Dr. Rizzo is very serious, so I see what someone might get about her bedside manner. She left me feeling like my questions werent answered at the first visit, but that was because she didnt have any facts at the time. After the second visit I felt very confident in her. She had results from my CT scan and showed me exactly what was going on. She gave me 3 very realistic options to choose from and explained them all. I think shes just very mater of fact, but she seems to really know her stuff. I only gave her 4 stars because I havent had my surgery scheduled yet-the office seems busy but they should have called me with a date after a week and a half. Also the surgery hasnt been done so Ill save that fifth star for after that. Well see!
