left with a golden color and now it looks worse then before. I for sure will not be coming back. They could’ve used something more permanent for the brown dye they put in my hair or warned me what they were putting in was only going to last a week. Such a waste of $140. I’m extremely unhappy.

First time here, and I bought a friend for a girls day. We had facials and it was wonderful. Relaxing environment, friendly staff, and very attentive. The prices are very reasonable too.

New to the area the salons ad in a local magazine with a discount brought us in to the Salon. The first experience a positive one. When leaving the girl at the desk said they were moving to another location soon. I called to make an appointment 6 weeks later. When calling she made no mention of the NEW location. I called again to move the appointment time. No mention of new location. I went to the old location. Nothing posted. I called and asked where they were now located. The women laughed and gave me the address. The owner was sitting laughing, giggling and having a very personal conversation with a young man who I was told not a customer but their for a repair. The girl who did my brows did so unevenly. I told her specifically how to cut my sons hair. Keep it longer it the front. SHE BUZZED MY SONS HEAD AND SAID..Im sorry, I forgot, Ill remember next time She also trimmed one sideburn and didnt touch the other!! I had to fix it when we got home. I called complained and never heard back.

I just left Shannon at Julias Salon. She absolutely listened to everything I asked of her. Ill definitely see her again in4 wks!
