I have been a client for a long time. I have seen them grow over the years. Most places lose that family feeling when getting bigger. Most places lose quality just to be able to keep up with growing quantity. NOT FIDO….I have seen them get bigger, all while continuing to get better and better. Not just for the dogs they care for, but for the clients they deal with, and the staff that works there. It is a huge passionate family and it shows in the love and care they give each and every person and animal that walks through the door. They are all amazing. Do not hesitate to book your vacation knowing your furry family members will be having just as much fun as you are.

Just boarded my two rambunctious huskies here for a week for the first time and they were absolutely amazing with them! I can tell they worked with them on their manners as well because they came home so well behaved! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!!

F.I.D.O is an AMAZING place for your dogs. We are happy we found them down here in Lancaster. We genuinely feel comfortable leaving our dogs, Pancake and Syrup here. There have been a few times we’ve needed last minute boarding and we have never had an issue. Great place. Would recommend!!

The staff here is nothing short of amazing. Our two boxers absolutely love it, even my shy, deaf girl who takes a while to warm up to strangers made fast friends and gets so excited to come play here. 3/12 we had Jessica come to our home for a private in-home consultation with our 1yr old Golden Retriever. He was way too high energy, knew few commands, jumped all over myself and the family, scared the kids and was just being crated day in and day out because we couldn’t handle him. Our kids were scared of him and we didn’t know what to do besides rehome him and become failing dog parents. As a last ditch effort before rehoming him we decided to reach out for professional help one last time.It’s now 4/6 and I swear we have a different dog! We no longer even have a crate up in our house. He behaves like the dog we always wanted! He has been to playcare at FIDO about 9 times now and we also utilize their daytime training while he attends. My in-laws are in awe of the changes he has made in such a short time and we are all so glad we reached out as a last ditch effort before rehoming him to someone better equipped to handle a high energy dog such as he. We use training tips shown during our in home consult, utilize play activities shown to us to help wear him out physically and mentally and our communication with him has gotten much better. As first time dog owners I wish we would have found FIDO much sooner. I wish I could explain how truly amazing his transformation has become.We can walk out the door without being yanked. He jumps on us about 80% less. When he does he is quickly corrected and listens to commands. I can tell him to “go to the door, sit and stay” and he listens (big shock to my in-laws), he now snuggles me on the couch and lounges around the house which would have never happened before. He even listens to commands given by our 6 and 3yr olds!My family and I recommend FIDO and the staff there 100%. They have proven life changing for our family. Did I mention it’s all positive reinforcement? Too many trainers wanted to put a training collar on him!

Best kennel Ive worked with yet! Ive had more than one dog and have been a customer of more than one kennel. F.I.D.O. is hands down the best yet . The facility is modern, spacious and clean. The staff, lead by Heath Wills (excellent dog trainer) are all dog lovers that you can tell genuinely care about your four-legged child(ren). When I bring my dog to F.I.D.O. walking in is like when Norm walked into the bar on Cheers; everyone is excited to see him. In the past I would bring my dog to a kennel out necessity, like traveling out of town. Now I find myself bringing my dog just so he can have some fun, be pampered and play with friends, both canine and human. I cannot recommend F.I.D.O. enough!

Best place to get your furry babies groomed!

I use both daycare and training classes and this facility always has my dog’s best interest. Czar loves to go here and comes home happy and tired. I feel very fortunate to have this quality facility in my area. BEST PLACE EVER

My husband and I have been bringing our 2 dogs to FIDO for over a year. About 10 months ago, a puppy found us on the road. We of course adopted him. He is a puppy so he needed a TON of work (training). We had Jess come to our home and help us with Otis. She is wonderful. Since then, we have put Otis in the Playcare offered by FIDO and we are so thankful for this program. He has learned so much and is becoming such a well behaved boy. The attention he gets is something we could not find anywhere else. The kindness, care, compassion and attention that everyone shows our boys is amazing. Every time we drop the boys off for Daycare they are ALWAYS greeted by their name and like they are the favorite dogs at Daycare. Very welcoming and kind. There is no place else I would ever let my dogs play (and stay) than FIDO!! Would HIGHLY recommend to everyone. You must come and experience it for yourself. 5+ stars!!!!!

My dog boarded here for four days and came back a different dog! He was in training and learned new commands, doesn’t bark like he was barking (I couldn’t get any sleep) and learned his leash manners. Plus the facility is clean and feels like doggy paradise. I’m really glad to know this place is close to me - when I travel for work I feel confident my dog is in safe, good hands. It wasn’t his first time boarding, and he usually comes back so mad at me, but this time he came back happy & content. Everyone you talk to on the way in says their dogs love this place & it’s so true. ❤️🙌🤗

FIDO is amazing at what they do!! Every time we announce to our dog that we’re headed there, she goes crazy! The staff truly cares about the animals they look after, I’m very comfortable dropping my dog off there. 100% recommended!!

