Ive been a patient with Dr. John for over 5 years for chronic migraines. Ive went to a lot of headache specialists, clinics and neurologists, all over the state, over the period of about 20 years. Dr.John & his PA Brenden have been the only ones that actually help me. They never gave up on me nor told me there wasnt anything else they can do for me. They always take the time with me to answer my questions and concerns no matter how ridiculous they can be. They even sent me to a few different clinics to see if there was more to try that they dont offer in their practice. They go above and beyond to try to help me manage my migraines. Dr. John, Brenden, his nurses and, the front desk staff have always had wonderful bed-side manners. They are all very professional, respectful and courteous. Ive never felt as if I was treated as a number. If you suffer from migraines and, havent had any luck with anyone, I highly recommend seeing Dr. John and his staff.

Terrible staff at scheduling. Completely uncooperative with my other doctors, my primary care doctor has been requesting results of my EEG tests for years since it was done and they just wont release them. They never treated my epilepsy or really ever cared about it to be honest. Dr Jared John (or is it Dr John Jared 🤷‍♂️) is very inexperienced and was more concerned about how I walk then any of the many neurological illnesses I have.I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE.. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME!!!

I have Dr Johns because my seizure medication was giving me tremors he put me on different meds and the tremors are slowly decreasing. Which I am very happy and thankful for he is a very caring doctor. And I also have Dr Falowski which he put in a stimulator for me and the day of the surgery I was so scared and he came in to talk to me and seen how I was and said dont worry Ill take care of you. And ever since that he has taken wonderful outstanding care of me. Couldnt ask for a better Dr. The man is a Saint thank you Dr Falowski. And the ppl at the front desk are great too wonderful place.

I was treated fine at this practice. They took my insurance and we had no issues. Then they said to call some lady to schedule surgery back in April. I did. Someone called in May, I missed the call, and subsequently called about 25 times between my wife and I with 0 returned calls. They said they document their calls. Obviously not the incoming ones that lady decided to delete and ignore. I finally spoke to someone this morning who swore they called 3 times but I run 2 businesses and frequently check my voicemail. Please dont try to insult me... and I dont care if you did call 3 times. You DID get a call back and CONTINOUSLY got messages about it. If someone would have returned my call, and told me about the insurance, idk oh, maybe 3.5 months ago, Id of changed my insurance to accommodate this doctor. Its a shame. I heard on good things about Agires and his dad was an amazing doctor(who I had). But his practices staff are messing things up. Im just one. How many other....

Worst neurologist experience with Dr.John and he never even met me and worst pain mgmt doctor, Dr Smith who couldnt be bothered to explain my MRI or really listen to me and what is happening.I felt like a number at the DMV for next in line to be injected and dont care about your pain, symptoms or your mental health. Some how pain mgmt doctors dont manage your pain because they dont want to deal with medications they just want to do procedures! Who knew! Guess that description needs revised. I was appalled at the lack of empathy and consideration for my care and the lack of communication when they are all in the same office! Dr. Marotti I thought was amazing but I guess you never know. In the end they are being paid to do a job and if you dont like there way they just throw you away . Shawn the office manager was the worst person I have ever had the misfortune to talk too. No consideration a complete blowhard who in his words runs the practice. I am paying your practice to treat me! Guess that is a foreign concept. Are they doing us a favor? Its confusing!Dont buck the system, keep your head down and maybe you will get better. Dont stand up for yourself because egos get in the way of compassion and care. Hopefully a blessing in disguise! Having to fight every second for them to hear you, to explain, to understand what is happening should not be the norm. I wouldnt wish my experience on anyone. Good luck. I guess its a crapshoot and you hope you get a team that cares. Good luck

Obviously research was not done... they continue to treat me badly no doubt worse since leaving this review. Several of my home nurses and other people I have talked to also have not nice things to say about this provider. I am not the only one who has been treated like I dont matter. You are dealing with sick people, many is severe pain who are desperate to feel better. Insane that I have to even explain this. The excuse I hear is we have too many patients I would guess that is why no one is getting the care they need. More patients and in turn, more money is what you value. There is no way this rating is accurate unless they treat all their other patients better than me. I am looking for a new place to go but it is so hard to find anywhere. These doctors are IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with. I had left a review awhile ago feeling frustrated at that time for same reason, and magically they contacted me right away and got me in, but since my biopsy, DX, and treatment were ordered, again I have been ghosted. I ended up in the hospital because of they lack of communication. I am so disappointed and scared because I need this treatment, but I need the doctor to be present. Maybe this is the only way to be heard :/

