Everyone was so polite and welcoming. Erica washed, cut, and styled my hair, and I loved it! She was very careful with my hair and was great to talk to. She was very friendly, and I recommend her to others.

The first couple of times I came, my appointment times were honored. I was pleased with the service, and the honesty of the hair dresser despite the overpriced haircut price ($55). I listened to her suggestions on doing the highlights slowly over time to avoid damage to dark hair. However, the last two times I have booked, my appointments were rescheduled. I guess they prefer new clients, so they move you around to accommodate prospect customers. Being a working professional, I have a limited time schedule. The first time my appointment was rescheduled, I was OK with it because I understand situations happen. However, the second time (followed by the last time they rescheduled), I voiced my disappointment. I have to say that the hairdresser reflected her discontent with me voicing my concerns by the way she handled my hair. The the blow dry was mediocre. I ended up wetting my hair, and re-blowdrying it myself. I will NOT be returning to Monticello Salon. For the prices they charge, I can find a better salon.

Jenni is the best! It is my second time at this salon and I will keep coming here. They use really good products. The place is clean and smells good.I am not sure of it is because of covid, but they never offer refreshments like water or coffe. This would be a nice touch for your clients!

When i sat down the lady told me 45 for haircut and when i got to the counter to pay she told me 55... took 15 mins to TRIM my hair and didnt even style it.. Overpriced.

Great service and at an unbelievable price! I saw Teisha today for a Brazilian wax and am super happy with the results. She was a pleasure to talk to and made me feel completely comfortable. I have my go-to person in Santa Clarita but Im glad to have someone a little closer to home now.

I really loved how she cut my hair and how she made sure I was happy with what I wanted, definitely coming back. And the little boutique shop is great.

This is a beautiful, well kept, beauty salon with great staff. But my favorite person at this shop is the eyebrow tech, Eva. She is amazing! If you are looking for a skilled professional that actually knows how to shape eyebrows, etc, she is your girl! She is also amazing at microblading as well.

The wait was not long but the hair dresser took 3 hours on my hair and it was close to $125 and it was only supposed to be $85 but over all its a good place to go

This salon is so cute, they have antique decor and while you are waiting to be seen, they have beauty products for sale as well as accessories to pass the time. My hair dressers name is Rae and she always does a fantastic job and will not let you leave intil you look fabulous. She always makes sure you feel and look your best after leaving the chair, I highly recommend this place and her as well.

Mía dose a great massage heled my blood flow and removed toxins . I was stuck at a certain weight for 4 to 6 weeks thought massage would help 2 days later I lost 6 lbs coincidence maybe but a scale doesnt lie. I feel great going back next week.

I come to Eva for my eyebrows and she does an amazing job. I first came to her 2 years ago with asymmetrical eyebrows from a bad wax job. Eva has been working her magic since then. The salon is nice and clean and everyone is always very friendly. They offer water, tea and coffee while you wait(although the wait is never long). I also had a haircut done by Cheyene and I loved it. She asked questions before we started to make sure she understood what I wanted. Both Cheyene and Eva are great.

My hair is in excellent hands with Promise. always get a great cut.
