Her nurse and herself were rude. They tried to tell me what was wrong with me, while barely even listening to me. She didnt care about what I had to say. She also tried to mske me feel like I was crazy. She just took key words and tried to diagnose me .I paid a 60$ copay and got nothing done. I wouldnt go back personally but maybe someone else will have a better experience.

If I could give her 0 starts I definitely would. She expresses absolutely no concern for you or your child. Seems as if she cares more about how she thinks she looks rather than your care. I was referred from the hospital to have her run test to make sure I wasn’t miscarrying the day of my appointment she just chuckled and said “your barely even pregnant” and was constantly saying rude and careless things..she does not take the time to get to know her patients. See manrique instead.

Really wish I could give her no stars. None of the staff there seem to care about you. She looked at me and I was telling her what was wrong and she just didnt care at all. They dont communicate at all there. I went to the er and was told to make a appointment that I could have diabetes and when I went they done nothing for me. No test or anything. They done nothing about my iron being low or my bloodsugar being low. That is the saddest doctors office. They dont do anything for you at all.

My experience with this doctor was horrible. I was sent to her by my primary care physician because I needed to have a biopsy to rule out cancer. When I arrived at her office I was greeted by the front desk by a women that raked of cigarette smoke. The next thing I know a doctors assistant came from another office in the complex and walked into n front of me to talk to the front desk staff about her diagnosis. They continued to talk for five minutes about her issues while I stood patiently waiting to check in after being called up to the desk. I had the biopsy and was told I would have the results in a week. I was called by her assistant a week later and told that I needed to come into the office to have a polyp removed she saw during the examination. I told her that the doctor said nothing to me about a polyp while I was there. The assistant then told me she would have to check with the doctor and get back to me. I explained that I was coming into the office the next week for an ultrasound. She said she would let the doctor know s she could take to me at that time. I had the ultrasound the following week and was told I could go home. I told the front desk the doctor wanted to talk with me. She went back and asked the doctor and was told there was nothing that needed to be discussed. I then asked if my biopsy results were back and was told they were not. The assistant called me a week later and told my ultrasound came back okay and that the doctor needed to see concerning my biopsy. She then scheduled me to come in two weeks later. At this point it had been a month since the biopsy had been completed and I still had no results. I was originally told it would be a week.I went back to the office to speak with the doctor about the results. Dr. Semple walked into the exam room very excited and told me that the biopsy that was done last week came back normal but she had seen a polyp and wanted to schedule me for a DNC at the hospital. At this point I stopped her and told her it had been a month since I the biopsy. I then explained the lack of trust I had in her due to how I was treated. She then told me to fill out the paper work to release my records to another physician. I did this and left the office. I then went to a new gynecologist. He said he had not gotten my records from her office and said he wanted to schedule me for a Hysteroscopy. He said he would rather get a good look inside my cervix and uterus before scheduling me for surgery. I had this procedure today. I found out there are no polyps and my cervix and uterus are perfectly normal. If I had not followed my gut feelings. I would’ve had unnecessary surgery. I do not recommend seeing anyone in this practice for any reason what so ever. When your health is involved be careful and always get a second opinion

I would opt for a no star rating but am unable to do so. This clinic is NOT one I would recommend to anyone looking for quality Obstetrics care during their pregnancy. When I made my appointment, I explained over the phone that my bills would be handled directly by the VA fee basis office. They assured me that this was not a problem, yet when I arrived for my appointment they had me fill out all the paperwork and kept me waiting 40 mins just to turn me away. I tried to explain how my bills would get paid but the doctor refused to see me unless I would agree to pay $150 on the spot which I would not do. They also knew Id been to the ER that week and was worried about potential complications and STILL turned me away and the very same day they did I was back in the ER. The doctor is a materialistic and uncaring physician. Also, 3 different staff members at Springs Memorial Hospital confirmed her poor reputation for care while I was being seen in the ER, so thats also something to consider that other healthcare professionals warn patients away from her.