My Buddy has such a good time at FIDO. He gets so excited to see his canine and human friends when we come through the door. I heard he even got wet In the pool today which is a first. Excellent care is given to my furry pooch and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Big FIDO fans here. 💕🐾

This is the first time we have left our yorkie with someone we didn’t know while we were on vacation. We were very happy with FIDO! They were very attentive to him and I was able to check on him frequently! He was so exhausted when we picked him up it was obvious he played hard and had a great time.I was also able to get him worked In to be groomed and he looked great! This really is a great place to take your pets and know that they will be cared for while you are away! Thank you FIDO!

The humans really take great care of us and the facility is so clean. It has a large area inside and out to play in, and they are adding a new building to play in also. Come join us!!!

I cant say enough on how much we love FIDO! The staff is absolutely wonderful!!! They treat the dogs as if they are their own children. For daycare, boarding etc we wouldnt take them anywhere else. We are very thankful to have them in our community!

FIDO has been amazing for our dog. Brittany & Heath are so great and are always excited to see our little pup Tipsy! She loves playing with other dogs and always comes home exhausted from all of the fun she has. We tell her she’s going to go to “FIDO” and play with the doggies and she runs to the car!! It is great knowing our dog is having fun & being taken care of by a great staff.

Heath showed up at our home and within 5 minutes our dog had quit jumping up, quit nipping, and accomplished sit, down and free. Then the best part was he was training us. Heath , Brittany and staff are so wonderful! I decided to take my grand pup for doggie daycare. He needed socializing with other dogs. Brittany is so great to see in the morning, smiling and is so good with the pups and the parents. She is cheerful and recognized me from day 1. I loved walking in hearing music playing.Heath is always so welcoming and smiling. I feel so happy dropping Cash off every day. He loves them and sleeps so well at night! Highly recommend!!! We have taken our Aussie here for grooming twice in the past three months. The staff is always SO friendly, and our pup always comes home looking amazing! I think their prices are very comparable to other local groomers but I feel like their work so much better than other groomers I have used in the past. I highly highly recommend FIDO!

Heath and the team at FIDO have been the only daycare that we have used since we got our puppies in August of 2017. Our babies were just a couple months old the first time we had to leave them for a trip and I was very nervous as a new doggie mom. Heath and his family loved my dogs like they were their own and while I’m still a nervous dog mom more than two years later, there is no other place or people I would trust my babies with!

Heath, Brittany and all the employees are amazing. Both of my dogs LOVE to go. Our little dog used to be afraid of other dogs and would be aggressive with other dogs. Now she doesn’t mind being around other dogs at all and plays with all of them. Our other dog is a Goldendoodle. He is young, very active and high maintenance. We love that he gets to run and play and use up some of his spare energy while he is there. He is much calmer for us at home now. All of the humans there love the dogs, play with them, and keep them entertained throughout the day. My dogs and I love the people there!!!

We started taking our boys to Heath when we still ran the daycare out of his home. They get so excited to go see him each week and now they have a gorgeous facility with a huge outdoor area for the dogs to run and play. Easiest 5-star review Ive ever given. Heath truly cares about each and every one of his clients and it shows!

I cannot rave about F.I.D.O. enough! Heath helped with our dogs issues several years ago, and he was easily able to teach us techniques to help with the issues he observed. We now opt to board our boy with Heath when we are out of town. Since we started this, we have noticed a major improvement with our dogs reactivity toward other canines. Our dog loves going! He gets incredibly excited if we say Go see Heath! anywhere in his earshot. Its obvious Heath loves dogs and understands them. He is kind, courteous and patient. He is easy to communicate with via text which I appreciate. If you have a dog and want to enrich his or her life, give F.I.D.O a call!

When pets are part of the family, it’s hard to trust someone to take care of them when you’re out of town; however, since we met Heath and the Fido team we have not had a single worry about our two dogs when we have to go out of town. We love that they are treated like family and get to play with other dogs most of the day, and they always come back home worn out from a fun stay! We can’t say enough good things about FIDO and are so lucky to have them in the community!

My dog was having anxiety issues from the last groomers. She came home from F.I.D.O.and was like a different dog not only groomed to the standards we wants but was pretty playful again. I would recommend anyone to them.

He has helped us with our training from the week we brought our puppy home. Getting told by strangers that we have such a well behaved dog for being nine months old is such a great feeling. We recently had a scare with our puppy and Fido called/checked on our puppy multiple times. He is doing just fine! I highly recommend Fido to anyone!

Home away from home! My dogs absolutely love this place, probably more than their own home lol. They get really excited in the car about a mile out from FIDO cause they know where theyre headed! I do doggie day care, boarding and grooming with FIDO and have been for over a year. And the new location is awesome! Perfect for the pups! Reasonably priced and Heath and the staff are wonderful! I completely trust and appreciate the care of the staff. They put their hearts into all the dogs and their owners.

Professional Caring Fun Staff that dote on my dogs every need!

