This office is the most unorganized mess I’ve ever had to deal with. Whenever tests are ordered they are never scheduled or done in a timely manner. It’s almost been three months and I’ve spent more time chasing this office around and reminding them of things that need to be done then actually getting answers, meanwhile I’m in excruciating pain. I really hope that one day if I ever do get this testing done that I need, that nothing is wrong so I can stop dealing with this office.

The staff are very busy, although it does not always appear so, and they do have too many personal conversations within pts hearing, and that comes off as unprofessional, my personal experience with Dr. John is that he has the gift of being up front while remaining hopeful. I have MS, and most Neuros on Lanc. Co. are not at all like that. Trust me, Ive seen most of them, and did not have good experiences with any of them. Each physician is different. Please hang in there until you find the best for you.

Having seen several neurologists we are thrilled with Dr. John,He was kind, knowledgable and so helpful and put us at ease..... We are greatly encouraged..