Dr. Marotti is an amazing surgeon as hes operated on my back and neck. The nurses are also extremely wonderful. Im about to have another surgery and this new front office is disturbing. I was waiting for a call back and after a week I stopped into their office for an update. The young man at the front desk said they called me the prior day and he verified my phone number. I had no message on my phone so I checked with my phone carrier and no message was located from this office. I am weighing in that maybe they misdialed; however, Im going to be cautious in the future when approaching this new front office.

I fell and herniated L5/S1, which resulted in me having drop foot. I was desperate to be able to walk normal again. I have two young children and I couldnt do much. Dr. Argires recommended surgery and it was the best decision I ever made. I no longer have drop foot and can walk normal again. I am continuing to heal with everyday that passes. I highly recommend him to anyone. Not only is he a great doctor, he is a nice guy and is not cold like some other doctors I have met.

I have been caregiver to a patient suffering in severe debilitating pain for more than 7 years. Never have I been met with such rudeness at the hands of staff, patient put off , time and time again, total run around, in dire pain , told to go take ibuprofen, told there was no help for him even though They knew he had a history of depression...as well as debilitating spine disease!! Sent to tests, thousands out of pocket, After many weeks back and forth turning into months of suffering He collapsed in my arms outside in the parking lot in pain.. Terrible. I was able to get patient in the car and took him home. Sought treatment elsewhere....To add insult to injury, attorney made recent discovery that this very rude staff also put their / her own commentary on the patients permanent record...referencing the caregivers!...who dared to stand up to staff and her atrocious behavior /attitude. Toward patient. She labeled the patient.Patients have rights, dont forget that! The first rule of Medicine is supposed to be First Do No Harm.Marotti is supposed to be one of the best around, which is why the patient was taken there in the first place... not disputing that nor his abilities.., however after having to go through this experience , esp regarding staff and the run around , would not wish to return. She put terrible commentary on this patients permanent record simply because one of the patients private paid nurses finally stood up to her on the patients behalf. The patient did not do anything wrong. If she was so ugly to a paid nurse, imagine what it might have been like for the patient, had that paid for nurse not been there! If you are referred to this practice, take witnesses.

Dr. Perry Argires and his staff were awesome. My wife was battling a debilitating bulging disc in her lower back and they definitely came to the rescue. They helped us expedite the mri and then surgery, they helped get us insurance approvals and were patient to answer our questions. My wifes surgery went great and she is feeling much better. The nurses and staff were great to work with and very helpful. Dr. Argires made us feel at ease and definitely lived up to the hype that he is one of the best surgeons around.

As a nurse, I can tell you they are the best. sometimes the nicest doctors are not the best surgeons and people (especially in the office) are not hired for their personalities. Who do you want for a surgeon, the nicest or the best? the ones who get lawsuits have a great bedside manor because they dont want to be sued. The best can seem a little arrogant because they are so busy. Everyone I know loves P. Argires and he is handsome! Nurses and doctors know he is the best in the area. If the office people are too brassy and you go someplace else, it is your choice but I (personally) dont pay mind to them. I never experienced any such episode though. The bottom line is I wanna be restored to pre-injury function and this is the best chance of that being a reality. I have a neck, back, and two knee repla cement surgeries, and all ore wonderful and fully functioning.