Contacted the company via Facebook and through their contact form on their website on Oct 14. No response for 2 weeks! I then contacted their location and spoke to a woman named Brittany, I told her that I was needing to speak with someone about dog training and let her know I reached out several time with no response.. She said she would check their email and get back with me. She never took my name or number. It is now Nov 4th and I have yet to hear back from anyone one. Poor customer service.

This is **HANDS DOWN** the best animal facility in Lancaster, Ohio!! I take my dog there for grooming, daycare and boarding and every time, without fail, they have done EXCEPTIONAL work and customer service. I love EVERYTHING about this place; the staff, the services they provide, my dog’s change in mood (for the better) and so much more. I could honestly go on and on about this place and their staff. Every. Single. Time I pick up my sweet dog, Twix, he has the biggest smile on his little doggie face. I cannot make this up, people. I have NEVER had a more amazing experience than the one I constantly have and constantly WILL have at FIDO. Thank you, EVERYONE at FIDO ❤️❤️❤️ALSO, I would like to add that Twix doesn’t let ANYONE, not even me, touch or clip his paws/toenails. He either needs to be heavily sedated or HEAVILY SEDATED. Alissa, the groomer, somehow cast a love-spell on my dog and was able to not only cut/trim the hair around ALL of his paws, but CUT HIS NAILS. I’d like to reiterate the fact that I just said she was able to Cut His Nails. Hats off to Alissa 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

My boy is a beautiful 7 year old pit bull. He is more a “people dog” than “dog’s dog” meaning he would rather be with people than other dogs but even with that being said, he doesn’t Iike most people but when he does like you, he becomes obsessed with you.I heard about this place through a friend and I am so happy with my choice to take him there. The staff was AMAZING and went above my expectations from the start.The owner talked to me on the phone for 45 minutes about my worries and was confident he would be okay (I wasn’t sure if he would be dog aggressive or people aggressive since he was in a new area with new people and dogs). He talked to me about what they offer and we decided that trying their “doggy day care” was an option (your doggo can be dropped off as early as at 5:45am and picked up by 6pm).When I decided we were going to try the doggy day care, I was so nervous with how he would react. Was he going to hate me and everyone there for taking him, was he going to be aggressive with the staff -cause he HATES the vet and anyone in the building- was he going to eat one of the little dogs or bite someone or something, I know that I’m dramatic but the vet experience this past week was stressful. NONE of this I because he’s a pit bull. I just know my dog and he typically is skittish of new people and animals.So, we walk in to the facility, the girls are great. They grab a couple balls because Apollo LOVES playing fetch, then they sit on the floor and begin to bounce the ball to each of us to help Apollo build trust with them since he sees me trusting them. Eventually he ends up going to each girl, he took to a couple of them very quickly but then we added one dog. Trooper, trooper is amazing. Apollo did amazing. It took us over an hour to get him used to the facility, then it was time for me to leave. Before i left I seen that he could stay the night for $4 and they believed he would be fine. I was waiting for the call that he bit someone or another dog but when I came back with his food, I was given the biggest surprise. My dog, my stranger hating, unsocializedDoggo, was in a room, with almost 10 OTHER DOGS!!! He was loving life. He was happy, he was okay. I cried. This staff is amazing. They loved my dog from the start and accepted him without any judgement. One of them took my number and has sent me a few pictures and videos of my boy to ease my brain, these are from This morning when I messaged to see how he was doing. I think he’s doing great 🥰I will forever recommend this place and stay so grateful for their help. If you are looking for help with your dog, a place for your pet to go while you work, boarding, training, behavioral consults at your house, check into this place. You will not be disappointed!! F.I.D.O. was great! I boarded my two dogs for 11 days, it was their first time going there. Both dogs came home feeling well & smelling good from the free bath they got for boarding over ten days. They gave my older dog all of his meds, three different kinds, twice a day, at no extra charge. My 14# mini schnauzer has what we call little dog syndrome and tries to eat any big dog he meets. To my delight he was in the playroom with dogs of all sizes, being very nice. They dont charge for play time or giving meds, they dont nickel and dime you to death about extra services. I was very happy with the care they got and will definitely use F.I.D.O. again.

We found out about FIDO Finishing from reading the fantastic reviews on Facebook. We previously took our boys to the Doggie Daycare in Columbus. I got a new job here in Lancaster and we really wanted a place that we could bring the dogs to for playtime in Lancaster. We knew after the first trip to FIDO that this was the place to be. Heath and Brittney are so nice, so accommodating, and so amazing to Barney and Moose (and all the other dogs). The facility is spectacular! We recently boarded the boys for the first time. We asked them to de-shed Barney (he had not been bathed before) and asked them to clip Mooses nails. Every time we had to have Mooses nails clipped in the past, we would have to have him either anesthetized or muzzled and held down. When we picked the boys up today, we were told that Moose was an angel for the groomer. She didnt have to muzzle him or hold him down. We were amazed! That really says something that the groomer. We love this place and would highly, HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking to either let their dogs enjoy a Doggie Daycare experience or if you are need of overnight boarding. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would!!!!! They are amazing!!!