Ill start by stating how WONDERFUL Dr. Marotti is. After visiting multiple orthopedic doctors around Lancaster and Hershey for lower back pain, Dr. Marotti is among the best. He is knowledgeable, patient, and thorough with his explanations. I highly recommend him.In addition to the doctors, I highly recommend the physical therapists across the hall. They are knowledgeable and the instructions are helpful. The lack of stars is for the operations of the physical therapy department and its vendors I was recommended by a therapist to purchase a TENS unit by Zynex Medical. I was told my insurance would cover the cost. After receiving the insurance claim, Zynex charged $2200+ for the device and insurance paid them $350. I also had an out-of-pocket. A similar unit could have been purchased online easily for less than $40. The office manager, Jennifer, informed me they do not know each patients insurance plan and coverage. While I do agree, Zynex Medical has been known to be a scam and fraud through various credible sites. The unit I received from Zynex Medical was immediately returned after I received it. Now Zynex has both the unit and the money from insurance. They are refusing to refund the money back to insurance. Bill, Zynexs sales rep at Brain Orthopedic, doesnt understand what the big deal is in his words. The deal is, Zynex has the device and my insurances money. The money is counting towards my limited annual maximum. Jennifer, the office manager, instead of investigating the issue, added fuel to the fire. I suggested for Jennifer to look into Zynex and claims of scam and fraud and not just take my words. Also, look into other vendors with more satisfactory customers. Instead, she brushed off the issue and said, There is no other option. I would appreciate if an investigation is done before those words were spoken. How is it acceptable for an office to suggest a vendor known to be fraudulent? As a result, Id highly recommend the doctors and the therapists, but stay away from purchasing any recommended devices.

Where do i start with Argires, Becker, Marotti & Westphal ? how bout from the top.I have a serious history of nero problems, and like many americans i lost my job and isurance, with my conditions and symtoms i was forced to sign up for state assistance insurance. got approved, and got to pick any of the 5 state insurances availible. Being that a neurologist is a part of my life since the day i was born, i prioritised calling every single insurance company finding the best local nerologist that accepted and was cover by each plan. I found one that perticipated and worked with one of the 5 Argires, Becker, Marotti & Westphal. or so i though. a month later after picking that insurance option became active and i began making calls. Argires, Becker, Marotti & Westphal had said they do not take that insurance. call insurance back, yes they do call them again. call ABM&S again and no we dont and never have. I called 6 more times over the next 3 weeks and each time told by rectionist that they do not take that insurance. So U Call insurance company back and insurance company lauches a full investigation. Investigation determined that they do take the insurance and that ABM&W have listed themselves as a particpating provider and do and are currently accepting that said insurance and that insurance company has insured other member who have used ABM&W recently. I was told by insurance company to call back and speak with a *** (3 letter name) who the matter was addressed too and that the situation has been adressed and i can now schedual an apointment with Argires, Becker, Marotti & Westphal and that the insurance company has alreay pre aproved any requests or referals for me from them.. So i call try to schedual and receptionist again say they do not take that insurance, i ask for and get transfered to ***, she picks up the phone with an aditude and well aware of who i was even though this is the first we ever spoke and she says IM SORRY, THAT IS PART OF OUR FILTERING PROCCESS FOR NEW CLIENTS we can TRY and schedual you for an apointment but i must first have my family dr send over all my reccords so the nerologist can review them first and determine if they WOULD like to take you on as a client, if the nero accepts we can then schedual you for an apointment, but are booked more then 6 months out ARE YOU SERIOUS? Call the insurance company back and they assured me that wasnt rite and that is not how it is to be done. as i figured. and they are now reviewing everything again and going to take action. what this, i have yet to hear, as its only been a month since. So if you dont want to be stero typed or discriminated against because you are on state insurance or assistance, do not use Argires, Becker, Marotti & Westphal if you have serious neuro problems that need adreesed by a specialist fast and without B.S. dont use Argires, Becker, Marotti & Westphal. if you want to be told your problem just may not be as inportant or serious as the next persons untill the dr who hasnt even seen you yet determines you are worthy of it----Argires, Becker, Marotti & Westphal. If you like being lied to you should call Argires, Becker, Marotti & Westphal..This endless run around and games played is whats wrong with the medical system in america. its sad. an insurance company, belive it or not stood up for a client and that a specialist is this down rite terrible and discrimitive. Its Doctors like this who trial blaze and set the ways that make other doctors think its ok to do the same things and always leaving the patient as scape goat and un-treated.Im discusted and disapointed with everything about this expierence with Argires, Becker, Marotti & Westphal and they need to be reviewed by state and medical boards if you ask me.......and thats only the begining and the first of my dealings with Argires, Becker, Marotti & Westphal
